Claims (6)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et isoleret bindingsmolekyle der binder til human OX40R, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at udtrykke en aminosyresekvens af bindingsmolekylet i en værtscelle omfattende én eller flere ekspressionsvektorer omfattende nukleinsyremolekyler der koder for aminosyresekvensen af bindingsmolekylet, hvor bindingsmolekylet omfatter: A. (a) en tung kæde CDR1 omfattende en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1; (b) en tung kæde CDR2 omfattende en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2; (c) en tung kæde CDR3 omfattende en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 3; (d) en let kæde CDR1 omfattende en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 4; (e) en let kæde CDR2 omfattende en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 5; og (f) en let kæde CDR3 omfattende en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 6; eller B. (a) en tung kæde variabel region omfattende aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 7; og (b) en let kæde variabel region omfattende aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 8; eller C. (a) en tung kæde CDR1 omfattende en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 13; (b) en tung kæde CDR2 omfattende en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 14; (c) en tung kæde CDR3 omfattende en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 15; (d) en let kæde CDR1 omfattende en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 16; (e) en let kæde CDR2 omfattende en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 17; og (f) en let kæde CDR3 omfattende en aminosyresekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 18; eller D. (a) en tung kæde variabel region omfattende aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 19; og (b) en let kæde variabel region omfattende aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 20.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor bindingsmolekylet: (a) binder til human OX40R med en KD på 1 x 10-6 M eller derunder; og (b) har agonistaktivitet på human OX40R.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor bindingsmolekylet er et humant antistof.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor bindingsmolekylet er et kimærisk eller humaniseret antistof.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor antistoffet binder til human OX40R med en KD på 100 nM eller derunder.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et isoleret monoklonalt antistof der binder til human OX40R, fremgangsmåde omfatter dyrkning af en værtscelle omfattende en ekspressionsvektor omfattende DNA der koder for det monoklonale antistof, hvor det monoklonale antistof omfatter: (i) en tung kæde omfattende aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 9 og en let kæde omfattende aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 10; eller som omfatter (ii) en tung kæde omfattende aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 21 og en let kæde omfattende aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 22.
