Claims (22)
1. Fremgangsmåde til bekæmpelse af mindst en ukrudtsplante i et område, hvor området omfatter mindst en transgen plante, hvilken transgen plante omfatter et isoleret polynukleotid, der koder for et protein, som enzymatisk nedbryder et herbicid, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af et phenox-yauxin-herbicid og et aryloxyphenoxypropionat-herbicid, hvor proteinet er mindst 70% identisk med et protein, som kodes af en sekvens, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af SEQ ID NO:3, SEQ ID NO:4 og SEQ ID NO:5, hvor polynukleotidet hybridiserer under stringente forhold med den fulde komplement af et nukleinsyremolekyle, der koder for SEQ ID NO:9, hvor planten eksprimerer polynukleotidet og fremstiller proteinet, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at påføre herbicidet på området.
2. Fremgangsmåde til bekæmpelse af mindst en ukrudtsplante i et område, hvor området omfatter mindst en transgen plante, hvilken transgen plante omfatter et isoleret polynukleotid, der koder for et protein, som enzymatisk nedbryder (i) en R-enantiomer af chirale phenoxyauxin-herbicider ud over achirale phenoxyauxiner, (ii) et aryloxyphenoxypropionatherbicid, eller (iii) et phenoxyauxinherbicid og et aryloxyphenoxypropionatherbicid, hvor polynukleotidet hybridiserer under stringente forhold med den fulde komplement af et nukleinsyremolekyle, der koder for SEQ ID NO:9, hvor planten eksprimerer polynukleotidet og fremstiller proteinet, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter påføring af ukrudtsmidlet på området.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at påføre herbicidet på planten.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor herbicidet er et phenoxyauxin-herbicid, fortrinsvis et 2,4-D-herbicid.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor herbicidet omfatter den følgende kemiske struktur
eller et salt deraf.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor planten yderligere omfatter et eller flere herbicidresistensgener.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor planten yderligere omfatter et glyphosattolerance-karaktertræk og et glufosinattolerance-karaktertræk, og fremgangsmåden omfatter at påføre 2,4-D, glyphosat og glufosinat på området.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor planten yderligere omfatter et gen til tolerance over for dicamba, og fremgangsmåden omfatter at påføre dicamba på området.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor planten yderligere omfatter et gen til tolerance over for et herbicid, som er en acetolactatsyntaseinhibitor.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller2, hvor planten yderligere omfatter et gen til tolerance over for glufosinat.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor planten er en majsplante.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor herbicidet påføres inden planten plantes, inden den kommer op og/eller efter at planten er kommet op.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at plante et frø i området og at lade frøet gro ind i planten.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor påføringen udføres, inden planten kommer op.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor proteinet omfatter aminosyre-sekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO:9 eller en variant deraf, hvor varianten har al-pha-keto-glutarat-afhængig dioxygenaseaktivitet, i det mindste en aminosy-redeletion eller en konserveret substitution, og mindst 95 % sekvensidentitet med SEQ ID NO:9.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor glyphosphatresistente ukrudtsplanter bekæmpes på en mark med glyphosphattolerante afgrødeplanter.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor området er en mark, og fremgangsmåden omfatter at påføre herbicidet på marken og at plante et frø på marken inden for 14 dage fra påføringen af herbicidet, og at lade frøet gro ind i den transgene plante.
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at påføre et moderherbicid på området.
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at påføre et eller flere herbicider på området, fortrinsvis sekventielt og/eller fra en tankblanding eller samtidigt.
20. Fremgangsmåde til bekæmpelse af mindst en ukrudtsplante på en mark, hvor marken indeholder mindst en plante, der omfatter et isoleret polynu-kleotid, der koder for et protein, som enzymatisk nedbryder et herbicid, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af et phenoxyauxin og et aryloxyphenoxypro-pionat, hvor proteinet er mindst 70% identisk med et protein, som kodes af en sekvens, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af SEQ ID NO:3, SEQ ID NO:4 og SEQ ID NO:5, hvor nukleinsyremolekylet, der koder for proteinet, hybridiserer under stringente forhold med den fulde komplement af en sekvens, der er specificeret af SEQ ID NO:5, og hvor polynukleotidet er opera-belt bundet til en promotor, som er funktionel i en plantecelle, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at påføre en kombination af herbicider på markerne.
21. Fremgangsmåde til bekæmpelse af mindst en ukrudtsplante i en mark, hvor marken omfatter mindst én plante, som omfatter et isoleret polynu-kleotid, der koder for et protein, som enzymatisk nedbryder (i) en R-enantiomer af chirale phenoxyauxin-herbicider ud over achirale phenoxyauxiner, (ii) et aryloxyphenoxypropionatherbicid, eller (iii) et phenoxyauxinherbicid og et aryloxyphenoxypropionatherbicid, hvor nukleinsyremolekylet, der koder for proteinet, hybridiserer under stringente forhold med den fulde komplement af en sekvens, der er specificeret af SEQ ID NO:5, og hvor polynukleotidet er operabelt bundet til en promotor, som er funktionel i en plantecelle, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at påføre en kombination af herbicider på markerne.
22. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 20 eller 21, hvor kombinationen af herbicider omfatter 2,4-D.
