Description
Claims (14)
einem Bewegungsteil (2) mit Wälzkörper-Wälznuten (5),
einem Führungsteil (1), das ebenfalls Wälzkörper-Wälznuten (3) aufweist, zur Füh rung des Bewegungsteiles (2),
wobei die Wälzkörper (8) zwischen dem Bewegungsteil (2) und dem Führungsteil (1) in den Wälzkörper-Wälznuten (3, 5) aufgenommen sind und bei einer Bewegung des Bewegungsteiles (2) relativ zu dem Führungsteil (1) umlaufen, und
einem ein Schmiermittel abgebendes Teil (14, 16, 18) zur Abgabe eines Schmiermit tels,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der Wälzkörper-Wälznuten (3, 5) mit einer Ausnehmung (13, 16A, 17) versehen ist, die sich nahe einem, durch die Innenfläche der Wälzkörper-Wälznuten (3, 5) definierten, eine Last aufnehmenden Berührungspfad (P), der durch eine innere Fläche der Wälzkörper-Wälznuten (3, 5) gebildet ist, erstreckt, und daß das das Schmiermittel abgebende Teil (14, 16, 18) aus einem schmiermittelhaltigen Polymer gebildet ist und in dieser Ausnehmung (13, 16A, 17) aufgenommen ist.
einem Bewegungsteil (2) mit Wälzkörper-Wälznuten (5),
einem Führungsteil (1), das ebenfalls Wälzkörper-Wälznuten (3) aufweist, zur Füh rung des Bewegungsteiles (2),
wobei die Wälzkörper (8) zwischen dem Bewegungsteil (2) und dem Führungsteil (1) in den Wälzkörper-Wälznuten (3, 5) aufgenommen sind und bei einer Bewegung des Bewegungsteils (2) relativ zu dem Führungsteil (1) umlaufen, und
einem ein Schmiermittel abgebendes Teil zur Abgabe eines Schmiermittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das das Schmiermittel abgebende Teil (20, 22, 23, 24) aus ei nem schmiermittelhaltigen Polymer gebildet ist und an einer dem Führungsteil (1) zu gewandten Innenfläche des Bewegungsteiles (2) angebracht ist.
einem Bewegungsteil (2) mit Wälzkörper-Wälznuten (5),
einem Führungsteil (1), das ebenfalls Wälzkörper-Wälznuten (3) aufweist, zur Füh rung des Bewegungsteiles (2),
wobei die Wälzkörper (8) in den Wälzkörper-Wälznuten (3, 5) zwischen dem Bewe gungsteil (2) und dem Führungsteil (1) aufgenommen sind und bei einer Bewegung des Bewegungsteils (2) relativ zu dem Führungsteil (1) umlaufen, und
einem ein Schmiermittel abgebendes Teil zur Abgabe eines Schmiermittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem stirnseitigen Ende des Bewegungsteiles (2) eine Kappe (2B) vorgesehen ist, und daß das das Schmiermittel abgebende Teil aus ei nem schmiermittelhaltigen Polymer gebildet ist und an einer dem Führungsteil (1) zu gewandten Innenfläche der Kappe (2B) angebracht ist.
