Description
- (I) (CH₃)(C₆H₅)SiCl₂,
- (II) einem Gemisch aus 1 bis 70 mol-% (CH₃)(C₆H₅)SiCl₂ und (CH₃)₂SiCl₂ als Rest,
- (III) einem Gemisch aus 1 bis 50 mol-% (C₆H₅)₂SiCl₂ und (CH₃)₂SiCl₂ als Rest,
- (IV) einem Gemisch von (I) und (II)
- (V) einem Gemisch von (II) und (III)
Claims (6)
- a) ein Polysilan der Formel in welcher n mindestens 3 ist und R₁ und R₂ entweder beide Methylgruppen sind oder aus mindestens 50% Methylgruppen sowie als Rest aus Phenylgruppen und/oder Wasserstoff bestehen, mit 0,01 bis 15 Gew.-% eines Polyborosiloxans, das eine aus B, Si und O gebildete Gerüststruktur hat und in dem zumindest 50% der gesamten in dem Polyborosiloxan an Si gebundenen Seitenketten aus Phenylgruppen und zum Rest aus Methylgruppen und/oder Wasserstoff bestehen, und das erhalten wurde durch Dehydrochlorierungs-Kondensationsreaktion von Borsäure mit Diphenyldichlorsilan und/oder Methylphenyldichlorsilan oder einem Gemisch von Dimethyldichlorsilan mit Diphenyldichlorsilan oder Methylphenyldichlorsilan, vermischt,
- b) Das Polymerengemisch in einer in bezug auf die Reaktion inerten Atmosphäre auf eine Temperatur im Bereich von 300 bis 500°C erhitzt, wodurch Spaltung der Ausgangspolymeren auftritt, und
- c) das so erhaltene Reaktionsgemisch 3 bis 10 h bei 300 bis 500°C thermisch polymerisiert.
- a) ein Polysilan der Formel in welcher n mindestens 3 ist und R₁ und R₂ entweder beide Methylgruppen sind oder aus zumindestens 50% Methylgruppen sowie als Rest aus Phenylgruppen und/oder Wasserstoff bestehen, mit 0,01 bis 15 Gew.-% eines Polyborosiloxans, das eine aus B, Si und O gebildete Gerüststruktur hat und in dem zumindest 50% der gesamten in dem Polyborosiloxan an Si gebundenen Seitenketten aus Phenylgruppen und zum Rest aus Methylgruppen und/oder Wasserstoff bestehen und das erhalten wurde durch Dehydrochlorierungs-Kondensationsreaktion von Borsäure mit Diphenyldichlorsilan und/oder Methylphenyldichlorsilan oder einem Gemisch von Dimethyldichlorsilan mit Diphenyldichlorsilan oder Methylphenyldichlorsilan, vermischt,
- b) das Polymerengemisch in einer in bezug auf die Reaktion inerten Atmosphäre auf eine Temperatur im Bereich von 300 bis 500°C erhitzt, wodurch Spaltung der Ausgangspolymeren auftritt, und
- c) das so erhaltene Reaktionsgemisch 3 bis 10 h bei 300 bis 500°C thermisch polymerisiert.
