Abstract

Μέθοδος για τον καθαρισμό ανασυνδυασμένης ανθρώπινης Χοριονικής Γοναδοτροπίνης (hCG) από δείγμα ακατέργαστης ανασυνδυασμένης hCG στο υπερκείμενο διάλυμα κυττάρων CHO περιλαμβάνει τη συνδυασμένη χρήση χρωματογραφίας ιοντοανταλλαγής και ΗPLC αντεστραμμένης φάσης. Η χρωματογραφία ιοντοανταλλαγής εκτελείται δυο φορές και η τελική χρήση χρωματογραφίας αποκλεισμού μεγέθους επιτρέπει τον καθαρισμό από οποιαδήποτε ίχνη καταλοίπων από μιάσματα. Η ειδική βιοδραστικότητα της σε υψηλό βαθμό καθαρισμένης hCG που λαμβάνεται από τη μέθοδο είναι ιδιαίτερα υψηλή, ανερχόμενη σε 25.000 IU/mg περίπου.
