Abstract

E' descritto un procedimento per la purificazione di proteine a punto isoelettrico basico da sistemi cellulari di espressione eterologhi comprendente le seguenti fasi:- trattamento delle cellule o di una frazione già purificata di esse contenente detta proteina a punto isoelettrico basico con un agente denaturante in ambiente acido, così da formare una miscela;- precipitazione di detta miscela con un solvente organico; - frazionamento su fase cromatografica.
