Claims (1)
- 혈구반환채장법에 의하여 채장된 신선인혈장 및 신선동결인혈장으로부터 냉침전법 및 디이에이 세파덱스(DEAE-Sephadex) 흡착법 등으로 제 8인자(Factor Ⅷ), 피브리노겐(Fibrinogen) 및 감마글로블린(γ-Globrlin)등의 단백성분을 단계적으로 분리한 상청 Ⅱ+Ⅲ을 가지고 폐하(pH)를 6.7-6.9로 유지하면서 이온강도를 0.08-0.09, 에탄올(Ethanol)농도를 6-8%로 낮추어서 알부민을 제조함에 있어서 Ⅱ+Ⅱ을 구연산 나트륨-포도당 완충액(Sodium Citrate-Glucose Buffer)으로 희석하며 농축액에 하이프로슈퍼셀(Hyflosupercel)을 0.3-0.8%되게 첨가하여 파이로젠성물질을 흡착제거하고, 상기 여과액을 동결건조등의 제조과정을 거치지 않고 울트라여과법(Ultrafil-tration)에 의해 에탄올(Ethanol) 및 염류등을 제거하고 순수한 알부민액을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
