Claims (2)
- 글리신, α-알라닌 및 그의 약제학적으로 적합한 염중에서 선택된 아미노산 또는 그의 유도체, 적합한완충, 계임의로는 인간 알부민 및 인터페론을 멸균수에 용해시키고, 생성된 용액을 동결 건조시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여, 인터페론과 함께 글리신, α-알라닌 및 그의 약제학적으로 적합한 염중에서 선택된 아미노산 또는 그의 유도체의 안정화 양 및 적합한 완충계로 이루어진 멸균수로 재조제하기 위한 동결 건조된 약제학적 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 동결 건조하기 전에 조성물내에 글리신, α-알라닌 및 그의 약제학적으로 적합한 염중에서 선택된 아미노산 또는·그의 유도체의 안정화 양을 결합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 인터페론 및 적합한 완충제로 이루어진 멸균수로 재조제하기 위한 동결 건조된 약제학적 조성물을 안정화하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
