Abstract

Mejoras en un método de radioinmunoanálisis del factor de plaquetas 4 en el plasma sanguíneo, donde se utilizan las concentraciones del factor de plaquetas 4 en patrones, para calcular las concentraciones del factor de plaquetas 4 en el plasma, sanguíneo, consistiendo dicho método en: a) combinar competitivamente el factor de plaquetas 4 marcado con 125(sub, I) y el factor de plaquetas 4 procedente de las muestras de ensayo con el factor antisuero del factor de plaquetas 4; b) precipitar; y c) efectuar el recuento del factor del plaquetas 4 marcado con 125(sub, I) combinado; cuyas mejoras comprenden utilizar patrones de factor de plaquetas 4 constituidos por una solución acuosa que contiene el factor de plaquetas 4 opcionalmente marcado con 125(sub, I), una proteína portadora, una cantidad estabilizante efectiva de actividad heparímica y, opcionalmente, una cantidad antibacteriana efectiva de un preservativo.
