柔性连接部236的柔性圈242至少部分地设置在驱动凸块246与从动凸块248之间,并且被构造为吸收扭转负载以防止其在驱动毂238和从动毂240之间传递。在该例子中,柔性圈242包括四条支腿254,每条支腿254设置在一个驱动凸块246和一个从动凸块248之间。这种构造使驱动毂238可插入从动毂240内并减小柔性连接部236在驱动系统218内的轴向长度。在一些例子中,四条支腿254中的一个或多个可彼此连接(例如,沿着内周表面、外周表面或轴向表面)。在其他例子中,四条支腿254中的一个或多个可以彼此分离。
在该例子中,柔性圈242的每条支腿254在驱动凸块246与从动凸块248之间的整个空间内周向延伸。也就是说,每条支腿254与相邻的驱动凸块246和相邻的从动凸块246均直接接触。这样,柔性圈242总是在毂238、240相对于彼此旋转时接合。在其他例子中,支腿254仅部分地设置在驱动凸块246与从动凸块248之间的空间内,使得毂238、240可以在柔性圈242接合之前相对于彼此旋转。
柔性圈242可以是基于有机硅的材料(例如,肖氏硬度A20)、基于氯丁橡胶的材料(例如,肖氏硬度A30)或能够使柔性连接部236起到本文所述作用的任何其他材料。这些材料能够例如通过柔性圈242的压缩来吸收呆舌行进带来的冲击和扭转负载,从而使得负载不会从导螺杆228经过驱动系统218到达马达220和齿轮组224。另外,这些材料是抗撕裂和抗冲击的,因此它们可以承受锁定构件的多次的伸出和缩回循环。
另外,如果驱动系统218在运行过程中约束在限定呆舌的行程长度的硬止动部之间,则柔性连接部236还可减少马达220和齿轮组224的磨损。例如,如果呆舌对抗锁扣板伸出而使得呆舌不能完全伸出,则柔性连接部236减小或防止了所产生的负载被传递回马达220和齿轮组224。相比之下,诸如行程限制开关或步进马达型驱动器的能够限制硬止动部负载的其他系统做不到这一点,因为只有硬止动部区域能抗负载。
图5是示例性柔性连接部236的分解侧视图。在该例子中,驱动毂238在沿着纵向轴线204的轴向方向上具有第一端部256和相对的第二端部258。第一端部256包括开口244(如图4所示),其朝向第二端部258延伸并且使得驱动毂238可与马达连接并由该马达旋转地驱动。第一端部256还包括从开口244向外伸出的径向延伸的凸缘260。凸缘260在组装时定位成与驱动系统218的底座226(均在图4中示出)邻接,并为驱动凸块246提供支撑。另外,凸缘260为柔性圈242提供了轴向边界,使得圈的支腿254轴向地保持在柔性连接部236内并且在组装时不会滑出柔性连接部。驱动凸块246从第二端部258朝向凸缘260延伸并且相对于纵向轴线204在径向向外的方向上延伸。
从动毂240在轴向方向上也具有第一端部262和相对的第二端部264。从动毂240为大致圆柱形,在第一端部262处具有尺寸和形状设置为接收驱动毂238的开口孔。该孔在朝向第二端部264的方向上从第一端部262延伸。该孔的内径大于驱动毂238的外径,使得从动毂240可以在其中接收驱动毂238。第一端部262还包括径向延伸的周向唇边266。唇边266被构造为接收在壳体202(图2所示)的对应的周向槽内,使得从动毂240在轴向上固定在壳体内同时仍能够进行旋转运动。从动毂248的第二端部264被封闭,使得导螺杆228可以从此处伸出。从动凸块248(图4所示)定位在孔内,并在朝向第二端部264的方向上和径向向内的方向上从第一端部262延伸。
柔性圈242具有在轴向方向上沿着纵向轴线204延伸的支腿254。每条支腿254在周向上彼此间隔开,使得凸块246、248可以在它们之间滑动。在该例子中,所有支腿254的一个轴向端部都通过连接部268连接在一起。通过将所有支腿254连接在一起,柔性连接部236的组装更加高效。另外,在该例子中,当组装柔性连接部236时,连接部268被定位成靠近从动毂240的第二端部264。这样,连接部268可以用于吸收两个毂238、240之间的轴向负载,使得柔性连接部236可以同时吸收驱动系统内的扭转负载和轴向负载。当组装柔性连接部236时,支腿254的与连接部268相对的自由端部定位成靠近驱动毂238的凸缘260。
为了适配多数小尺寸的电子呆舌,柔性连接部236将驱动毂238和柔性圈242完全接收在从动毂240内。这减小了柔性连接部236的总轴向长度,因而可以减小电子锁装置的尺寸。另外,从动毂240的外表面可以用作壳体内的支承表面,使得导螺杆228被支撑在壳体内。例如,通过唇边266。补充地或替代地,可以在从动毂240的第二端部264周围设置O形环270(如图2所示),以在壳体内形成密封部并减少灰尘和碎屑在马达和/或齿轮周围积聚。根据要求或需要,还可以在壳体的第二端部设置另一个O形环270。
在其他例子中,柔性连接部236可以使驱动毂238和从动毂240仅轴向对齐并且其中一个不被接收在另一个中。这样,凸块246、248可以在轴向方向上延伸,并且圈242在轴向上定位在毂238、240之间。然而,在这种构造中,与图3至图5所示的例子相比,柔性连接部236的轴向长度增加了。
图6是柔性连接部236的局部端视图。为清楚起见,在图6中未示出驱动毂238。观察从动毂240的第一端部262,从动凸块248彼此正对并在向内方向上延伸。在该例子中,凸块248的头部272小于基部274,使得在横截面中凸块248为大致齿形。因此,柔性圈242可以在周向上装配在凸块248之间,每条支腿254彼此隔开一定空间,并且该空间276的形状与凸块248的形状相对应。如图6所示,柔性圈242内的空隙接收驱动毂238。对于驱动毂238,凸块246的头部大于基部,使得凸块可装配在由柔性圈242限定的空间276内。在一个方面,凸块头部和基部之间的尺寸比例基于其相对于纵向轴线的径向位置。在其他例子中,凸块可具有使柔性连接部236能够起到本文所述作用的任何其他形状。例如,凸块的横截面可以是部分圆形的或具有正方形或矩形的形状。
当组装柔性连接部236时,柔性圈242的每条支腿254直接与凸块邻接。在一个例子中,圈242的抗压强度可以使得驱动毂238的任何旋转都引起从动毂240的旋转。然而,一旦达到预定的扭矩负载,就克服圈242的抗压强度以吸收多余的负载并延长驱动系统的使用寿命。在另一个例子中,圈242的抗压强度可以使得圈242可以吸收毂之间的一些旋转运动。但是,一旦将支腿254压缩到预定值,则可能在毂之间传递旋转运动,并且使用任何进一步的过度压缩来吸收多余的负载。在任一个例子中,为了限定圈242的吸收能力,可以根据要求或需要指定材料的抗压强度。例如,与较高抗压强度的材料相比,较低抗压强度可能使毂之间的旋转运动更加独立。在一些例子中,支腿254可以不直接抵靠凸块定位,使得在支腿与凸块之间存在间隙,以使毂之间的旋转运动更加独立。
在该例子中,每条支腿254可以围绕纵向轴线周向延伸约60°。另外,每个凸块246、248可围绕纵向轴线周向延伸约30°。这样,在柔性连接部内的凸块和圈之间的比约为1:2,并且支腿在周向上比凸块大。在其他例子中,每条支腿254可周向延伸约20°和约80°之间。在一个方面,每条支腿254可周向延伸约45°和约75°之间。在又一个例子中,每个凸块246、248可周向延伸约10°和70°之间。在一个方面,每个凸块246、248可周向延伸约15°和45°之间。在一些例子中,根据要求或需要,支腿可在周向上比凸块小,或在周向上与凸块相等(例如,比为1:1)。
用于制造本文所述的锁和驱动部件的材料可以是通常用于制造锁的材料,例如,锌、钢、铝、黄铜、不锈钢等。诸如PVC、聚乙烯等模制塑料可用于各种部件。大多数部件的材料选择可以基于所提出的锁定系统的用途。可以为用在特别重的面板以及受特定环境条件(例如湿气、腐蚀性大气等)影响的铰链上的安装系统选择合适的材料。
在本文的使用中,词语“轴向”和“纵向”是指实质上平行于壳体的纵向轴线延伸的方向和取向。而且,词语“径向”和“在径向上”是指实质上垂直于纵向轴线延伸的方向和取向。另外,在本文的使用中,词语“周向”和“在周向上”是指围绕纵向轴线弧形延伸的方向和取向。
尽管本文已经描述了被认为是本实用新型的示例性和优选的例子,但是根据本文的教导对本实用新型的其他修改对于本领域技术人员而言也将是显而易见的。本文公开的特定的制造方法和几何形状本质上是示例性的,并且不应被认为是限制性的。因此,期望的是在所附权利要求中保护了所有落入本实用新型的精神和范围内的修改。因此,期望由专利证书保护的是在所附权利要求中限定和区分的技术及所有等同物。
Claims (20)
1.一种电子呆锁,其特征在于,包括:
壳体;
呆舌,其被构造为从所述壳体伸出或缩回;以及
驱动系统,其至少部分地设置在所述壳体内,其中所述驱动系统包括:
电动马达;
导螺杆,其连接在所述电动马达与所述呆舌之间,其中所述导螺杆能围绕纵向轴线旋转,以驱动所述呆舌的运动;以及
柔性连接部,其设置在所述电动马达与所述导螺杆之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子呆锁,其特征在于,所述柔性连接部包括:
驱动毂,其包括至少一个驱动凸块;
从动毂,其包括至少一个从动凸块;以及
柔性圈,其至少部分地设置在至少一个所述驱动凸块和至少一个所述从动凸块之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电子呆锁,其特征在于,至少一个所述驱动凸块和至少一个所述从动凸块相对于所述纵向轴线径向地延伸。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电子呆锁,其特征在于,所述导螺杆具有第一端部和相对的第二端部,并且其中所述第一端部与所述呆舌螺纹连接并且所述第二端部包括所述从动毂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电子呆锁,其特征在于,所述从动毂与所述导螺杆的所述第二端部成一体。
6.根据权利要求2所述的电子呆锁,其特征在于,所述从动毂包括尺寸和形状设置为至少部分地接收所述驱动毂和所述柔性圈的孔。
7.根据权利要求2所述的电子呆锁,其特征在于,所述驱动毂的至少一个所述驱动凸块包括间隔开180°的一对所述驱动凸块,并且所述从动毂的至少一个所述从动凸块包括间隔开180°的一对所述从动凸块。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电子呆锁,其特征在于,所述柔性圈包括四条支腿,每条所述支腿设置在一对所述驱动凸块中的一个驱动凸块与一对所述从动凸块中的一个从动凸块之间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电子呆锁,其特征在于,所述壳体限定所述纵向轴线。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电子呆锁,其特征在于,所述柔性连接部被构造为吸收由所述呆舌的运动产生的扭转负载。
11.一种用于电子锁装置的驱动系统,所述电子锁装置包括锁定元件和壳体,其特征在于,所述驱动系统包括:
电动马达;
旋转轴,其与所述电动马达连接并且能围绕纵向轴线旋转;
驱动毂,其与所述旋转轴连接;
从动毂,其与所述驱动毂旋转地接合;
导螺杆,其与所述从动毂连接,其中在所述导螺杆旋转时,所述锁定元件从所述壳体伸出或缩回;以及
柔性圈,其至少部分地设置在所述驱动毂与所述从动毂之间,其中所述柔性圈被构造为吸收所述驱动毂与所述从动毂之间的扭转负载。
12.根据权利要求11所述的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述电动马达包括至少一个齿轮。
13.根据权利要求11所述的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述驱动毂至少部分地被接收在所述从动毂内。
14.根据权利要求11所述的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述从动毂与所述导螺杆成一体。
15.根据权利要求11所述的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述驱动毂包括多个驱动凸块,并且所述从动毂包括多个从动凸块,其中所述柔性圈包括多条支腿,并且每条所述支腿设置在多个所述驱动凸块中的一个驱动凸块与多个所述从动凸块中的一个从动凸块之间。
16.根据权利要求15所述的驱动系统,其特征在于,每条所述支腿与所述驱动凸块和所述从动凸块直接接触。
17.根据权利要求15所述的驱动系统,其特征在于,多条所述支腿彼此连接。
18.根据权利要求11所述的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述电动马达、所述旋转轴和所述导螺杆沿着所述纵向轴线轴向对齐。
19.一种用于门或窗的电子锁装置,其特征在于,包括:
壳体;
锁定元件;以及
驱动系统,其至少部分地设置在所述壳体内并且被构造为使所述锁定元件从所述壳体伸出或缩回,其中所述驱动系统包括:
电动马达,其包括一个或多个齿轮,所述齿轮围绕纵向轴线驱动旋转轴;
导螺杆,其连接在所述电动马达与所述锁定元件之间,其中所述导螺杆能围绕所述纵向轴线旋转,以驱动所述锁定元件的运动;以及
柔性连接部,其设置在所述电动马达与所述导螺杆之间,其中所述柔性连接部包括:
驱动毂,其包括与所述旋转轴连接的一对驱动凸块;
从动毂,其包括与所述导螺杆连接的一对从动凸块;以及
柔性圈,其至少部分地设置在所述驱动毂与所述从动毂之间。
20.根据权利要求19所述的电子锁装置,其特征在于,所述柔性连接部沿着所述纵向轴线与所述导螺杆和所述电动马达轴向对齐。
