再次参照图1和图2,座椅组件10通常被构造成为乘客提供睡觉的设施。因此,座椅靠背18构造成相对于座椅14向后枢转,使得座椅14和座椅靠背18的座垫表面横向对齐或几乎对齐(图2)。在这种配置中,通过进入由控制模块30控制的可躺式座椅模式,座椅组件10可以为希望休息或睡眠一段时间而不会不顾车辆12的安全的乘客提供舒适。在努力为了提高乘客的上背部的舒适性和支撑性,桨叶60可以向上(当座椅靠背 18垂直定向时向前)旋转成与乘客的背部的上部邻接接触。这种额外的支撑减轻了乘客头部和颈部的压力。附加的舒适构件也设置在座椅组件10 上靠近乘客的脚42和臀部处。
再次参照图1-3所示,可伸展腿部支撑件16可在伸出位置和缩回位置之间操作。在图1中,可伸展腿部支撑件16被示出处于缩回位置。当乘客驾驶车辆12时,可伸展腿部支撑件16通常将以这种方式定位。然而,如果座椅组件10在乘客座椅中,则在某些情况下,可伸展腿部支撑件16 可占用该位置。当可伸展腿部支撑件16处于缩回位置时,内部延伸部70容纳在空腔内或缩回以邻近可伸展腿部支撑件16的外部可旋转基部72。图3示出处于伸展位置的可伸展腿部支撑件16。在此情况下,内部延伸部 70相对于外部可旋转基部72移动到最外部位置。此外,外部可旋转基部 72向上和向外远离座椅基部40而枢转。因此,当可伸展腿部支撑件16 在这个位置时,乘客的小腿可以被支撑,为乘客提供更舒适和放松的休息条件。
座椅组件10还包括后座升降装置22,如图4和5中所示。在图4中,座椅14相对于座椅靠背18处于降低位置。在降低位置,间隙80被大体上限定在座椅14和座椅靠背18之间。当车辆12正在行驶时或者当乘客希望座椅靠背18处于大致竖直的方位时,座椅14可相对于座椅靠背18 保持在降低位置。然而,座椅14也可操作成移动到升起位置,如图5所示。在这个位置上,座椅14的后部24朝向座椅靠背18的底部边缘84被升起或提升,从而最小化位于座椅14和座椅靠背18之间的间隙80的尺寸(图4)。结果,当座椅靠背18处于完全倾斜位置时,座椅靠背18的底部边缘84和座椅14的后部24之间的高度差异最小化,由此使给乘客的臀部或下背部造成的不舒服最小化。将理解的是,后座升降装置22可以是自动系统,其在座椅靠背18移动到完全倾斜的位置时使座椅14相对于座椅靠背18向上移动。可替换地,后座升降装置22可以被手动调节,使得乘客可以指定座椅14可以相对于座椅靠背18定位在设定范围内的多高处。在任一情况下,座椅14相对于座椅靠背18从降低位置移动到升起位置使座椅14的后部24和座椅靠背18的底部边缘84之间的高度更均匀一致。
现在参考图6和图7,显示了上胸垫58,其中桨叶60被调整到展开位置。当乘客希望休息或以其他方式倾斜时,展开位置可以根据乘客的需要自动地或手动地被使用,以向乘客的上背部提供支撑。上胸垫58包括球形顶部90,该球形顶部90构造成与乘客的颈部接合并向其提供支撑。头枕64设置在上胸垫58上方,当乘客靠在上胸垫58上并且桨叶60处于展开位置时,为乘客的头部提供支撑。
现在参考图8所示,头枕64可以被移除并且座椅靠背18移动到完全倾斜的位置。尽管这个视图是乘客座椅,但是可以理解,该结构也可以用在驾驶座上。在这种情况下,座椅靠背18可以与车辆12的后座96大致对齐。因此,车辆12的后座可以为乘客的上背部提供支撑,乘客可以在座椅组件上向后滑动。头枕64可定位在后座椅靠背18和后座椅96的接合处附近,以提供对乘客头部的支撑。或者,可以使用枕头或其他支撑构件98。通常设想,头枕64的拆卸可以是自动的,其中头枕64从上座椅靠背18中的柱子被拆卸到(通过弹簧、杠杆等)后座96上,或者可以被乘客手动地从座椅靠背18取出并定位。
现在参考图11中,示出了用于座椅组件10的示例性可躺式座椅模式特征的逻辑。控制模块30构造成基于指令(步骤100)调节座椅组件10 以移动到可躺式座椅位置。该指令可以是由乘客选择的按钮、开关杆等的形式。如果控制模块30确定车辆12不在驻车中(步骤102),则保持座椅组件10的设计模式(传统直立位置)(步骤104)。如果控制模块30确定车辆12处于驻车,则控制模块30操作以将座椅组件10移动到可躺式座椅位置。通常基于乘客的体形确定可躺式座椅位置(步骤106)。乘客的体形可以基于乘客输入的预设信息来确定,或者可以基于由座椅组件10使用座椅组件10内的集成秤或其他类似装置而确定的重量来自动进行。对于重量满足或超过第85百分位的乘客,当乘客选择可躺式座椅模式时,可躺式模式1被激活(步骤108),并且座椅靠背18将座椅靠背18向后倾斜以与后座椅座垫接触(步骤110)。另外,后座升降装置22被激活以调节座椅14的后部24,使得座椅组件10的预定义的胯点(hip point)从65mm 和80mm之间的位置移动到升起以与座椅靠背18对齐或紧密对齐的位置 (步骤112)。同时,可调节的独立的大腿支撑件52被提升到完全升起位置(步骤114),并且可伸展腿部支撑件16移动到完全伸展位置(步骤116)。座椅组件10将保持这个位置,直到乘客在车辆12内取消选择可躺式座椅模式为止。当座椅组件10处于可躺式座椅模式时,车辆12不能从驻车移开。但是,一旦座椅组件10已经从可躺式座椅模式移动到乘客所希望的设计位置(正常使用位置),就可以将车辆12从停车移动到驾驶、倒车等等。
如果乘客低于第85百分位(步骤118),则在选择可躺式座椅模式时,座椅组件10将移动座椅靠背18以接触后座椅座垫(步骤120)。如果头枕 64被乘客移除或以其他方式由座椅靠背18自动地或手动地弹出,则座椅组件10将在导轨滑动组件45上向前移动到完全向前的位置(步骤122)。同时,座椅靠背18可以倾斜到完全倾斜的位置。预定义的胯点将从65mm到80mm之间的位置移动到座椅14的后部24和座椅靠背18的底部边缘 84横向对齐的升起位置(步骤124)。另外,独立的大腿支撑件52被完全升起(步骤126),并且可伸展腿部支撑件16被伸展(步骤128)。与满足或超过第85百分位的乘客一样,一旦座椅组件10被置于可躺式座椅模式,通常预期车辆12将不会离开驻车。然而,一旦座椅组件10返回到设计位置,车辆12就可以从驻车转换到驾驶、倒车模式等。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于车辆的座椅组件,包括:
座椅,所述座椅包括可伸展腿部支撑件;
座椅靠背,所述座椅靠背与所述座椅可操作地连接;
乘客检测系统;
后座升降装置,所述后座升降装置设置在所述座椅中,并且可在降低位置和升起位置之间操作,其中,当所述座椅靠背处于完全倾斜位置时,所述座椅的后部相对于所述座椅靠背升高,以最小化所述座椅的所述后部与所述座椅靠背的底部之间的高度差;和
控制模块,所述控制模块与所述乘客检测系统、所述座椅和所述座椅靠背通信,其中,所述控制模块被配置为:当所述车辆处于驻车并且所述乘客检测系统已经检测到乘客时,激活所述座椅靠背的致动组件以向后转动所述座椅靠背,向前延伸所述可伸展腿部支撑件,并提升所述后座升降装置以为所述乘客提供最佳的休息条件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的座椅组件,其特征在于,所述座椅组件还包括:
可拆卸的头枕。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的座椅组件,其特征在于,所述座椅组件能够在前部和后部位置之间滑动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的座椅组件,其特征在于,所述座椅组件还包括:
设置在所述座椅靠背上部的上胸垫,所述上胸垫可在缩回位置和展开位置之间操作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的座椅组件,其特征在于,所述控制模块被配置为自动地同时向后转动所述座椅靠背,向前延伸所述可伸展腿部支撑件,并且提升所述后座升降装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的座椅组件,其特征在于,所述可伸展腿部支撑件包括可旋转基座和延伸构件,所述延伸构件被构造成从所述可旋转基座延伸。
