技术领域
本发明涉及一种吹塑成形品,特别是涉及一种由直接吹塑法加以成形的吹塑成形品。
背景技术
直接吹塑成形法,是由压出机将熔融树脂压出以使中空圆筒状的塑坯(parison)加以成形,此塑坯是夹入在二分割组合模具之间进行合模,以配置于组合模具的型腔(cavity)底部的包含刃部的底部夹断(pinch-off)部切断熔融树脂的下部成为热熔合密封的同时,在模具的上部由塑坯刀具(parison cutter)藉由切断圆筒状的熔融树脂的上部,加以形成有底筒体的塑坯,其次,藉由从插入模具的顶部的空气喷嘴(air nozzle)使吹气(blowair)吹入加以制造成形品。
由上述的一连制程制造成形品的直接吹塑成形法,与射出成形法比较,或者与使用射出成形的塑坯预塑(preform)的二轴延伸吹塑成形方法比较时,是可提供廉价的成形品,又,藉由多层成形塑坯时可容易达成叠层构造的关系,可对应在单层时具有困难的多样的要求。
在日本专利特开2001-170994号公报开示,使用直接吹塑成形品为塑坯预塑加以二轴延伸吹塑成形的技术。此种情况,在塑坯预塑的成形之际,未使用型芯(core)模具,不考虑过切(under cut)性可成形塑坯预塑的关系,可取得底部等的壁厚不规则性及延伸不规则性小的容器。更再藉由以多层加以成形塑坯时,可容易制造叠层型的二轴延伸吹塑成形品,例如可容易取得以气体阻障(gas barrier)层为中间层的二轴延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene terephthalate)树脂(以下,略称为「PET」。)容器。可是,在直接吹塑成形由上述的夹断部,使吹塑成形前的塑坯底部,在对组合模具的结合线(padding line)方向成直角方向,以扁平加以挤压,具有呈现强度的各向异性形状的倾向。其结果,吹塑成形后的容器特别在底部显现,在结合线方向成为厚壁延伸倍率低,在直角方向成为薄壁延伸倍率高的不均一性,产生使容器全体的薄壁化(轻型化)成为困难,或者底部的接触面歪斜,不能确保自立性等问题。
又,在夹断部形成截断线,此截断线的形成宽度,是为使通常圆筒状的塑坯以扁平挤压的宽度,成为塑坯外径Dp的π/2倍(在此π是表示圆周率),即约为1.6Dp。因此,例如在染睫眉毛油、眼线笔(eye liner)等所使用的小型容器,与胴部比较使口部的口径较大的广口容器,或者由延伸性小的材料所形成的容器等,在不能取得大吹塑比的容器,不限于夹断部,对于胴部,也从组合模具的结合处的结合线部分露出树脂形成塑件飞边,其结果,在吹塑成形容器的胴部也有截断线延伸、露出,有外观上的问题存在。
由此可见,上述现有的吹塑成形品在结构与使用上,显然仍存在有不便与缺陷,而亟待加以进一步改进。为了解决吹塑成形品存在的问题,相关厂商莫不费尽心思来谋求解决之道,但长久以来一直未见适用的设计被发展完成,而一般产品又没有适切的结构能够解决上述问题,此显然是相关业者急欲解决的问题。
有鉴于上述现有的吹塑成形品存在的缺陷,本发明人基于从事此类产品设计制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识,并配合学理的运用,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型结构的吹塑成形品,能够改进一般现有的吹塑成形品,使其更具有实用性。经过不断的研究、设计,并经反复试作样品及改进后,终于创设出确具实用价值的本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有的吹塑成形品存在的缺陷,而提供一种新的吹塑成形品,所要解决的技术问题是使其由直接吹塑成形法,在底部附近有小的壁厚不规则性及延伸不规则性,又由组合模具的截断线形成限定于底面的中心部附近的一种容器,从而更加适于实用。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种吹塑成形品,所要解决的技术问题是使其具有优良的壁厚的均一性、自立性、外观性,从而更加适于实用。
为达成上述目的,本发明是由直接吹塑成形法加以取得,对于在底部的上侧配置筒状的胴部,在此胴部的上侧配置圆筒状的口部的吹塑成形品,其特征在于,从底部的底面中心以放射状,至少形成由吹塑成形用的底部组合模具所引起的三条截断线。
从吹塑成形容器的底面中心以放射状,具有由底部组合模具所引起的至少三条截断线的本发明,例如在形成三条截断线的情况下,使模具由形成胴部及口部的二分割本体组合模具与,形成底部的三分割底部组合模具所构成,使此三分割的底部组合模具从三方向一面向塑坯的中心轴移动,最后由邻接的底部组合模具的三组对向面以相互之间藉由夹断塑坯加以形成截断线。
在本发明,虽然也可以藉由增加底部组合模具的分割数形成四条以上的截断线,藉由使截断线以放射状至少形成三条时,与习知的仅以直线状的两方向加以形成的情况比较,可使吹塑前的塑坯的底部形状,从圆周方向加以观察时,能以飞跃地成为各向等性的形状,在吹塑成形的成形品的底部,特别在圆周方向具有高度的壁厚及延伸倍率的均一性。
依据本发明的吹塑成形品,如上所述,在底部附近且特别是在圆周方向的壁厚为均一的关系,可更再薄壁化,同样延伸倍率为均一的关系,在容器等的接地部的成形后经时变形变小,具有良好自立性。
其次,对于截断线的形成范围,现有习知的组合模具是为二分割,藉此塑坯是由底部夹断部从与结合线方向成直角的方向加以夹断成为扁平化,其结果,在吹塑成形后的容器底面以通过其中心在结合线方向以πDp/2(在此,π是周周率,Dp是塑坯的外径)的宽度形成截断线。对此,在本发明,以放射状至少形成三条的情况下,截断线的形成范围,例如为三条的情况下,是限定于直径为πDp/3的圆内的关系成为习知的形成宽度的2/3,以同样在四条的情况下,是限定于直径为πDp/4的圆内的关系成为习知的1/2,任何情况,可使截断线的形成范围限定于底面的中心部近傍。因此,依据本发明的吹塑成形品,甚至在以习知的二分割组合模具有胴部露出截断线,不能取得大吹塑比的成形品的情况下,也可具有良好的外观。
而且,截断线的条数,是考虑容器的形状,可达成的底部壁厚等的均一性及截断线的形成的小范围化等的改善效果,组合模具的制造成本,使用此组合模具的成形性等的平衡,依照目的可适宜加以选择。
当在实施本发明时,是以使截断线配置大略等中心角为宜。在此种情况下,可取更为各向等性的塑坯的底部形状,可顺利达成夹断,可成为具有高度的底部均一性的成形品。
在上述的构成,是使四条截断线以十字状,即配置于等中心角90°为宜。在此种情况下,特别,在合模时可容易达成本体组合模具与底部组合模具的连动的同时,至少胴部为圆筒状的容器,成为具有充分的底部均一性的成形品,使截断线的形成范围限定于直径为πDp/4(约0.8Dp)的圆内,可充分比塑坯的直径为小。
当实施本发明时,是以使截断线配置于与底面同心直径为未满πDp/2的圆内为宜。在习知的直接吹塑成形容器,截断线的形成宽度由其形成机构,成为πDp/2(1.6Dp),不能使宽度小于此值。对此,具有上述构成的本发明的容器是成为至今从未所见的新颖吹塑成形品,使截断线例如形成三条时,其范围是成为πDp/3(1.0Dp),形成四条截断线时,可使直径为πDp/4(0.8Dp),特别可提供与胴部比较以使底部的直径变小的低吹塑比且有良好外观的小型容器。以顺便说,在习知的二分割组合金属模,虽然使底部夹断部的截断线以在πDp/2以下加以夹断时,所剩余的树脂从组合模具的侧部以塑件飞边露出的结果,在成形品的底部近傍的胴部露出截断线有外观劣化的情况下。
依据本发明的吹塑成形容器是可适合于二轴延伸吹塑成形。此种情况下,虽然可以取得以直接吹塑成形品为塑坯预塑的由二轴延伸吹塑成形容器,因可以不使用型芯模具,也不要考虑过切性,能加以成形以射出成形塑坯塑预无法取得的形状的塑坯预塑的关系,可提供具有种种形状,且壁厚、延伸的均一的二轴延伸吹塑容器的同时,藉由使塑坯以多层成形,可容易制造叠层型的二轴延伸吹塑容器。
当要实施本发明时,是适合于使吹塑成形品的壁为叠层构造。藉由使壁成为叠层构造时,可确实取得能以有效发挥所期望的物性及特性的容器的同时,因为直接吹塑成形品的关系,与射出成形比较时可简单加以实现叠层构造。对于使壁成为叠层构造的吹塑成形品的实施例,是可提案以下所列述的种种构成结构。
即,在一实施例,是至少由使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯系树脂层与使用聚萘二甲酸乙酯(polyethylene naphthalate)(PEN)系树脂层所构成的叠层构造。在此种情况下,藉由使PEN系树脂层组合于PET系树脂层时,可以有效的补强在PET系树脂所不足的耐热性、耐药性、紫外线遮蔽性等物性。
在其他实施例,是至少由使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的外侧层及内侧层与使用气体阻障性树脂的中间层均以构成叠层构造。在此种情况下,对于气体阻障性树脂例如,是可用尼龙(nylon)6、尼龙66、含有亚二甲苯基(xylene)聚酰胺(polyamide)等尼龙系树脂、乙烯(ethylene)乙烯醇(vinylalcohol)共聚物、聚丙烯腈(polyacrylonitrile)系树脂等公认的任何一种,可取得在PET系树脂单体所不足的对氧、二氧化碳气体等具有高阻障性的容器。
其他实施例,是至少由使用聚乙烯(polyethylene)或聚丙烯(polyprogylene)的外侧层与使用乙烯乙烯醇共聚物或聚对苯二甲酸乙酯系树脂的内侧层加以构成叠层构造。在此种情况下,可防止收纳于容器内的内装物的有效成分中,柠檬烯(limonene)、维生素(vitamin)类等被吸附。
在其他实施例,是至少由使用聚乙烯或聚丙烯的外侧层、使用气体阻障性树脂的中间层与使用聚乙烯或聚丙烯的内侧层加以构成叠层构造。在此种情况下,是可取得优于氧阻障性的容器。
在其他实施例,是至少由使用新料(virgin)树脂材的外侧层及内侧层与,使用再生树脂材的中间层加以构成叠层构造。在此种情况下,可以安心地加以使用再生树脂材。
在其他实施例,是至少由外侧层与使用对形成此外侧层的合成树脂的相溶性低的合成树脂所形成的内侧层加以构成叠层构造。在此种情况下,是形成由外侧层与内侧层加以构成的容器,其中,外侧层是由形成定形外壳的合成树脂所制,内侧层是由形成内袋的合成树脂所制,以与此外侧层成为剥离自如方式加以叠层。可以该容器为所谓「叠层剥离容器」加以使用。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。经由上述可知,本发明特殊结构的吹塑成形品,其具有上述诸多的优点及实用价值,并在同类产品中未见有类似的结构设计公开发表或使用而确属创新,其不论在产品结构或功能上皆有较大的改进,在技术上有较大的进步,并产生了好用及实用的效果,且较现有的吹塑成形品具有增进的多项功效,从而更加适于实用,诚为一新颖、进步、实用的新设计。
上述说明仅是本发明技术方案的概述,为了能够更清楚了解本发明的技术手段,而可依照说明书的内容予以实施,并且为了让本发明的上述和其他目的、特征和优点能够更明显易懂,以下特举较佳实施例,并配合附图,详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的吹塑成形品其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
请参阅图1及图2所示,图1及图2是表示依照本发明的吹塑成形品的第一实施形态。此吹塑成形品是由直接吹塑成形所取得,是在底部4的上侧配置圆筒状的胴部3,在其上侧配置圆筒状的口部2的形状的容器1,在底部4的底面5,形成中心部分凹洼,在自立姿势时成为接地部的脚部6。容器1的口部2的最小外径为24mm、胴部3的直径为65mm,高度为210mm。又,在底面5是以十字状形成由底部组合模具引起的截断线7,其形成范围是收容在由底面5的中心的直径约18mm的圆内。
容器1是由直接吹塑成形法所得。在此,图6是表示在直接吹塑成形法,由习知二分割的组合模具的合模制程的说明图。即,在直接吹塑成形法,使塑坯11由压出机21以经介压模(die)压出,使此塑坯11在二分割的组合模具12之间由合模加以夹入,由配置于该组合模具12的型腔(cavity)的底边以刃部所构成的夹断(pinch-off)部13加以切断熔融树脂的下部的同时,加以热熔合密封,在模具的上部以塑坯刀具14藉由切断筒状的熔融树脂的上部,以形成有底筒体的塑坯11。其次,藉由从组合模具12的顶部所插入的空气喷嘴使吹气吹入塑坯11加以进行吹塑成形。
在此,在吹塑成形模具之中,藉由使用将形成容器1的底部4的部分加以四分割的底部组合模具,可形成第一实施形态的十字状截断线7。尚且,容器1的底部4以外的部分,即相当于形成胴部3及口部2的部分的本体组合模具,是与习知相同使用二分割。
请参阅图3A、3B及3C所示,是各以具有由刃部所构成的夹断部13的四分割底部组合模具15所进行的塑坯11的夹断制程以底面图加以表示的说明图。此种情况下,加以四分割的底部组合模具15的各角隅(corner)部是接触于塑坯11(图3A),进一步再向塑坯11的中心轴方向移动(图3B),塑坯11是以十字状加以夹断(图3C),其结果在塑坯11的底部4的底面5形成十字状的截断线7。第一实施形态的塑坯11的外径是22mm,十字状的截断线7是形成于比塑坯11的外径较小的圆内。尚且,在图3B及3C中,以一短一长锁线所示的结合线(padding line)方向8,对以后的图面也同样,是表示上述本体组合模具的结合线方向。
请参阅图4所示,是表示本申请案所发明的吹塑成形品的第二实施形态的底面图,容器1全体的形状虽与第一实施形态相同,在底面5是以等中心角的放射状形成三条截断线7,其形成范围是成为从底面5的中心在约直径24mm的圆内。图5A及5B是以三分割的底部组合模具15所进行的塑坯11的夹断制程,从底面侧加以表示的说明图。
依据后述的习知的二分割型的组合模具12,在塑坯11的夹断制程加以夹入时,无法进行结合线方向8的高精度的定中心(centering),此也成为不均一性的主要原因。对于此,如在图3A、3B、3C,以及图5A、5B所示,只要底部组合模具15为三分割以上时,各模具,是向从压模以垂直线状垂下的方式加以设定的塑坯11的中心轴移动的关系,可一起进行塑坯11的中心轴的高精度定中心。
虽然,第一及第二实施形态虽是以等中心角形成截断线7,在本说明书的「放射状」是表示从中央的一点延伸于半径方向的形状,但是并非限定于上述实施例的等中心角。例如,为形成扁平度大的椭图状容器时,虽然以同样将底部组合模具15加以四分割,藉由变更中心角也有可使壁厚分布更成均一化的场合。即,中心角是可按目的加以适宜选择。但,为使塑坯11的底部形状以尽可能为各向均等起见,并为使由底部组合模具15所进行的夹断能以顺利达成,而且,从能加以发挥上述由底部组合模具15所进行的定中心机能的观点,邻接截断线7所成的中心角,是以未满180°为宜。
请参阅图7所示,是表示关于吹塑成形品的习知例的比较例1的容器1的底面。比较例1的容器1其全体形状虽是与第一实施形态相同,在其底面5延伸于结合线方向8的截断线7,是形成于从底面5的中心至直径约35mm的圆内的范围内。
请参阅图8A及8B所示,是由二分割的组合模具12所进行的塑坯11的夹断制程,从底面侧加以表示的说明图。在此种情况下,塑坯11是在组合模具12的相互间折叠于πDp/2(Dp是表示塑坯的外径。),即相当于塑坯11的外径的约1.6倍的宽度。
请参阅图9A及9B所示,是表示依照本发明的吹塑成形品的第三实施形态。此种情况下,吹塑成形品是具有附设颈环(neck ring)10形状的试管状的成形品9,口部2的最小外径为24mm,胴部3的直径,是从上端的24mm缩径至大略中央高度位置的22mm,高度为105mm。成形品9的底部4是为半球壳状,在其底面5十字状的截断线7是形成在底部4的范围内。此成形品9是由外径18mm的塑坯加以形成。
请参阅图10A及10B所示,是表示为使上述第三实施形态与由习知方法所得的同形状的成形品加以比较的比较例2。在比较例2,虽然截断线7形成于结合线方向8,树脂是以大的超出夹断部的关系,截断线7是超出底部4的范围至胴部3。
请参阅图11所示,是表示图9A及9B所示本发明的第三实施形态与,关于图10A及10B所示比较例2的成形品9,在高度12mm位置的底部4周缘部的壁厚分布曲线图。在比较例2,是以明确的表示在结合线方向8壁厚比较厚,在其直角方向为较薄的倾向,最大有1.82mm的偏厚。更且在结合线方向8的左右有大的壁厚差,表示在夹断时塑坯的定中心精度为较低。一方面,第三实施形态的成形品厚度分布在实用上大略为各向均等,最大偏厚为0.33mm是在第2比较例的1/5以下值。
第三实施形态的成形品9是吹塑比小,虽然可照小型容器的原样加以使用,因壁厚的偏厚极小的关系,也能以此成形品9为二轴延伸吹塑成形品的塑坯预塑(preform)加以使用。
请参阅图12A及12B所示,是表示本发明的吹塑成形品的第四实施形态。此吹塑形成品是由直接吹塑成形所得的小型容器1,具有在底部4的上侧配置筒状的胴部3,在其上侧配置圆筒状的口部2的形状,例如在口部2以具有联轴刷子的盖加以螺旋连接,可以染睫眉毛油用或眼线笔用的容器本体加以使用。容器1是口部2的最小半径为10.5mm,胴部3的直径为15mm,高度为75mm。在底面5虽是以十字状形成截断线,其形成范围是在直径约9mm的圆内。尚且,为使与后述的比较例3加以明确对比起见,图12A及12B与后述的图13A及13B是表示在夹断部近傍所剩余树脂的突出部分的塑件飞边发生部17未切离前的状态。
第四实施形态的容器1,虽是使用外径比口部2的最小外径稍微小的10mm塑坯加以吹塑成形,藉由四分割的底部组合模具15加以夹断,其截断线范围是如上述在约9mm的范围,充分限定于直径15mm底面内。从胴部3到底部4的吹塑比虽是为1.5(15mm/10mm)的小值,如从塑件飞边发生部17的形状所示,截断线是不露出于胴部3。即,第四实施形态的容器1是以直接吹塑成形法至今尚未所见,为优于外观性的小型,吹塑比小的容器。
请参阅图13A及13B所示,是表示为使上述第四实施形态与习知的以二分割的组合模具12所得容器1加以比较的比较例3。比较例3对于容器形状虽是与第四实施例同样,以习知的组合模具12如第3比较例形成吹塑比为1.5的小容器1时,如塑件飞边发生部17的形状所示,塑件飞边不仅在夹断部也从胴部的结合线加以发生,其结果在胴部3也加以形成截断线。吹塑比愈小,则其倾向愈显著。
请参阅图14A及14B所示,是表示本发明的吹塑成形品的第五实施形态,虽与第四实施形态的容器同样为圆筒状,从胴部3的上端至底部4是成为缓慢缩径的形状,口部2的最小外径为10mm,底部4的直径是比此最小外径稍微小的9.5mm,胴部3的最大直径为15mm,高度是60mm,在底面5虽以十字状形成截断线7,其形成范围是在直径约7mm的圆内。
使此容器1加以吹塑成形的塑坯的外径是为8mm,在底部4近傍的吹塑比虽是约1.2(9.5mm/18mm)为极小,截断线7的形成是限定于底面,如此虽在全体的吹塑比小且底部4为尖细状的形状的容器也可提供良好外观的容器,在习知未所见,以直接吹塑成形的容器。
请参阅图15所示,是表示本发明的成形品的第六实施形态与图9A及9B所示的第三实施形态的形成品9为同样的形状,其壁是成为叠层构造。又图16所示的容器1虽是与第一实施形态为同样形状,是以直接吹塑成形的第三实施形态的成形品9为塑坯预塑加以二轴延伸吹塑成形所得。
直接吹塑成形品是藉由以多层形成塑坯,叠层构造的形成成为简单的同时,可以以良好精度达成壁厚比等的叠层构造的关系,藉由以此成形品为塑坯预塑加以使用时可容易加以制造叠层型的二轴延伸吹塑容器。
又,在直接吹塑成形的吹气时,虽然由塑坯的上侧使具有空气喷嘴的型芯导向器(core guide)插入,此时在内层可使口部上端面加以密封的关系,藉由使用直接吹塑成形的塑坯预塑,例如在中间层使用乙烯(ethylene)乙烯醇(vinyl alcohol)共聚物、尼龙等吸水性树脂的情况下,也可从口部上端面防水分进入,以使在二轴延伸吹塑成形前的塑坯预塑的保存管理变为容易。以下说明具体的叠层构造的实施例。
叠层成形品9的实施例1是由使用PET的层与使用PEN的层的组合加以构成。在实施例1,是包含[A]PET制外侧层1a与PEN制内侧层1c的组合,[B]PET制外侧层1a、PEN制中间层1b与PET制内侧层1c的组合,[C]PEN制外侧层1a与PET制内侧层1c的组合,[D]PEN制外侧层1a、PET制中间层1b与PEN制内侧层1c的组合。在任何组合,也可在层间设胶接层1d。实施例1的[A]及[D]的构成结构,由于使用PEN的内侧层1c的关系,是可得具有高度耐药性(耐碱性)的容器。在实施例1的任何组合,藉由使PEN的厚度为1~20%时,是可发挥遮蔽370nm以下的紫外线的紫外线遮蔽机能。
叠层成形品9的实施例2,是由使用PET的外侧层1a及内侧层1c,与使用气体阻障(gas barrier)性树脂的中间层1b的组合加以构成,是包含[E]使中间层1b为乙烯乙烯醇共聚物制的组合,[F]使中间层1b为含有亚二甲苯基(xylylene)聚酰胺(polyamide)制的组合,[G]使中间层1b为聚丙烯腈(polyacrylonitrile)制的组合。在各层间是设胶接层1d的关系,可确实取得无层间剥离的容器1。特别,对于[F]的场合,可取得以PET单体时无法取得的附有氧、二氧化碳气体等的阻障性的容器1。
叠层成形品9的实施例3,是以胶接层1d将使用聚乙烯(polyethylene)或聚丙烯(polypropylene)的外侧层1a,与使用乙烯乙烯醇共聚物或PET树脂的内侧层1c加以接合所构成,以使收纳保存于容器1的内装物的柠檬烯、维生素类等的有效成分不被容器1所吸收。
叠层成形品9的实施例4,是以胶接层1d将使用聚乙烯或聚丙烯的外侧层1a,使用气体阻障性树脂的含有亚二甲苯基聚胺的中间层1b、与使用聚乙烯或聚丙烯的内侧层1c加以接合所构成,成为可发挥高度氧气阻障性的容器1。
叠层成形品9的实施例5,是以胶接层1d将使用尼龙6的外侧层1a,与使用聚乙烯或聚丙烯的内侧层1c加以接合所构成,可提供具有高度扎刺强度,与高度表面光泽性的薄壁容器1。
叠层成形品9的实施例6,是由使用PET的新料(virgin)树脂材的外侧层1a及内侧层1c,与使用PET的再生树脂材的中间层1b加以构成为叠层构造,可以容易控制层厚的状态,能安全利用再生树脂材。又,在分别回收时,可以PET单体物加以处理。
叠层成形品9的实施例7,是由使用在PET添加带电防止剂的外侧层1a,使用在PET添加紫外线吸收剂的中间层1b,与使用PET的新料树脂材的内侧层1c加以构成叠层构造,因有效性的带电防止效果,与在中间层添加紫外线吸收剂的关系,以紫外线吸收剂的消除由渗色(bleed out)引起的损失,且不关于所添加的添加剂,可安全收纳内装物。尚且在本例可使用的树脂系并非限定于PET,对于其他树脂也可发挥同样效果。
叠层成形品9的实施例8,是由外侧层1a与内侧层1c加以构成叠层构造,可提供叠层剥离容器。其中,外侧层1a是以聚乙烯、聚丙烯、PET等合成树脂材料,加以形成具有必要的自我形状保持能力的外壳体。内侧层1c,是用尼龙、乙烯乙烯醇共聚物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯等的对外侧层1a以低相溶性的合成树脂材料,加以形成挠性变形自如的袋状。
叠层成形品9的实施例9,是在外侧层1a使用具有光亮,或无光亮的聚丙烯或聚乙烯,可容易使制品的外观成为具有光亮状态或无光亮状态。
叠层成形品9的实施例10,是由乙烯乙烯醇共聚物或PET所构成的外侧层1a,与由聚烯烃树脂(polyolefin resin)所构成的内侧层1c加以构成叠层构造,可使表面成为具有光亮的状态。
从以上说明可明了,依照本发明时,可由直接吹塑成形法,加以实现在底部近傍的壁厚不规则性及延伸不规则性较小,又由组合模具所引起的截断线的形成限定于底面的中心部近傍的一种容器。依照本发明的吹塑成形品是优于壁厚的均一性、自立性、外观性的一种新颖制品。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (12)

1、一种吹塑成形品,由直接吹塑成形法所取得,该成形品包括:在一底部(4)的上侧配置一胴部(3),在该胴部(3)的上侧配置圆筒状的一口部(2),其特征在于该成形品具有:
从该底部(4)的一底面(5)的中心以放射状形成由吹塑成形用的一底部组合模具(15)所引起的至少三条截断线(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的吹塑成形品,其特征在于,使该些截断线(7)配置成大略等中心角。
3、根据权利要求2所述的吹塑成形品,其特征在于,使该些截断线(7)以十字状配置四条。
4、根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的吹塑成形品,其特征在于,该些截断线(7)是与该底面(5)同心,形成于直径未满πDp/2的圆内,其中π是圆周率,Dp是塑坯的外径。
5、根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的吹塑成形品,其特征在于,由二轴延伸吹塑成形加以成形为一容器。
6、根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的吹塑成形品,其特征在于,具有一叠层构造的一壁。
7、根据权利要求6所述的吹塑成形品,其特征在于所述的叠层构造,是至少由使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯系树脂的一层与,使用聚萘二甲酸乙二酯系树脂的一层加以构成。
8、根据权利要求6所述的吹塑成形品,其特征在于所述的叠层构造,是至少由使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯系树脂的一外侧层(1a)及一内侧层(1c)与,使用气体阻障性树脂的一中间层(1b)所构成。
9、根据权利要求6所述的吹塑成形品,其特征在于所述的叠层构造,是至少由使用聚乙烯或聚丙烯的一外侧层(1a)与,使用乙烯乙烯醇共聚物或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯系树脂的一内侧层(1c)所构成。
10、根据权利要求6所述的吹塑成形品,其特征在于所述的叠层构造,是至少由使用聚乙烯或聚丙烯的一外侧层(1a)、使用气体阻障性树脂的一中间层(1b)与,使用聚乙烯或聚丙烯的一内侧层(1c)所构成。
11、根据权利要求6所述的吹塑成形品,其特征在于所述的叠层构造,是至少由使用一新料树脂材的一外侧层(1a)及一内侧层(1c)与,使用一再生树脂材的一中间层(1b)所构成。
12、根据权利要求6所述的吹塑成形品,其特征在于所述的叠层构造至少包括:
一外侧层(1a)是由一合成树脂所形成;以及
一内侧层(1c)是由对形成该外侧层(1a)是该合成树脂的相溶性低的一合成树脂所形成。
