背景技术
在使用袋装-或封装-的螺旋弹簧的软垫制品(例如,床垫)中,制造过程通常包括将金属丝的弹簧从卷取站输送至袋装站,在卷取站将丝形成为弹簧,然后将弹簧从一段丝上切下,在袋装站,将形成的弹簧封装在由材料形成的袋中。

在运动带与上方的固定板的情况下,不稳定的弹簧可能在带的作用力下弯曲。这可能因为带在横向于弹簧轴线的方向上作用在弹簧的近端上的力可能无法有效地传递到其他线圈,以使与板接触的远端处的线圈不能克服上板的摩擦力。
这有时可能导致弹簧从输送设备上脱落,这是不方便的并且可能导致设备的故障时间。
发明内容
本发明的实施例旨在提供一种解决了前述问题的传送机和传送的方法。

根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种用于输送制品的传送机,该传送机包括:基板,其用于在输送期间支撑制品;以及多个保持构件,其位于基板上,用于在输送期间将制品保持在基板上。

具体实施方式
图1示意性示出了上述专利中描述的设备的示例,该设备用于制造用于软垫制品(诸如床垫)的袋装弹簧单元。弹簧100在压缩下通过环形带110被传送至插入弹簧位置。弹簧被束缚在带110与低摩擦板110a之间。一旦到达装袋站,弹簧便被机械推动器120推动,机械推动器120由马达130驱动以按照由箭头A1指示的往复运动进行运动。
推动器120将弹簧推动到从上供应辊子140a和下供应辊子140b经由引导辊子150a和引导辊子150b进给的材料片130之间的位置。

如前所述,特别是当使用较长的弹簧或具有更多匝数的丝的弹簧,或相对较细的丝(较小规格)的弹簧时,在输送期间中可能会出现问题。例如,如果弹簧特别硬,则当弹簧沿板110a滑动时,所体验到的增加的摩擦有时会导致弹簧弯曲,或者甚至随着带运的移动而脱落。当弹簧不稳定时,也会发生这种情况,从而使带所施加的力没有完全传递到位于带远端的丝的匝。弹簧又会弯曲,并且有时脱落。

转向图4,图4以示意性局部截面图大体示出以400表示的根据本发明的实施例的传送机。传送机400适于用作袋装弹簧设备(诸如以上参照图1所描述的)中的弹簧输送件,并且可代替带/板组件110/110a。

在一个实施例(未图示)中,至少一些弹簧以张开的构造(splayedconfiguration)保持在保持构件中,使得相邻的线圈至少部分地轴向偏移,而不是以圆柱形形状对齐。在该构造中,当弹簧从保持构件移开时,弹簧将自动地寻求自身的重新定向,以使得其纵向轴线相对于在弹簧被保持构件保持时的纵向轴线横向,更优选地,大致成90度。这在应用中是有用的,否则该应用将需要“旋转”袋中的弹簧以获得期望的装袋构造。
为了获得张开的构造,当将弹簧插入到保持构件中时,弹簧的一端可相对于另一端至少部分地或暂时地被限制或减速。
虽然以上描述的示例涉及输送弹簧,但本领域技术人员将理解的是,这样的输送设备和方法可用于输送其他制品。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于输送螺旋弹簧的传送机,所述传送机包括:基板,其用于在输送期间支撑所述弹簧;以及多个保持构件,其位于所述基板上,用于在输送期间将所述弹簧保持在所述基板上,其中,所述保持构件各自包括用于安装至所述基板的安装部和具有近端部分和远端部分的容纳部,在所述近端部分与所述远端部分之间限定有空间,所述空间用于容纳处于压缩下的弹簧的一部分,所述保持构件配置为使每个弹簧由两个相邻的保持构件共同保持处于压缩下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传送机,其特征在于,所述保持构件布置为在使用中当所述弹簧搁置在所述基板上时至少部分地包围所述弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的传送机,其特征在于,所述保持构件包括用于接收位移装置的至少一个槽,所述位移装置包括机械推动器,所述位移装置布置为在使用中将所述弹簧从所述基板移位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的传送机,其特征在于,在所述基板上沿所述基板的轴线具有间隔开的多个保持构件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的传送机,其特征在于,相邻的保持构件的至少部分被间隙分开,所述间隙选择为容纳用于将弹簧放置在所述基板上的放置设备。
6.根据权利要求1所述的传送机,其特征在于,所述保持构件中的一个或多个附接到所述基板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的传送机,其特征在于,所述保持构件中的一个或多个通过模制与所述基板一体形成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的传送机,其特征在于,所述基板包括环形带或链条。
9.根据权利要求1-8中的任一项所述的传送机,其特征在于,至少一个螺旋弹簧布置为被保持在保持构件中,使得在所述弹簧的相对端处的线圈轴向地偏移。
10.一种输送离散弹簧的方法,所述方法包括将弹簧保持在传送机上,所述传送机包括用于支撑所述弹簧的基板和位于所述基板上的多个保持构件,每个保持构件包括用于安装至所述基板的安装部和具有近端部分和远端部分的容纳部,在所述近端部分与所述远端部分之间限定有空间,所述空间用于容纳处于压缩下的弹簧的一部分,且所述方法包括使每个弹簧由位于所述基板上的两个相邻的保持构件保持处于压缩下。
