Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit a coiled spring to be used in the place where deformation allowance is difficult to provide by placing the coil part continuously spirally wound into a tension type and a compression type so that the latter is inserted in the former and forming them as a tension or compression coiled spring. CONSTITUTION:In a tension coil part 2 of a tension spring 1 spirally formed along one continuous elastic wire, a compression coil part 3 having a coil diameter smaller than the tension coil part 2 is inserted and one ends of both coil parts 2 and 3 are connected at a connecting part 4. Working ends 5 and 6 are formed into a shape according to use at ends of a coupling rod 7 extending from the other ends of the tension and compression coil parts 2 and 3 and projecting on the connecting part 4 side. The coupling rod 7, the compression coil part 3 and the tension coil part 2 are formed concentrically or eccentrically.
