图10示出了根据一个实施例的调整到显示所选日期的所有数字产品事件的显示个性化日历的在线平台的图形用户界面1000的又一示例。图形用户界面1000与图形用户界面800基本相同，但图形用户元素的布局不同。具体来说，图形用户界面1000包括界面左侧部分的日历微件和界面右侧部分的多个图形用户界面元素1005-1020。图形用户界面元素1005可以显示选定日期(例如，2016年7月16日，如图10所示)的特写的(featured)数字产品事件，诸如计算机游戏锦标赛。图形用户界面元素1010显示与所选日期的电视节目相关的所有或特写的数字产品事件。图形用户界面元素1015显示与所选日期的电影相关的所有或特写的数字产品事件。图形用户界面元素1020显示与选定日期的计算机游戏相关的所有或特写的数字产品事件。
图11示出了根据一个实施例的显示调整到显示所选日期的一些数字产品事件的个性化日历的在线平台的图形用户界面1100的又一示例。图形用户界面1100与图形用户界面1000基本相似。具体地，图形用户界面1100包括界面左侧部分的日历微件1105和界面右侧部分的多个图形用户界面元素1110。每个图形用户界面元素1110都可以显示数字产品事件，比如用户选择的日期的计算机游戏。具体地，每个图形用户界面元素1110都可以包括表示数字产品(例如，计算机游戏)的图像、数字产品的标题(例如，“使命召唤”)、数字产品的描述、数字产品价格、数字产品的状态(例如，可购买或已购买)、以及一个或多个超链接或可点击(软)按钮。例如，每个图形用户界面元素1110都可以有超链接或可点击(软)按钮1115，用于使得所选数字产品的购买、订购或预订购。每个图形用户界面元素1110还可以包括超链接或可点击按钮1120，当用户启用时，会使得启动与图形用户界面元素1110各个数字产品相对应的软件应用程序。例如，通过点击按钮1120，可以打开用于购买相应数字产品的在线商店，或者可以开始计算机游戏软件应用程序，从而启动相应的数字产品。每个图形用户界面元素1110还可以包含超链接或可点击按钮1125，当用户启用时，它使得用户对各个数字产品喜欢或特写(featuring)。例如，如果用户点击按钮1125，则相应的数字产品将被标记为“心形”符号，或者可以放置在用户的“我的材料(My Stuff)”文件夹中。每个图形用户界面元素1110还可以包含超链接或可点击按钮1130，当用户启用时，它使得用户创建与各个数字产品相关联的通知规则。通知规则可能使得向用户的用户设备210发送警告或消息，以提醒或通知他某些数字产品事件。例如，当某个数字产品发布时，用户可以收到提醒。
图14至图23示出了图形用户界面的示例，其与图3至图11中所示的图形用户界面类似，并且有助于理解本文所述的技术。图14至图23的图形用户界面可以显示在用户设备210的显示器上。图14至图23的图形用户界面的用户交互与上述关于图3至图11的图形用户界面的用户交互类似。
图12是示出根据示例实施例的用于提供个性化日历的方法1200的流程图。方法1200可通过处理逻辑来执行，所述处理逻辑可包括硬件(例如，决策逻辑、专用逻辑、可编程逻辑、专用集成电路)、软件(诸如在通用计算机系统或专用机器上运行的软件)或两者的组合。在一个实施例中，处理逻辑是指图2的服务器205。下面列举的方法1200的操作可以按照与图中描述和显示不同的顺序执行。此外，方法1200可能具有本文未显示的附加操作，但对于本领域技术人员来说，从本公开中可以明显看出。方法1200也可能具有比下面概括的和图12中所示的更少的操作。
方法1200从操作1205开始，其中服务器205维护用户帐户。在某些实施例中，用户帐户可以包括用户名、用户标识符、用户证书(例如，登录和密码)、关于数字产品的用户偏好、用户设置、通知、购买或订购的数字产品(例如，数字产品的标识符)、与特写的数字产品相关的数据、与平台的其他用户链接的数据等。
服务器205还维护至少一个数据库，诸如数据库220，用于存储数字产品事件数据。数字产品事件数据可以将多个数字产品与各个数字产品事件日期关联或链接。换句话说，数字产品事件数据可以提供某个数字产品将在何时发布给公众或某些用户或在何时已经发布给公众或某些用户。数字产品可以用数字产品标识符来表征。因此，数字产品标识符可以与关系数据库中的用户标识符和数字产品事件数据相关联。
在操作1210处，服务器205重复更新至少一个数据库(诸如数据库220)中的数字产品事件数据。例如，当新的数字产品投放到市场或即将投放到市场时，可以更新数据库以包括某些数字产品的新发布日期。可以基于从多个远程服务器或Web服务(诸如，内容提供者225)获取的信息更新数字产品事件数据。
在操作1215处，服务器205为用户帐户的用户提供用户界面。用户简况(profile)的示例在上面参考图3至图11进行了描述。相应地，用户界面可显示在用户的用户设备210上。用户界面可以包括基于用户帐户为用户个性化的至少一个日历微件。日历微件包括多个日期微件，其中每个日期微件都可以与特定日期相关联。例如，可以基于用户设置、偏好、订阅等个性化日历微件，使得日历微件仅显示用户感兴趣(或可用或相关)的数字产品的事件数据。例如，日历微件仅显示与用户来自同一国家或地区的电影或电视节目的事件数据。可替换地，可以通过日历微件提供所有数字产品的事件数据。
在操作1220处，服务器205转换数字产品事件数据的至少一部分以通过日历微件显示数字产品事件数据的至少一部分。例如，数字产品事件数据被转换使得其可以被呈现为用户界面元素或微件，并显示在用户界面中。也允许其他转换处理。
用户界面还可以使得用户从远程用户设备查看、购买和访问一个或多个数字产品。例如，与数字产品事件数据相关的用户界面元素或微件可以是可执行的(actionable)，使得当用户点击这些用户界面元素或微件时，服务器205或用户设备210使得购买所选的数字产品或重定向到相应的在线商店以购买选定的数字产品。
在操作1225处，服务器205修改日历微件，以基于数字产品事件数据显示所选日期微件(例如，如元素410所示)内的一个或多个数字产品图标，其中每个图标与数字产品和该数字产品的发布日期中的一个相关联。在一些实施例中，每个图标都可以与特写的数字产品关联。
在操作1225处，服务器205接收用户的输入，该输入指示日历微件中的特定日期。例如，用户可以使用游戏控制器或轨迹球来选择或点击一个日期微件(例如，日期微件305)。
在操作1225处，响应于用户的输入，服务器205基于存储在数据库中的数字产品事件数据，识别与输入的特定日期相关联的至少一个数字产品。换句话说，当用户选择日历微件中的某一天时，服务器205确定或标识在该日期即将发布或已经发布的某些数字产品。
在操作1230处，响应于用户的输入，服务器205修改用户界面，以便显示除日历微件外的至少一个数字产品微件(例如，诸如图5至图8、图10和图11所示)，其中至少一个数字产品微件与至少一个识别的的数字产品相关联。如上文参考图11所述，至少一个数字产品微件可以包括：(a)用于识别各个数字产品的图形元素；(b)第一可执行的(actionable)按钮，当用户启用时，该按钮使得启动对应于各个数字产品的软件应用程序；(c)第二可执行的(actionable)按钮，当用户启用时，会使得喜欢或特写各个数字产品；(d)以及第三可执行的(actionable)按钮，当用户启用时，会使得创建与各个数字产品关联的通知规则。在一些实施例中，服务器205可以基于通知规则经由用户界面向用户提供一个或多个通知消息。
图13是说明适于实施本文所述方法的计算设备1300的高层框图。具体地，计算设备1300可用于实施如本文所述的提供个性化日历的方法。计算设备1300可以包括一种或多种类型设备、可以是一种或多种类型设备、或者是一种或多种类型设备的必不可少的部分，诸如通用计算机、台式计算机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、服务器、上网本、移动电话、智能手机、信息娱乐系统、智能电视设备等。在一些实施例中，可将计算设备1300视为服务器205或用户设备210的实例。
如图13所示，计算设备1300包括一个或多个处理器1310、存储器1320、一个或多个大容量存储设备1330、一个或多个输出设备1350、一个或多个输入设备1360、网络接口1370、一个或多个可选外围设备1380、以及用于可操作地互连上述元素的通信总线1390。处理器1310可配置为在计算设备1300内执行功能和/或处理执行指令。例如，处理器1310可以处理存储在存储器1320中的指令或存储在存储设备1330上的指令。这些指令可能包括操作系统或软件应用程序的组件。
根据一个示例，存储器1320被配置为在操作期间在计算设备1300内存储信息。例如，存储器1320可以存储数据库220或数字媒体内容，诸如数字产品、数字产品数据、数字产品事件数据。在一些示例实施例中，存储器1320可指非暂时性计算机可读存储介质或计算机可读存储设备。在一些示例中，存储器1320是暂时存储器，这意味着存储器1320的主要用途可能不是长期存储。存储器1320也可指易失性存储器，这意味着当存储器1320不上电时，存储器1320不保持存储的内容。易失性存储器的示例包括随机存取存储器(random accessmemories，RAM)、动态随机存取存储器(dynamic random access memories，DRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(static random access memories，SRAM)和本领域已知的其他形式的易失性存储器。在一些示例中，存储器1320用于存储由处理器1310运行的程序指令。在一个示例中，存储器1320被软件应用程序使用。一般来说，软件应用程序是指适用于实现用于收集如本文所述的意图参数和操作对话系统的方法的至少一些操作的软件应用程序。
大容量存储设备1330还可以包括一个或多个暂时或非暂时计算机可读存储介质或计算机可读存储设备。例如，存储器1330可以存储数据库220或数字媒体内容，诸如数字产品、数字产品数据和数字产品事件数据。在一些实施例中，大容量存储设备1330可配置为存储比存储器1320更多的信息。大容量存储设备1330也可以配置为信息的长期存储。在一些示例中，大容量存储设备1330包括非易失性存储元件。此类非易失性存储元件的示例包括硬盘、光盘、固态磁盘、闪存、电可编程存储器(EPROM)或电可擦除可编程存储器的形式，以及本领域已知的其他形式的非易失性存储器。
仍参考图13，计算设备1300还可以包括一个或多个输入设备1360。输入设备1360可配置为通过触觉、音频、视频或生物特征通道接收来自用户的输入。输入设备1360的示例可以包括键盘、小键盘、鼠标、轨迹球、触摸屏、触摸板、麦克风、摄像机、图像传感器、指纹传感器、或能够检测用户或其他来源的输入并将输入中继到计算设备1300或其组件的任何其他设备。输出设备1350可配置为通过视觉或听觉通道向用户提供输出。输出设备1350可包括视频图形适配卡、显示器，例如液晶显示器(LCD)显示器、发光二极管(LED)显示器或有机LED显示器、声卡、扬声器、照明设备、投影仪，或能够产生用户可理解的输出的任何其他设备。输出设备1650还可包括触摸屏、存在敏感显示器或本领域已知的其他可输入/输出的显示器。
计算设备1300还可以包括网络接口1370。网络接口1370可用于经由一个或多个网络(诸如一个或多个有线网络、无线网络或光网络，包括，例如，互联网、内部网、局域网、广域网、蜂窝电话网络(例如，全球移动通信系统网络、长期演进通信网络、分组交换通信网络、电路交换通信网络)、蓝牙无线电、以及基于IEEE802.11的射频网络等)与外部设备进行通信。网络接口1370可以是网络接口卡，例如以太网卡、光收发器、射频收发器或任何其他类型的可以发送和接收信息的设备。
计算设备1300的操作系统可以控制计算设备1300或其组件的一个或多个功能。例如，操作系统可以与软件应用程序交互，并且可以促进软件应用程序和处理器1310、存储器1320、存储设备1330、输入设备1360、输出设备1350以及网络接口1370之间的一个或多个交互。操作系统可以与软件应用程序或其组件交互或以其他方式耦合。在一些实施例中，软件应用程序可以包括在操作系统中。
因此，已经描述了提供个性化日历的方法和系统。尽管已参照具体的示例实施例描述了实施例，显而易见的是，在不背离本申请的更广泛的精神和范围的情况下可以对这些示例实施例进行各种修改和更改。因此，说明书和附图应视为说明性而非限制性的。

Claims (20)

1.一种提供个性化日历的系统，所述系统包括：
服务器，其包括至少一个处理器、包括计算机可运行程序代码的非暂时性计算机可读介质、以及被配置为可操作地将所述服务器与多个远程用户设备连接的网络接口；以及
由所述服务器承载的至少一个数据库，所述至少一个数据库存储数字产品事件数据，所述数字产品事件数据将多个数字产品与各个数字产品事件日期相关联；
其中，当所述计算机可运行程序代码被所述至少一个处理器执行时，所述至少一个处理器：
重复更新所述至少一个数据库中的所述数字产品事件数据；
为用户帐户的用户提供用户界面，所述用户界面可在所述用户的远程用户设备上显示，其中所述用户界面包括基于所述用户帐户为所述用户个性化的日历微件，所述日历微件显示在所述用户界面的第一部分中；以及
将至少一部分所述数字产品事件数据转换成一个或多个图形元素，以通过所述日历微件以所述一个或多个图形元素的形式显示所述至少一部分所述数字产品事件数据，
其中，所述日历微件包括多个日期微件，并且
其中，当所述用户选择所述多个日期微件中的每一个时，所述多个日期微件中的每一个被显示在所述用户界面的第二部分中，所述第二部分不同于所述第一部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统，其中所述用户界面使得所述用户从所述远程用户设备查看、购买、访问、以及至少部分地下载一个或多个数字产品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统，其中每一个所述日期微件都与特定的日期或时间唯一地关联。
4.根据权利要求3所述的系统，其中，当所述计算机可运行程序代码被所述至少一个处理器运行时，所述至少一个处理器还：
修改所述日历微件以基于所述数字产品事件数据在选定的日期微件内显示所述数字产品的一个或多个图标，其中每一个所述图标都与所述数字产品中的一个相关联。
5.根据权利要求4所述的系统，其中所述图标中的至少一个与数字产品的发布日期相关联。
6.根据权利要求4所述的系统，其中所述图标中的至少一个与特写的数字产品相关联。
7.根据权利要求3所述的系统，其中，当所述计算机可运行程序代码被所述至少一个处理器运行时，所述至少一个处理器还：
接收所述用户的输入，其中所述输入指示特定日期；
基于存储在所述数据库中的所述数字产品事件数据，识别与所述输入的所述特定日期相关联的所述数字产品中的至少一个；以及
响应于所述输入，修改所述用户界面以除所述日历微件外还显示至少一个数字产品微件，其中所述至少一个数字产品微件与至少一个识别的数字产品相关联。
8.根据权利要求7所述的系统，其中所述至少一个数字产品微件包括：
用于识别各个数字产品的图形元素；
第一可执行的按钮，当其被所述用户启用时，使得启动与所述各个数字产品相对应的软件应用程序；
第二可执行的按钮，当其被所述用户启用时，使得喜欢或特写所述各个数字产品；以及
第三可执行的按钮，当其被所述用户启用时，使得创建与所述各个数字产品相关联的通知规则。
9.根据权利要求8所述的系统，其中，当所述计算机可运行程序代码被所述至少一个处理器运行时，所述至少一个处理器还：
基于所述通知规则，经由所述用户界面向所述用户提供通知消息。
10.一种用于提供个性化日历的计算机实施方法，所述方法包括：
通过服务器维护用户帐户；
通过所述服务器维护存储数字产品事件数据的至少一个数据库，所述数字产品事件数据将多个数字产品与各个数字产品事件日期相关联；
通过所述服务器重复更新所述至少一个数据库中的所述数字产品事件数据；
通过所述服务器为用户帐户的用户提供用户界面，所述用户界面可在所述用户的远程用户设备上显示，其中所述用户界面包括基于所述用户帐户为所述用户个性化的日历微件，所述日历微件显示在所述用户界面的第一部分中；以及
通过所述服务器将至少一部分所述数字产品事件数据转换成一个或多个图形元素，以通过所述日历微件以所述一个或多个图形元素的形式显示所述至少一部分所述数字产品事件数据，
其中，所述日历微件包括多个日期微件，并且
其中，当所述用户选择所述多个日期微件中的每一个时，所述多个日期微件中的每一个被显示在所述用户界面的第二部分中，所述第二部分不同于所述第一部分。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法，其中所述用户界面使得所述用户从所述远程用户设备查看、购买、以及访问一个或多个数字产品。
12.根据权利要求10所述的方法，其中每一个所述日期微件与特定的日期相关联。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法，还包括：
通过所述服务器修改所述日历微件以基于所述数字产品事件数据在选定的日期微件内显示所述数字产品的一个或多个图标，其中每一个所述图标与所述数字产品中的一个相关联。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法，其中所述图标中的至少一个与数字产品的发布日期相关。
15.根据权利要求13所述的方法，其中所述图标中的至少一个与特写的数字产品相关联。
16.根据权利要求12所述的方法，还包括：
通过所述用户接收所述用户的输入，其中所述输入指示特定日期；
基于存储在所述数据库中的所述数字产品事件数据，通过所述服务器识别与所述输入的所述特定日期相关联的所述数字产品中的至少一个；以及
响应于所述输入，通过所述服务器修改所述用户界面以除所述日历微件外还显示至少一个数字产品微件，其中所述至少一个数字产品微件与至少一个识别的数字产品相关联。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法，其中所述至少一个数字产品微件包括：用于识别各个数字产品的图形元素；第一可执行的按钮，当其被所述用户启用时，使得启动与所述各个数字产品相对应的软件应用程序；第二可执行的按钮，当其被所述用户启用时，使得喜欢或特写所述各个数字产品；以及第三可执行的按钮，当其被所述用户启用时，使得创建与所述各个数字产品相关联的通知规则。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法，还包括基于所述通知规则，通过所述服务器经由所述用户界面向所述用户提供通知消息。
19.根据权利要求10所述的方法，其中所述多个数字产品包括至少点播视频内容和至少一个网络计算机游戏。
20.一种其上存储了指令的非暂时性处理器可读介质，当其被一个或多个处理器运行时，使得所述一个或多个处理器实施一种方法，所述方法包括：
通过服务器维护用户帐户；
通过所述服务器维护存储数字产品事件数据的至少一个数据库，其中所述数字产品事件数据将多个数字产品与各个数字产品事件日期相关联；
通过所述服务器重复更新所述至少一个数据库中的所述数字产品事件数据；
通过所述服务器为用户帐户的用户提供用户界面，所述用户界面可在所述用户的远程用户设备上显示，其中所述用户界面包括基于所述用户帐户为所述用户个性化的日历微件，所述日历微件显示在所述用户界面的第一部分中；以及
通过所述服务器将至少一部分所述数字产品事件数据转换成一个或多个图形元素，以通过所述日历微件以所述一个或多个图形元素的形式显示所述至少一部分所述数字产品事件数据，
其中，所述日历微件包括多个日期微件，并且
其中，当所述用户选择所述多个日期微件中的每一个时，所述多个日期微件中的每一个被显示在所述用户界面的第二部分中，所述第二部分不同于所述第一部分。
