Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及用于身体听诊的装置。本装置的实施例包括壳体,所述壳体被设计尺寸并配置成用于布置在相对于身体的预定部分的操作定向中,所述壳体包括布置在其中的多个腔室,所述壳体还被同心结构围绕。
相关技术的描述
听诊,或意为听取身体内部声音的术语,对于许多学科是非常重要的,如医学领域。例如,对身体(如患者的身体)的听诊,协助医学专业人士对可能影响病人的病疾进行诊断。这可以通过听诊器以传统方式实现,听诊器可以使用宽的钟罩和/或膜片来听取狭窄范围的低频声学信号,如与患者心跳相关联的那些声信号。然而,这种方式对于许多其他诊断目的从根本上来说是不够的,如接收与较高频率信号相关联的声学信号。

发明概述
本发明涉及用于身体听诊的装置,如患者的身体。根据本发明的装置的示意性实施例包括壳体,所述壳体被设计尺寸并配置成用于布置在相对于身体的预定部分的操作定向中。这种身体的预定部分的实例包括但不限于喉咙和与肺部对应的区域。
所述壳体中包括多个腔室,所述多个腔室被共同地构造成用于至少当所述壳体处于所述操作定向中时接收声学信号。声学信号由身体产生并且与各种身体的进程、状况等等相关联。接收这类信号可以协助诊断以及其他医疗程序。因此,所述多个腔室合作地被构造和/或成形,使得由身体产生的声学信号进入所述装置用于检测。

如在附图中所展示的,本发明是针对用于身体听诊的装置和系统。如以上描述的,听诊涉及捕捉由身体发出的声学信号的实践行动,比如但不限于用于医学诊断的目的。因此,应当理解的是,身体可以是人体,即患者,但也可以是任何其他合适的声学信号源。
根据在图1中示出的示意性实施例,装置1包括壳体50。壳体50被设计尺寸并配置成用于布置在相对于身体的预定部分的操作定向中。例如,壳体50可以相对于和/或抵靠对应于患者喉部的身体的一部分放置,例如用于监测与患者的呼吸和/或吞咽相关联的声学信号的目的。
因此,壳体50包括布置在所述壳体中的多个腔室10、30、40。这些腔室被共同地构造成用于接收由身体产生的声学信号。在优选实施例中,腔室10、30、40被共同地构造成使得接收声学信号致使壳体50共振。进一步,在优选实施例中,腔室10、30、40被共同地构造成使得壳体50在某一频率下和/或约20赫兹至约2,000赫兹的范围之中的频率下共振。此外,在优选实施例中壳体50包含针对具体共振特性而选择的构造材料。
进一步参考图1,壳体50包括近端50’和远端50”。近端50’被构造成用于布置在相对于身体的预定部分的操作定向中,如颈部区域、喉部,胸部区域,和/或任何其他所希望的或适合的区域。近端50’的这种布置包括壳体50与身体的接合,这样使得壳体50和身体限定彼此的相对接合。

现在参见图3,提供了根据本发明的系统2的实施例。系统2包括用于身体的听诊的装置1。应当理解的是,装置1可以是图1的实施例,但是也可以是符合本发明的装置1的任何实施例。在如在图3中展示的系统2的优选实施例中,装置1与多个部件100、200、300、400、500、510连通。这些部件包括但是不限于处理部件200、分析部件300、模式识别部件400、以及至少一个输出部件500、510。所述输出部件可以包括显示部件500和音频输出部件510。进一步,系统2可以被配置成用于使用动态范围控制和均衡化(Dynamic Range Control andEqualization)来处理电信号。
放大部件100被构造成用于放大从装置1接收到的电信号。放大部件的实例是麦克风前置放大器。
处理部件200被构造成用于处理从放大部件200接收到的被放大的信号。处理部件200包括数字信号处理器。进一步,处理部件200被构造成用于处理被放大的信号以便协助进一步的分析。此外,处理部件200可以被构造成用于结合前后AGC过滤、音频频率动态范围控制和/或均衡化。在优选实施例中,音频输出部件510与处理部件200通信。相应地,音频输出部件510被构造成用于协助听取经处理的信号,例如由医学专业人士。音频输出部件510的实例包括耳机。
分析部件300从处理部件200接收经处理的信号。分析部件300被构造成用于生成经分析的信号。相应地,分析部件300可以执行例如快速傅里叶变换分析以生成经分析的信号。
经分析的信号于是被发送至模式识别部件400,被构造成用于识别经分析的信号中的模式,如与频率、强度或时域的任意组合相关的模式。进一步,模式识别部件400可以被配置成用于将经分析的信号中检测到的模式与可能的诊断和/或医疗状况匹配。相应地,模式识别部件400被配置成用于根据相应的检测到的这种模式或这些模式来输出诊断和/或医疗状况。经分析的信号进一步被发送至显示部件500。显示部件500的实例包括被配置成用于谱图的输出的视觉显示装置。各种实施例中的显示部件500可以进一步被配置成用于突显由系统2检测到的问题和/或可以协助或帮助诊断流程的问题。

为了在换能器20处从同心结构800接收低频信号,壳体50包括在声学捕捉室55与同心结构800之间成声音连通关系的低频接收器810。在示出的实施例中,低频接收器810可以包括根据图8和图10的孔810,所述孔从同心结构800的内部开口至声学捕捉室55的内部形成,以便从同心结构800的开口855接收声波。在一些实施例中,低频接收器810可以被构造成用于将信号直接馈入主共振室30和/或容纳换能器20的次共振室40。换能器20从声学捕捉室10的开口55接收较高频率的信号,同时通过低频接收器810从同心结构800的开口855接收低频信号。
较高频率的信号和低频信号于是可以通过换能器被同时地或选择性地转换为电输入信号,为了如以上描述的信号清晰度或所希望的音频效果,所述电输入信号随后可以进一步被处理。为了此处理,所述信号可以在图9中所示的通信线缆95上传输和/或可以传输至另一换能器如耳塞或头戴式耳机,所述换能器为听者将电信号或经处理的电信号转换回声音信号。在其他实施例中,线缆95可以省略并且可以通过本领域技术人员已知的方法进行无线发射,例如但不限于NFC、WiFi、蓝牙、或其他通信协议。同样根据图9的实施例,换能器以及其所在的腔室(如主共振室30)可以用帽90密封,以便防止外部噪音或干扰。
因为可以对所描述的本发明的优选实施例进行细节上的许多修改、变形、以及改变,所以旨在将以上说明中以及附图中示出的事项理解为示意性的而非限制意义的。因此,本发明的范围应当由所附权利要求书以及其法律等效物来确定。

Claims (48)

1.一种用于身体听诊的装置,所述装置包括:
壳体,所述壳体被设计尺寸并配置成用于布置在相对于所述身体的预定部分的操作定向中,
所述壳体包括布置在其中的多个腔室,
所述多个腔室被共同地构造成用于至少当所述壳体布置在所述操作定向中时接收声学信号,以及
至少一个换能器,所述至少一个换能器至少部分地布置在所述腔室中的相应一者中并且被构造成用于将所述声学信号转换为电信号。

主共振室,所述主共振室相对于所述声学捕捉室布置成声音接收关系,以及
至少一个换能器,所述至少一个换能器布置在所述壳体中并且被构造成用于将所述声学信号转换为电信号。
16.如权利要求15所述的装置,所述一个换能器被至少部分地布置在所述主共振室之中。
17.如权利要求15所述的装置,所述一个换能器被可移动地、至少部分地布置在所述主共振室之中。
18.如权利要求15所述的装置,进一步包括可移动地布置在所述主共振室中的至少一个共振调节构件。
19.如权利要求15所述的装置,所述声学捕捉室包括远端,所述远端具有与所述声学捕捉室的近端的直径相等的直径。
20.如权利要求15所述的装置,所述声学捕捉室包括远端,所述远端具有小于所述声学捕捉室的近端的直径的直径。
21.如权利要求15所述的装置,进一步包括次共振室,所述次共振室相对于所述声学捕捉室布置成声音接收关系。
22.如权利要求21所述的装置,所述一个换能器被至少部分地布置在所述次共振室之中。
23.如权利要求21所述的装置,所述一个换能器被可移动地、至少部分地布置在所述次共振室之中。
24.如权利要求21所述的装置,所述次共振室被布置在所述声学捕捉室与所述主共振室之间。
25.如权利要求21所述的装置,所述声学捕捉室、所述主共振室、以及所述次共振室被相应地构造并布置成用于至少当所述壳体处于所述操作定向中时接收所述声学信号。
26.一种用于身体听诊的装置,所述装置包括:
具有近端和远端的壳体,
所述壳体的所述远端被设计尺寸并配置成用于限定开口,所述开口被设计尺寸并配置成用于与所述身体的预定部分的操作性接合,
声学捕捉室,所述声学捕捉室与所述壳体的所述开口流体连通并且被构造成用于至少当所述壳体处于所述操作性接合状态中时接收由所述身体产生的声学信号,
主共振室,所述主共振室相对于所述声学捕捉室布置成声音接收关系,
次共振室,所述次共振室相对于所述声学捕捉室布置成声音接收关系,以及
多个换能器,所述多个换能器布置在所述壳体中并且各自被构造成用于将所述声学信号转换为至少一个电信号,以及
所述多个换能器至少包括布置在所述主共振室中的第一换能器以及布置在所述次共振室中的第二换能器。
27.如权利要求26所述的装置,其中,所述第一换能器被可移动地布置在所述主共振室之中。
28.如权利要求27所述的装置,其中,所述第二换能器被可移动地布置在所述次共振室之中。
29.如权利要求26所述的装置,其中,所述第二换能器被可移动地布置在所述次共振室之中。
30.如权利要求29所述的装置,其中,所述第一换能器被可移动地布置在所述主共振室之中。
31.一种用于身体听诊的装置,包括:
具有近端和远端的壳体,所述壳体的所述近端包括开口,所述开口被设计尺寸并配置成用于当所述壳体处于操作定向中时与所述身体的预定部分接合,
所述壳体包括布置在其中的多个腔室,所述多个腔室被共同地构造成用于至少当所述壳体布置在所述操作定向中时接收声学信号,
至少一个换能器,至少部分地布置在所述腔室中的相应一者中并且被构造成用于将所述声学信号转换为电信号,
同心结构,所述同心结构圆周地形成为与所述壳体的所述近端成围绕关系,用于捕捉低频信号。
32.如权利要求31所述的装置,其中,所述多个腔室包括声学捕捉室,所述声学捕捉室相对于所述壳体的所述开口布置成声音接收关系。
33.如权利要求32所述的装置,其中,所述壳体包括在所述声学捕捉室与所述同心结构之间成声音连通关系的低频接收器。
34.如权利要求33所述的装置,其中,所述低频接收器包括孔,所述孔从所述同心结构的内部开口形成至所述声学捕捉室的内部,以便从所述同心结构的所述开口接收声波。
