对于每种染料混合物,在所述染料混合物由上述染料组成的情况下,组分1至5b添加至100%;在例如作为变调组分添加其他染料的情况下,组分1至5b添加至小于100%。在这种情况下,基于染料混合物中所有染料的总重量,变调组分的量优选小于10wt%,更加优选小于5wt%,最优选小于2wt%。
根据本发明的混合物可通过将单一染料混合而得。
因此,一种制备如上所述染料混合物的方法也构成本发明的一个方面,包括
a)将染料混合物的各组分混合,
b)将步骤a)得到的混合物混合均匀。
通常,有三种优选的可行方法:
1)a)将式(1)至(5)中所需的组分与分散剂混合,
b)将步骤a)得到的混合物混合均匀并研磨,
c)将步骤b)得到的经过研磨的混合物进行喷雾干燥。
2)或者,先将所有(1)至(5)的单一组分按照上述1)中步骤a)至c)进行处理
然后,将各个步骤c)中得到的配方量的式(1)至(5)所示组分作为干燥组分混合
3)另外,上述两种方法的结合也是可行的,将主要的式(1)至(5)所示组分按照方法1)步骤a)和b)进行处理,次要的式(1)至(5)所示组分按照方法2)步骤a)b)和c)处理后作为干燥粉末添加到主要组分的浆状物中,然后所得的总混合物进行喷雾干燥。
一种含有甲酰氨基和/或羟基的材料的染色或印花方法,包括使含有甲酰氨基和/或羟基的材料与如上所述染料混合物和/或如上所述水溶液接触,也构成本发明的另一个方面。
当本发明染料混合物在染色中应用时,所述染料混合物通过常规使用分散剂和润湿剂的方式分散于水性介质中,以制备用于染色的染浴或用于织物印花的印花浆。
分散剂的典型例子是木素磺酸盐,萘磺酸/甲醛缩合物和苯酚/甲酚/对氨基苯磺酸/甲醛缩合物,润湿剂的典型例子是:烷基芳基乙氧基化物,其可被磺化或磷酸化,可能存在的其他成分的典型例子是:无机盐,除尘剂如矿物油或壬醇,有机液体和缓冲剂。基于染料混合物的重量,分散剂的剂量可以为30至500%。基于染料混合物的重量,除尘剂的使用剂量为0至5%。
在染色聚酯纤维及纤维混合产品比如包含聚酯纤维的交织织物的混纺纱的情况中,这些纤维和/或纤维混合产品可通过常规染色方法即可获得具有良好色牢度的染色,所述常规染色方法诸如高温染色法,载体染色法和热熔染色法。在一些情况中,向染浴中添加酸性物质可获得更成功的染色。
合适的工艺条件可有利地从下列选择:
(i)浸染:在pH为4至8.5,125至140℃温度下进行10至120min且在1至2bar压力下,可选择添加螯合剂;
(ii)连续染色:在pH为4至8.5,190至225℃温度下进行15s至5min,可选择添加迁移抑制剂;
(iii)直接印花:在pH为4至6.5,160至185℃温度下进行高温汽蒸4至15min,或者190至225℃温度下用干热进行烘烤固色15s至5min,或者120至140℃温度以及1至2bar条件下进行压力汽蒸10至45min,可选择添加基于染料重量5%至100%的润湿剂和增稠剂(如藻酸盐);
(iv)拔染印花(通过将染料混合物轧染在纺织材料上,干燥并叠印):在pH为4至6.5,选择添加迁移抑制剂和增稠剂;
(v)载体染色:在pH为4至7.5,温度为95至100℃下,利用载体如甲基萘,二苯胺或2-苯基苯酚进行染色,选择添加多价螯合剂;
(vi)醋酸酯,三醋酸酯和尼龙气氛染色:在pH为4至7.5,对于醋酸酯在温度约为85℃或者对于三醋酸酯和尼龙在温度约为90℃下进行15至90min,选择添加多价螯合剂;
在所有上述方法中,染料混合物以分散在水性介质中的形式使用,并且在水性介质中,染料混合物的含量为0.001至20%,优选0.005至16%。
一种用于染色的包含一种如上所述染料混合物的水溶液构成本发明的另一个方面。
除了上面提到的应用方法,所述染料混合物可以通过喷墨印花施用于合成纺织材料和纤维混纺物,所述基材可选择性地经过预处理以助于印花。在喷墨法应用中,应用介质可以包括水和水溶性有机溶剂,所述水和水溶性有机溶剂的重量比优选1:99至99:1,更加优选1:95至2:1,特别是在1:90至1:1的范围内。所述水溶性有机溶剂优选的包括C1-C4链烷醇,特别是甲醇或乙醇,酮,特别是丙酮或甲基乙基酮,2-吡咯烷酮或N-甲基吡咯烷酮,二醇,特别是乙二醇,丙二醇,1,3-丙二醇,丁烷-2,3-二醇,硫二甘醇或二甘醇,二醇醚,特别是乙二醇单甲醚,丙二醇单甲醚或二乙二醇单甲醚,脲,砜,特别是双-(2-羟乙基)砜或它们的混合物。
因此,一种用于数字织物印花的油墨,包含一种如上所述的染料混合物构成了本发明的另一个方面。
本发明染料混合物也可以利用超临界二氧化碳施用于纺织材料上,在这种情况下,可选择地省略染料配制剂。
本发明的另一个方面是如上所述染料混合物和/或如上所述水溶液在纤维以及所述纤维混纺物的染色中的应用,所述纤维选自下列群组:合成纤维,尼龙,尼龙-6,尼龙-6.6和芳纶纤维,植物纤维,种子纤维,棉,有机棉,木棉,椰子壳纤维;韧皮纤维,亚麻,大麻,黄麻,槿麻,苎麻,藤;叶纤维,剑麻,赫纳昆纤维,芭蕉;秸秆纤维,竹;动物纤维,羊毛,有机羊毛,蚕丝,羊绒羊毛,羊驼绒,马海毛,兔毛纤维以及皮草和皮革材料;制造,再生和回收纤维,纤维素纤维;纸纤维,纤维素再生纤维,粘胶人造丝纤维,乙酸酯和三乙酸酯纤维和莱赛尔纤维。

特别优选的可被本发明染料混合物染色的纺织材料是芳族聚酯或其与任何上述提到的纤维或混纺材料纤维的纤维混纺物。特别优选的纤维混纺物包括那些聚酯-纤维素,如聚酯-棉花,和聚酯-羊毛。所述纺织材料或其混纺物可以是丝状,散纤维,纱或机织或针织织物的形式。
特别的是,聚酯纤维中,不仅普通聚酯纤维(常规旦纤维)可成功地用本发明染料混合物染色,同样作为纤维提到的微纤维(细旦纤维,小于0.6旦)也可以成功地经本发明染料混合物染色。
下面的实施例用来进一步说明本发明,但不限制本发明的保护范围。除非另有说明,份数和百分数均以重量计。重量份和体积份的关系是千克之于升的关系。

将9份式(1-3)所示染料,36份式(2-3)所示染料,20份式(3c-1)所示染料粉末,25份式(4)所示染料粉末,10份式(5a)所示染料粉末混合,
所得的本发明染料混合物使用分散剂进行配制并通过喷雾干燥法干燥,在典型的用于分散染料的染色条件下,在例如聚酯或聚酯混纺物上给出非常深的黑色染色和印花。
实施例4
将12份式(1-2)所示染料,36份式(2-1)所示染料,20份式(3d-1)所示染料粉末,32份式(4-4)所示染料粉末混合,
所得的本发明染料混合物使用分散剂进行配制并通过喷雾干燥法干燥,在典型的用于分散染料的染色条件下,在例如聚酯或聚酯混纺物上给出非常深的黑色染色和印花。

将5份式(1-3)所示染料,78份式(2-3)所示染料,10份式(3d-1)所示染料粉末,5份式(4)所示染料粉末,2份式(5a)所示染料粉末混合,
所得的本发明染料混合物使用分散剂进行配制并通过喷雾干燥法干燥,在典型的用于分散染料的染色条件下,在例如聚酯或聚酯混纺物上给出非常深的海军蓝染色和印花。
实施例6
将10份式(1-2)所示染料,70份式(2-1)所示染料,15份式(3e-1)所示染料粉末,5份式(4-4)所示染料粉末混合,
所得的本发明染料混合物使用分散剂进行配制并通过喷雾干燥法干燥,在典型的用于分散染料的染色条件下,在例如聚酯或聚酯混纺物上给出非常深的海军蓝染色和印花。
利用分散剂和除尘剂,所有下表中的实施例是如上述那样制备的制剂。

1.一种染料混合物,包含:
至少一种式(2)所示染料,
至少一种选自由式(3a),(3b),(3c),(3d)和(3e)所示染料组成的群组中的染料,
