Abstract

技术领域
本申请一般涉及被配置用于在参与物理活动和/或健身锻炼时使用的数字生态系统。
背景技术
社会日益变得注重健康。现在提供多种锻炼和健身以鼓励人们通过运动保持健康。如同这里理解的,虽然固定不动的运动设备通常变得配备有用于锻炼者的信息的数据显示器,但是信息不适合于个人并且频繁地重复和单调。如这里还理解的,人们享受听音乐作为健身帮助但是音乐通常是体育馆内的任何广播或在用户可以佩戴的记录装置上提供,同样也是潜在地单调并且模式不变。
发明内容
本原理理解除了以上之外,用户可以希望将他的或她的行为和/或健身音乐连接到锻炼伙伴的收听体验。设备包括至少一个带有由处理器可执行的指令的计算机可读存储介质和至少一个配置用于访问计算机可读存储介质的处理器以执行所述指令。在指令执行时,处理器被配置用于与伙伴设备配对以利用由与处理器通信的至少一个近场通信(NFC)元件推动的NFC建立信息共享NFC配对。处理器也被配置用于使用来自于NFC配对的信息并且被配置用于利用无线收发器向伙伴设备提供音乐信息。
无线收发器可以是蓝牙收发器并且可以用来向伙伴设备提供音乐信息。在执行存储在存储介质上的指令时,处理器可以被配置用于在设备的至少一个扬声器中播放可听锻炼信息。可听锻炼信息可以不被发给伙伴设备。可以基于与设备的用户接合的生物统计传感器的可听锻炼信息可以由处理器在执行指令并且用这样的方式配置时接收到。
存储介质上的指令也可以配置处理器以从与设备相关联的麦克风中接收信息。处理器也可以使用来自于NFC配对的信息并且向伙伴设备提供来自于麦克风的信息。可以使用蓝牙向伙伴设备提供可听信息。
可替换地,NFC元件可以不是蓝牙收发器。
处理器在执行指令时,可以被配置用于响应于用户选择可以与处理器通信的播放元件向伙伴设备提供音乐信息。设备可以是第一设备并且向伙伴设备提供的音乐信息可以是在第一设备的扬声器上播放的第一音乐作品,以使得第一设备和伙伴设备播放相同的音乐作品。此外,可以由第一设备向伙伴设备提供的音乐信息可以包括在第一设备的扬声器上播放的第一音乐作品的节拍。利用节拍信息,第一设备和伙伴设备可以播放彼此不同的音乐作品但是以由第一设备提供的节拍。
指令否则可以配置处理器以使用来自于NFC配对的信息以利用无线收发器从伙伴设备接收音乐信息和/或从伙伴设备接收在与伙伴设备相关联的麦克风处输入的可听信息。

具体实施方式

存在两个一般类型的计算机生态系统:垂直和水平计算机生态系统。在垂直方法中,实质上生态系统的所有方面与相同的公司(例如由相同制造商产生的)相关联,并且具体地被设计为彼此无缝地交互。另一方面,水平生态系统将由不同的实体创建的诸如硬件和软件之类的方面集成为一个统一的生态系统。水平方法允许各种来自于消费者和制造商的输入、增加的新颖创新的能力和改变需求的适应。但是无论如何,应当理解某些数字生态系统,包括这里引用的那些,可以包含上面描述的水平和垂直生态系统的特性。

现在具体地参考图1,示出示例系统10,其可以包括根据本原理的上述和下面描述的一个或多个示例设备以增强健身体验。包括在系统10中的示例设备中的第一个是可以防水(例如,用于在游泳时使用)的示例消费电子(CE)设备12。CE设备12可以是例如计算机化的能够互联网的(“智能”)电话、平板计算机、笔记本计算机、诸如例如计算机化的能够互联网的手表、计算机化的能够互联网的手环、其它计算机化的能够互联网的健身设备之类的可穿戴计算机化的设备、计算机化的能够互联网的音乐播放器、计算机化的能够互联网的耳机、诸如可植入皮肤的设备之类的计算机化的能够互联网的可植入设备,等等,并且甚至例如计算机化的能够互联网的电视(TV)。无论如何,应当理解,CE设备12被配置为进行本原理(例如与其它CE设备通信以进行本原理,执行这里描述的逻辑、以及执行这里描述的任何其它功能和/或操作)。
因此,为了进行此类原理,CE设备12可以包括图1所示的组件中的一些或所有。例如,CE设备12可以包括一个或多个能够触摸的显示器14、用于根据本原理输出音频的一个或多个扬声器16、和用于例如将可听命令输入到CE设备12以控制CE设备12的诸如音频接收器/麦克风之类的至少一个附加输入设备18。示例CE设备12也可以包括用于在一个或多个处理器的控制下通过诸如互联网、WAN、LAN等等的至少一个网络22通信的一个或多个网络接口20。应当理解,处理器24控制CE设备12以进行本原理,包括这里描述的CE设备的其它元件,诸如控制显示器14以在其上呈现图像并且接收来自于其的输入。此外,注意网络接口20可以是例如有线或无线调制解调器或路由器,或其它适当的接口,诸如例如无线电话收发器、WiFi收发器,等等。
除了上述之外,CE设备12也可以包括一个或多个输入端口26,诸如例如USB端口以在物理上连接(例如利用有线连接)到另一个CE设备和/或耳机端口以将耳机连接到CE设备12以用于通过耳机将来自于CE设备12的音频呈现到用户。CE设备12还可以包括一个或多个有形的计算机可读存储介质28,诸如以基于盘的或固态存储器,应当理解,计算机可读存储介质28可以不是载波。同样在一些实施例中,CE设备12可以包括位置或地点接收器,诸如但是不限于被配置为例如从至少一个卫星接收地理位置信息并且向处理器24提供信息和/或结合处理器24确定CE设备12所处的海拔的GPS接收器和/或高度计30。但是,应当理解,根据本原理可以使用除了GPS接收器和/或高度计以外的另一个适合的位置接收器以例如确定例如所有三维的CE设备12的位置。

仍然参考图1,除了CE设备12之外,系统10可以包括一个或多个其它CE设备类型,诸如但是不限于计算机化的能够互联网的手环44、计算机化的能够互联网的耳机和/或耳塞46、计算机化的能够互联网的衣服48、计算机化的能够互联网的锻炼机器50(例如踏车、锻炼自行车、椭圆形机器,等等),等等。同样显示计算机化的能够互联网的健身房入口亭52,允许授权进入容纳锻炼机器50的健身房。应当理解,在包括此段中描述的那些的系统10中包括的其它CE设备可以分别包括上面参考CE设备12描述的各种组件中的一些或所有,诸如但是不限于例如上面描述的生物统计传感器和运动传感器,以及也在上面描述的位置接收器、照相机、输入设备、和扬声器。

现在参考在前提到的至少一个服务器54,它包括至少一个处理器56、可以不是载波的诸如以基于盘的或固态存储器之类的至少一个有形的计算机可读存储介质58、和在处理器56控制之下允许通过网络22与图1的其它CE设备通信、并且根据本原理实际上可以推动它们之间的通信的至少一个网络接口60。注意网络接口60可以是例如有线或无线的调制解调器或路由器、WiFi收发器、或诸如例如无线电话收发器之类的其它适当的接口。
因此,在一些实施例中,服务器54可以是互联网服务器,可以根据本原理便于CE设备之间的健身协调和/或数据交换,并且可以包括并执行“云”功能以使得系统10的CE设备可以经由实施例中的服务器54访问“云”环境以例如流化音乐以在锻炼时听和/或配对两个或更多个设备(例如从一个设备到另一个“投放”音乐)。
图2示出实施为耳机70的特定的CE设备,耳机70如图所示实施访问计算机可读存储介质74上的可执行指令以在左右扬声器76、78上输出音乐的音乐播放器处理器72。应当理解音乐播放器处理器72可以远离示出的物理耳机并且可以与它有线或无线地通信。此类组合这里仍然被称为“耳机”。处理器72也可以利用诸如WiFi收发器或无线电话收发器之类的网络接口80访问音乐和其它通信。处理器可以与其它设备通过近场通信(NFC)元件82和诸如蓝牙收发器之类的无线收发器84交换信息。
因此,在图2中的耳机70通常包括左和右扬声器76、78,其可以实施为耳塞或耳盘,被配置用于分别接合人的左和右耳,其中诸如弯曲头带乃至软线的连接器86连接扬声器。
另外,可以安装在耳机主体的支柱90上的麦克风88可以被提供并且可以电连接到处理器72以向处理器72输入用户语音信号。此外,一个或多个生物统计传感器92可以由有线或无线链路94向处理器72提供输入并且指示佩戴耳机70的人的心速率或步速率或汗速率或其它生物统计度量。传感器92因此可以包括脉搏传感器、步传感器、汗传感器、等等。
具有左和右扬声器98、100的第二耳机96可以被第二个人佩戴。应当理解,第二耳机96可以在结构和操作上基本上等于耳机70并且因此为了简便起见省略它的构造的细节。

现在参考图3,可以由图2中的各种处理器执行的逻辑从在块120处将第一耳机70接近第二耳机96放置以建立NFC配对开始。在块122处,耳机70、96可以通过NFC 82自动地交换通信信息,例如蓝牙参数,以实行蓝牙配对。逻辑可以进行两种方式中的一个:第一个开始于块124处,用户选择在第一耳机70上“播放”并且处理器72经由蓝牙94向第二耳机96发送当前在第一耳机70上播放的音乐。在块126处,音乐可以随后被在第二耳机96上播放。生物统计信息,例如脉搏率、步速率等等,可以在块128处被第一耳机70处从生物统计传感器92接收并且在块130处在第一耳机70上而不是在第二耳机96可听地播放。
在图3中的虚线概述的第二路线,其中逻辑可以在块122之后继续,开始于块132,此时第一耳机70的用户可以选择“播放”并且处理器72可以访问当前播放的音乐的元数据以找到音乐的节拍并且然后将节拍数据发送到第二耳机96。在块134处,第二耳机96然后可以播放不同于第一耳机70的音乐但是以与第一耳机70的音乐相同的节拍,从而减速或加速音乐。此第二路线的逻辑然后返回到块128并且与第一路线的逻辑合并以在块130处从第一耳机70处的传感器92接收生物统计信息并且然后在第一耳机70上而不是第二耳机96上可听地播放该信息。
在图4示出的逻辑从块136开始,在第一耳机70的麦克风88处接收第一用户语音。该语音数据然后可以在块138处经由蓝牙94被发给第二耳机96,并且随后在块140处在当前在第二耳机96上播放的音乐之上在第二耳机96上播放。作为在当前在第二耳机96上播放的音乐之上在第一耳机70上播放来自于麦克风88的语音数据的替换方式,由虚线概述的块142示出了在第二耳机96上播放语音数据同时当前在第二耳机96上播放的音乐被抑制或降低。
现在参考图5的逻辑,在块144处可以在耳机NFC元件82与训练器控制台NFC元件112之间建立NFC配对。在块146处,利用NFC配对,蓝牙信息可以被交换,从而建立耳机蓝牙收发器94与训练器控制台蓝牙114之间的蓝牙配对。在块148处,由耳机70上的传感器92获得的生物统计信息可以经由蓝牙配对通信被发送给训练器控制台102以用于在显示器118上呈现。在块150处输入到控制台102中的训练器命令可以经由蓝牙配对通信被发送并且在耳机70上播放。在此图5中描述的相同的逻辑可以应用于第二耳机96。
不特定参考任何图,应当理解本原理可以应用于彼此通信的CE设备以使得例如利用CE设备彼此通信的群可以包括指定为“领导”的一个CE设备并且因此与群领导相关联。群领导的CE设备可以向群的其它CE设备提供信息以使得群中的多个人可以遵循群领导的指示、信息,等等,但是每个人仍然可以通过他们自己的CE设备被呈现有他们自己的个性化统计量和通知,同时例如仍然听见群领导/指导者的语音和共享的音乐。
同时不参考任何特定图,应当理解虽然已参考锻炼描述本原理,但是本原理可以应用于其它实例,其中例如CE设备群彼此通信,诸如在引导的展览馆参观的群通信,或其中根据本原理的通信可以被例如群领导使用和/或利用的任何其它旅行/群体验。
虽然这里示出了并且详细描述了特定的同步锻炼伙伴耳机,但是应当理解,由本发明涵盖的主题仅仅由权利要求书限制。
Claims (20)
1.一种设备,包括:
带有可由处理器执行的指令的至少一个计算机可读存储介质;
至少一个处理器,被配置用于访问计算机可读存储介质以执行所述指令以配置处理器用于:
利用由与处理器通信的至少一个近场通信(NFC)元件推动的NFC,与伙伴设备配对以建立信息共享的NFC配对;以及
利用来自于NFC配对的信息,利用无线收发器向伙伴设备提供音乐信息。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中无线收发器是蓝牙收发器。
3.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中处理器在执行指令时被配置用于:
在所述设备的至少一个扬声器中播放可听锻炼信息,所述可听锻炼信息不被发送给伙伴设备。
4.如权利要求3所述的设备,其中处理器在执行指令时被配置用于从与所述设备的用户接合的生物统计传感器接收所述可听锻炼信息所基于的信息。
5.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中处理器在执行指令时被配置用于:
从与所述设备相关联的麦克风接收信息;以及
利用来自于NFC配对的信息,向伙伴设备提供来自于麦克风的信息。
6.如权利要求5所述的设备,其中利用蓝牙向伙伴设备提供可听信息。
7.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中NFC元件不是蓝牙收发器。
8.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中处理器在执行指令时被配置用于响应于用户选择与处理器通信的播放元件而向伙伴设备提供音乐信息。
9.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述设备是第一设备并且向伙伴设备提供的音乐信息是在第一设备的扬声器上播放的第一音乐作品,以使得第一设备和伙伴设备播放相同的音乐作品。
10.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述设备是第一设备并且向伙伴设备提供的音乐信息包括在第一设备的扬声器上播放的第一音乐作品的节拍,以使得第一设备和伙伴设备播放彼此不同的音乐作品但是以由第一设备向伙伴设备提供的节拍。
11.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中处理器在执行指令时被配置用于利用来自于NFC配对的信息利用无线收发器从伙伴设备接收音乐信息。
12.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中处理器在执行指令时被配置用于:
利用来自于NFC配对的信息,从伙伴设备接收在与伙伴设备相关联的麦克风处输入的可听信息。
13.一种方法,包括:
将第一耳机与伙伴耳机并置以建立配对,所述配对自动地使得在耳机之间共享信息;
利用所述信息,执行以下中的至少一个:
(a)将在第一耳机上播放的音乐自动地发送到伙伴耳机以用于在其上播放以使得两个耳机同时播放彼此相同的音乐;
(b)将与在第一耳机上播放的音乐相关联的节拍信息自动地发送到伙伴耳机以使得两个耳机播放不同的音乐但是以相同的节拍。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述配对利用近场通信(NFC)建立并且所述发送利用不同于NFC的无线传输协议执行。
15.如权利要求13所述的方法,还包括:
利用来自于配对的信息,将在与第一耳机相关联的麦克风处输入的用户语音信息传送到伙伴耳机。
16.一种多个部件的工具,包括:
第一耳机,包括麦克风、至少一个扬声器、至少一个近场通信(NFC)元件、和不同于NFC元件的至少一个无线收发器,第一耳机被配置用于与人的头接合以使得至少一个扬声器与人的耳朵并置以使得人能够听由扬声器播放的音乐;以及
至少第二耳机,包括麦克风、至少一个扬声器、至少一个近场通信(NFC)元件、以及不同于NFC元件的至少一个无线收发器,第二耳机被配置用于与人的头接合以使得第二耳机的至少一个扬声器与人的耳朵并置以使得人能够听由第二耳机的扬声器播放的音乐。
17.如权利要求16所述的工具,其中第一耳机包括带有可由处理器执行的指令的至少一个计算机可读存储介质,所述第一耳机的处理器被配置用于访问计算机可读存储介质以执行指令以配置第一耳机的处理器用于:
利用NFC元件,与第二耳机配对以建立信息共享的NFC配对;以及
利用来自于NFC配对的信息,利用无线收发器向第二耳机提供音乐信息。
18.如权利要求17所述的工具,其中第一耳机的处理器在执行指令时被配置用于:
在第一耳机的至少一个扬声器中播放可听锻炼信息,所述可听锻炼信息不被发送给第二耳机。
19.如权利要求17所述的工具,其中第一耳机的处理器在执行指令时被配置用于:
从第一耳机的麦克风接收信息;以及
利用来自于NFC配对的信息,向第二耳机提供来自于第一耳机的麦克风的信息。
20.如权利要求17所述的工具,其中第一耳机的处理器在执行指令时被配置用于响应于用户选择与第一耳机的处理器通信的播放元件而向第二耳机提供音乐信息。
