Abstract

技术领域
本申请总体上涉及被配置用于参与体育活动和/或健身锻炼时的数字生态系统(ecosystem)。
背景技术
社会正变得愈发关注健康。现在提供了各式各样的锻炼和运动来鼓励人们通过锻炼保持健康。如本文中所理解的,虽然固定的锻炼器材常常装配有为锻炼者提供信息的数据显示器,但该信息不是针对个体定制的并且经常是重复和单调的。如本文中所进一步理解的,人们喜欢收听音乐作为运动辅助,但音乐通常是健身房内广播的或者用户可配戴的记录装置上提供的任何内容,同样可能是单调的并且模式和节奏没有变化,脱离了正参与的实际锻炼。此外,监视在锻炼期间的体力消耗的通用健身装置似乎并不总是提供足够准确的真实成果(effort)情况。
发明内容
本发明原理认识到,通过组合来自(健身装置、移动智能电话、智能衣物、同一位置/时间的其他装置或人们上)的不同传感器的数据,监视系统可提供对真实成果的更好指示(indicator)。这可能不一定是量化的“卡路里”或“距离”,而是帮助向量化测量提供更多细微差别和资格的“难度”因素的方式。
因此,一种装置包括:计算机可读存储介质,承载由处理器可执行的指令;和处理器,被配置为访问所述计算机可读存储介质以执行所述指令从而将所述处理器配置为接收来自位置传感器的信号,所述处理器能够根据所述信号计算时间区间ΔT内的速度和距离。所述处理器被配置为接收代表天气状况的信号和代表所述装置的用户的生物特征状况的另一个信号。接着,所述处理器基于所述生物特征状况和所述天气状况调节与速度和/或距离关联的基线值以表现调节后的基线,以及基于所述调节后的基线输出锻炼成果的标记。
在一些实施例中,所述处理器当执行所述指令时还被配置为接收代表与所述锻炼成果关联的地形的倾斜的信号,以及基于所述倾斜调节基线值。所述处理器还可接收代表与所述锻炼成果关联的地形的高度提升和/或类型的信号,以及基于所述高度提升和/或类型调节基线值。
所述天气状况可包括湿度、温度、大气压和风力状况中的一个或多个。所述生物特征状况可包括心率、腿步幅状况、睡眠状况和皮肤温度中的一个或多个。
在另一个方面,一种方法包括:至少部分地基于个人锻炼的步速和距离创建基线成果指示(baseline effort indicator)。基于个人的生物特征状况、天气状况和地形状况调节所述基线成果指示,以及至少部分地基于调节的步骤输出调节后的成果指示。
在另一个方面,一种装置包括:计算机可读存储介质,承载由处理器可执行的指令;和处理器,被配置为访问所述计算机可读存储介质以执行所述指令从而将所述处理器配置为组合天气信息和地形信息中的一个或多个、以及来自至少一个生物特征传感器的数据。这提供了对在锻炼期间的个体身体成果的指示以增强量化指标并且提供个体锻炼和活动的准确情况。

具体实施方式
本公开总体上涉及基于消费电子产品(CE)装置的用户信息。本文中的系统可包括服务器组件和客户端组件,它们通过网络而连接使得可在客户端组件和服务器组件之间进行数据交换。客户端组件可包括一个或多个计算装置,这些计算装置包括便携式电视(例如,智能TV、因特网使能的TV)、诸如膝上型计算机和平板计算机的便携式计算机、以及包括智能电话和下面讨论的附加示例的其他移动装置。这些客户端装置可随各种操作环境进行操作。例如,客户端计算机中的一些可采用例如Microsoft的操作系统、或Unix操作系统或由Apple计算机或Google开发的操作系统。这些操作环境可用来执行一个或多个浏览程序,例如,由Microsoft或Google或Mozilla开发的浏览器、或可访问由下面讨论的因特网服务器托管的Web应用的其他浏览器程序。

可通过网络在客户端和服务器之间交换信息。为此目的并且为了安全,服务器和/或客户端可包括防火墙、负载均衡器、暂时存储器和代理、以及针对可靠性和安全性的其他网络基础设施。一个或多个服务器可形成实现向网络成员提供诸如在线社交网站的安全社区的方法的设备。
如本文中所使用的,指令是指用于处理系统中的信息的计算机实现的步骤。指令可用软件、固件或硬件来实现,并且可包括由系统的组件进行的任何类型的经编程的步骤。
处理器可以是任何传统的通用的单芯片或多芯片处理器,该处理器可通过诸如地址线、数据线和控制线的各种线、以及寄存器和移位寄存器来执行逻辑。
本文中通过流程图描述的软件模块和用户界面可包括各种子例程、过程等。在不限制本公开内容的情况下,声称由特定模块执行的逻辑可被重新分配给其他软件模块、和/或被一起组合在单个模块中、和/或可用于共享库。

存在两种通用类型的计算机生态系统:垂直计算机生态系统和水平计算机生态系统。在垂直方法中,生态系统的几乎所有方面都与同一公司关联(例如,由同一制造商制造),并且被具体地设计成相互无缝地交互。另一方面,水平生态系统将诸如由不同实体创建的硬件和软件的各方面整合成一个统一生态系统。水平方法允许来自消费者和制造商的更多样的输入,从而提高了针对变化的需求进行新颖的创新和适应的能力。但是,不管怎样,要理解,一些数字生态系统(包括本文中引用的那些数字生态系统)可实现上述水平生态系统和垂直生态系统两者的特性。
因此,还要理解,在参与体育活动时可使用这些生态系统来例如提供鼓励、目标完成和/或实现、自动化辅导/训练、健康和锻炼分析、对数据的便利访问、群组共享(例如,健康数据的群组共享)、和提高的健康监视准确度,所有这些都是以流行和娱乐的方式提供的。另外,本文中公开的装置被理解为:即使当并非所有人在他们各自的CE装置上具有相同类型和组合形式的传感器时,也能够基于来自在锻炼时使用的各种传感器(例如,以下参照图1描述的那些传感器)的数据进行诊断确定,以进行锻炼监视(例如,实时地)和/或与朋友共享数据(例如,使用社交网络服务)。
因此,要理解,本文中描述的CE装置可使得能够与装置进行容易的和简化的用户交互,以便例如在锻炼之前、期间和之后不会造成过度地困扰或妨碍。
现在,具体参照图1,示出示例系统10,示例系统10可包括上面提到并且下面进一步描述的示例装置中的一个或多个,以根据本发明原理增强健身体验。系统10中包括的示例装置中的第一个是可防水(例如,在游泳时使用)的示例消费电子产品(CE)装置12。例如,CE装置12可以是计算机化因特网使能(“智能”)的电话、平板计算机、笔记本计算机、可穿戴计算机化装置,诸如(例如)计算机化因特网使能的手表、计算机化因特网使能的手镯、其他计算机化因特网使能的健身装置、计算机化因特网使能的音乐播放器、计算机化因特网使能的头戴式耳机、计算机化因特网使能的可植入装置(诸如,可植入皮肤的装置等)、和甚至例如计算机化因特网使能的电视(TV)。不管怎样,要理解,CE装置12被配置为实现本发明原理(例如,与其他CE装置进行通信以实现本发明原理,执行本文中描述的逻辑,以及执行本文中描述的任何其他功能和/或操作)。

继续描述CE装置12,在一些实施例中,CE装置12可包括根据本发明原理收集图片/图像和/或视频(例如,从而与社交网络朋友共享诸如徒步旅行的体育活动的各方面)的一个或多个相机32,相机32可以是例如热成像相机、诸如网络摄像机的数字相机、和/或集成到CE装置12中并且可由处理器24进行控制的相机。另外,CE装置12上可包括蓝牙(Bluetooth)收发器34和其他近场通信(NFC)元件36,以分别使用蓝牙和/或NFC技术与其他装置进行通信。示例NFC元件可以是射频识别(RFID)元件。
另外,CE装置12可包括向处理器24提供输入的一个或多个运动传感器37(例如,加速计、陀螺仪、里程计、磁性传感器、诸如无源红外(IR)传感器的IR运动传感器、光学传感器、速度和/或节奏(cadence)传感器、(例如,用于感测姿势命令的)姿势传感器等)。CE装置12可包括还向处理器24提供输入的其他传感器,诸如(例如)一个或多个气候传感器38(例如,气压计、湿度传感器、风力传感器、光传感器、温度传感器等)、和/或一个或多个生物特征传感器40(例如,心率传感器和/或心脏监视器、卡路里计算器、血压传感器、出汗传感器、气味和/或香味检测器、指纹传感器、面部识别传感器、虹膜和/或视网膜检测器、DNA传感器、氧传感器(例如,血氧传感器和/或最大摄氧量(VO2 max)传感器)、葡萄糖和/或血糖传感器、睡眠传感器(例如,睡眠追踪器)、步数计和/或速度传感器、体温传感器、营养和代谢率传感器、语音传感器、肺输入/输出和其他心血管传感器等)。除了以上之外,注意,在一些实施例中,CE装置12还可包括动能收集器42,该动能收集器42用于例如为给CE装置12供电的电池(未示出)充电。
仍然参照图1,除了CE装置12之外,系统10还可包括一个或多个其他CE装置类型,例如但不限于计算机化因特网使能的手镯44、计算机化因特网使能的头戴式耳机和/或耳塞46、计算机化因特网使能的衣物48、计算机化因特网使能的锻炼机器50(例如,跑步机、锻炼脚踏车、椭圆机等)等。另外示出计算机化因特网使能的健身馆进入一体机(kiosk)52,其允许在经授权的情况下进入容纳锻炼机器50的健身馆。要理解,包括此段中描述的那些装置的系统10中所包括的其他CE装置可分别包括以上参照CE装置12描述的各种组件中的一些或全部,例如但不限于(例如)在以上描述的生物特征传感器和运动传感器、以及也在以上描述的位置接收器、相机、输入装置和扬声器。

因此,在一些实施例中,服务器54可以是因特网服务器,可根据本发明原理促进CE装置之间的健身配合和/或数据交换,并且可包括并且执行“云”功能,使得系统10的CE装置可在示例实施例中经由服务器54访问“云”环境,从而例如流传送在锻炼时收听的音乐和/或将两个或更多个装置配对(例如,以将音乐从一个装置“甩”到另一个装置)。
图2示出根据以上总体原理的系统的更具体示例。CE装置70可被实施为如所示出的腕表(或移动电话或其他便携式CE装置或这些装置的组合),并且可包括一个或多个微处理器72,该一个或多个微处理器72访问一个或多个计算机可读存储介质74以在显示器76上向配戴者输出可视信息。还可提供扬声器来输出可听信息。诸如GPS传感器78的位置传感器可向处理器72提供位置信息,其中,处理器72可根据位置信息、使用等式“速度=距离/ΔT”来计算时间区间ΔT内的速度。
处理器72还可使用无线网络接口80(诸如,WiFi或电话接口)从以下进一步讨论的因特网服务器接收信息。处理器72可使用例如蓝牙收发器82或射频识别(RFID)收发器、或其他无线且通常短程(<在可用传输范围内的100米)收发器,与附近装置(诸如以下进一步讨论的生物特征传感器和诸如音频头戴式耳机81)进行通信。可在诸如小键盘、耦合到语音输入软件的麦克风、触摸显示器等输入装置84上接收例如最近食物和饮料摄入的用户输入。处理器72还可访问使用以上收发器中的一个或多个从其他CE装置或因特网服务器接收到的存储在计算机可读存储介质74上的其他信息。例如,处理器72可访问用户的日程表信息,该日程表信息列出为用户安排的将来的会议和事件。
如以上讨论的,处理器72可通过网络接口80从各种因特网服务器或其他网络服务器接收信息。例如,处理器72可从地图服务器86接收地图信息,其中,在根据来自位置传感器78的信号得知CE装置70的位置的情况下,处理器72可根据该地图信息确定与CE装置70的当前位置有关的高度提升、倾斜和其他地形信息。
另外,处理器72可从天气服务器88接收本地天气信息。天气服务器88可访问湿度传感器90、温度传感器92、气压计94和风力传感器96中的一个或多个,并且响应于接收到来自处理器72的、使用从位置传感器78导出的CE装置70的当前位置作为自动上传的输入自变量的询问,向处理器72提供本地天气状况。来自服务器的信号可通过合适的通信接口被CE装置处理器72接收并且被存储在计算机可读介质74上和/或与处理器72关联的本地高速缓冲存储器上,以用于根据本文中的描述通过处理器72的寄存器来处理信息,从而在显示器76和/或头戴式耳机81或其他输出装置上提供输出。
除了访问来自网络服务器的信息之外,CE装置70的处理器72还可访问来自一个或多个生物特征传感器的信息,该一个或多个生物特征传感器可由CE装置70的用户配戴或者可以以其他方式与CE装置70的用户接合。例如,可提供心率传感器98,其中,在访问一个或多个计算机可读介质106的一个或多个处理器104的控制下,来自脉冲传感器100的信号通过无线收发器102(例如但不限于蓝牙收发器)被提供到CE装置70。来自生物特征传感器的信号可通过合适的通信接口被CE装置处理器72接收并且被存储在计算机可读介质74上和/或与处理器72关联的本地高速缓冲存储器上,以用于根据本文中的描述通过处理器72的寄存器来处理信息,从而在显示器76和/或头戴式耳机81或其他输出装置上提供输出。
又例如,可提供步幅传感器108,其中,在访问一个或多个计算机可读介质116的一个或多个处理器114的控制下,来自步幅传感器110(可包括例如加速计和/或陀螺仪和/或力感测电阻器、其他震动发送(jolt-sending)装置或压力感测装置)的信号通过无线收发器112(例如但不限于蓝牙收发器)被提供到CE装置70。来自生物特征传感器108的信号可通过合适的通信接口被CE装置处理器72接收并且被存储在计算机可读介质74上和/或与处理器72关联的本地高速缓冲存储器上,以用于根据本文中的描述通过处理器72的寄存器来处理信息,从而在显示器76和/或头戴式耳机81或其他输出装置上提供输出。
又例如,可提供睡眠率传感器118(通常感测锻炼之前的睡眠并且由此得到的数据根据以下讨论的原理被CE装置70存储以供后续检索),其中,在访问一个或多个计算机可读介质126的一个或多个处理器124的控制下,来自睡眠质量传感器120(可包括活动记录仪型机构)的信号通过无线收发器122(例如但不限于蓝牙收发器)被提供到CE装置70。来自生物特征传感器118的信号可通过合适的通信接口被CE装置处理器72接收并且被存储在计算机可读介质74上和/或与处理器72关联的本地高速缓冲存储器上,以用于根据本文中的描述通过处理器72的寄存器来处理信息,从而在显示器76和/或头戴式耳机81或其他输出装置上提供输出。
可提供其他生物特征传感器,包括具有与以上关于其他生物特征传感器讨论的身上(onboard)感测、处理和收发组件类似的身上感测、处理和收发组件的皮肤温度传感器128。生物特征传感器可被安装在CE装置70、诸如跑步机的健身装置、移动电话、用户穿戴的衣物、或甚至与该用户同时同地的其他装置和/或人上。
图3示出来自多个源的因素被组合以输出准确成果监视输出的逻辑。如以下进一步讨论的,这些因素可包括个人生物特征,诸如,瞬时心率、皮肤温度、(例如,根据以上描述从位置信号导出的)步速、步幅长度和步幅节奏。这些因素还可包括(例如,用CE装置70的内部处理器时钟获取的)锻炼活动的持续时间、(例如,根据从地图服务器下载的地图数据导出的)诸如位置、绝对高度、高度提升增益的位置数据、和地形(从下载的地图数据导出的用于跑步的表面类型)。这些因素还可包括根据从天气服务器下载的信息导出的天气因素,诸如风速和风向、湿度、温度、大气压、和阳光或云量。另外,这些因素可包括生活环境因素,诸如从用户输入获得的食物摄入量、例如从用户的日程表数据中的会议的数量和频次推断出的压力水平、以及获知由处理器72学习的用户之前的行为。
因此,在图3中的框130中,图2中的CE装置70从图2中示出的传感器中的一个或多个接收生物特征信息。在框132从例如天气服务器88接收天气信息,并且在框134从位置传感器78接收位置信息。据此,可以根据以上内容确定锻炼时段内用户的行程和步速。
在框136可从例如地图服务器86接收地图和地形信息,以及在框138可通过例如用户输入装置84接收用户输入信息,该用户输入信息指示过去N小时内用户的食物和饮料摄入量。在框140,可从日程表信息或别处获得生活方式信息,该生活方式信息是从例如阈值时段内(例如,过去或将来的24小时内)的多个即将到来或刚刚过去的会议导出的。

对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的测试值(例如但不限于中值速率或平均速率或其他测试值)的平均运动心率,向基线数值添加A个点(根据需要乘以心率加权因子),其中,A(如本文中参考的其他调节“点”一样)可以是整数。对于低于中值速率的平均运动心率,从基线数值减去A个点(根据需要乘以心率加权因子)。如以下所讨论的并且由字母表中的字母指定的其他调节点一样,调节点“A”可随着测得的因素和中值之间的过量/不足的量而变化。例如,“A”的幅值可随着中值和测得的值之间的差的大小而线性增大(或减小)。另外,和过量测量值进行比较的中值可以与和不足测量值进行比较的中值相同或不同。可使用平均值,例如,可使用在运动跑步或骑行过程中的平均高度提升或倾斜。或者,可使用瞬时值并且相应地调节基线并且更新输出。
对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值速率的峰值运动心率,向基线数值添加B个点(根据需要乘以峰值心率加权因子)。对于低于中值速率的峰值运动心率,从基线数值减去B个点(根据需要乘以峰值心率加权因子)。
对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的皮肤温度,向基线数值添加C个点(根据需要乘以皮肤温度加权因子)。对于低于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的皮肤温度,从基线数值减去C个点(根据需要乘以皮肤温度加权因子)。
对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的步幅长度,向基线数值添加D个点(根据需要乘以步幅长度加权因子)。对于低于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的步幅长度,从基线数值减去D个点(根据需要乘以步幅长度加权因子)。
对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的步幅节奏,向基线数值添加E个点(根据需要乘以步幅节奏加权因子)。对于低于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的步幅节奏,从基线数值减去E个点(根据需要乘以步幅节奏加权因子)。
对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的睡眠质量,从基线数值减去F个点(根据需要乘以睡眠质量加权因子)。对于低于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的睡眠质量,向基线数值添加F个点(根据需要乘以睡眠质量加权因子)。
对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的环境温度,向基线数值添加G个点(根据需要乘以环境温度加权因子)。对于低于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的环境温度,从基线数值减去G个点(根据需要乘以环境温度加权因子)。
对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的环境湿度,向基线数值添加H个点(根据需要乘以湿度加权因子)。对于低于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的环境湿度,从基线数值减去H个点(根据需要乘以湿度加权因子)。
对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的环境压力,向基线数值添加I个点(根据需要乘以环境压力加权因子)。对于低于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的环境压力,从基线数值减去I个点(根据需要乘以环境压力加权因子)。
对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的直接逆着用户行进方向的环境风的速度向量,向基线数值添加K个点(根据需要乘以环境风加权因子)。对于跟随用户的类似的速度向量,从基线数值减去K个点(根据需要乘以环境风加权因子)。
对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的在用户行进方向上的地形的上坡路,向基线数值添加L个点(根据需要乘以倾斜加权因子)。对于下坡路,从基线数值减去L个点(根据需要乘以倾斜加权因子)。
对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的困难地形表面,向基线数值添加M个点(根据需要乘以地形加权因子)。对于容易的地形,从基线数值减去M个点(根据需要乘以地形加权因子)。
对于低于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的最近Z小时内的卡路里摄入量,向基线数值添加N个点(根据需要乘以卡路里加权因子)。对于高于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的最近Z小时内的卡路里摄入量,从基线数值减去N个点(根据需要乘以卡路里加权因子)。
对于低于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的过去Z小时内的会议数量,从基线数值减去P个点(根据需要乘以压力加权因子)。对于高于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的过去Z小时内的会议数量,向基线数值添加P个点(根据需要乘以压力加权因子)。
对于低于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的接下来Z小时内的会议数量,从基线数值减去Q个点(根据需要乘以压力加权因子)。对于高于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的接下来Z小时内的会议数量,向基线数值添加Q个点(根据需要乘以压力加权因子)。
对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的高度提升,向基线数值添加R个点(根据需要乘以高度提升加权因子)。对于低于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的高度提升,从基线数值减去R个点(根据需要乘以高度提升加权因子)。
当对基线数值(诸如,以上的一些或全部)进行所有这些调节时,达到调节后的基线数值。然后,可将调节后的基线数值的大小用来输出成果水平和/或辅导提示。在一个示例中,可使用调节后的基线数值的大小作为如下查找表中的输入自变量。
图4示出配戴图2中示出的CE装置70的跑步者200原先没有理解(如由思维气泡框202所指示的)为什么感到运动比指示的没有本发明原理的CE装置更难。然而,当根据本发明原理对生物特征读数204、地形和位置和倾斜206、气候状况208和生活环境状况210进行解释时,可在CE装置70上以可视方式和/或可听方式呈现调节后的输出212,从而正确地反映跑步者200的组合因素成果水平。
在不特别参考任何附图的情况下,要理解,乳酸传感器也可被包括在本文中描述的CE装置上和/或与该CE装置进行通信,用于感测例如可在汗液中测得的乳酸水平,从而根据本发明原理确定成果水平,因此,乳酸水平成为在根据本发明原理确定/调节基线时要考量的另一个生物特征参数。因此,例如,对于超出可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的乳酸水平,可如本文中阐述地向基线数值添加XYZ个点(根据需要乘以乳酸水平加权因子)。对于低于可根据需要凭经验确定的中值的乳酸水平,可从基线数值减去XYZ个点(根据需要乘以乳酸水平加权因子)。

(1)一种监视成果的装置,包括:
用于接收来自位置传感器的信号并且根据所述信号计算在时间区间ΔT内的速度和距离的模块;
用于接收代表至少一个天气状况的至少一个信号的模块;
用于接收代表所述装置的用户的至少一个生物特征状况的至少一个信号的模块;
用于至少部分地基于所述生物特征状况和天气状况调节与速度和/或距离关联的基线值以表现调节后的基线的模块;以及
用于至少部分地基于所述调节后的基线输出锻炼成果的标记的模块。
(2)根据(1)所述的装置,还包括:
用于接收代表与所述锻炼成果关联的地形的倾斜的至少一个信号的模块;以及
用于至少部分地基于所述倾斜调节基线值的模块。
(3)根据(1)所述的装置,还包括:
用于接收代表与所述锻炼成果关联的地形的高度提升的至少一个信号的模块;以及
用于至少部分地基于所述高度提升调节基线值的模块。
(4)根据(1)所述的装置,还包括:
用于接收代表与所述锻炼成果关联的地形的类型的至少一个信号的模块;以及
用于至少部分地基于所述类型调节基线值的模块。
(5)根据(1)所述的装置,其中所述天气状况包括湿度。
(6)根据(1)所述的装置,其中所述天气状况包括温度。
(7)根据(1)所述的装置,其中所述天气状况包括大气压。
(8)根据(1)所述的装置,其中所述天气状况包括风力状况。
(9)根据(1)所述的装置,其中所述生物特征状况包括心率。
(10)根据(1)所述的装置,其中所述生物特征状况包括腿步幅状况。
(11)根据(1)所述的装置,其中所述生物特征状况包括睡眠状况。
(12)根据(1)所述的装置,其中所述生物特征状况包括皮肤温度。
(13)一种监视成果的方法,包括:
至少部分地基于个人的锻炼的步速和距离,创建基线成果指示BEI;
至少部分地基于个人的至少一个生物特征状况,调节所述基线成果指示;
至少部分地基于至少一个天气状况,调节所述基线成果指示;
至少部分地基于至少一个地形状况,调节所述基线成果指示;以及
至少部分地基于调节的步骤,输出调节后的成果指示。
(14)根据(13)所述的方法,包括:对于超出测试速率的平均运动心率,增大所述基线成果指示,而对于低于测试速率的平均运动心率,减小所述基线成果指示。
(15)根据(13)所述的方法,包括:对于超出测试值的与所述距离关联的地形倾斜,增大所述基线成果指示,而对于低于测试值的地形倾斜,减小所述基线成果指示。
(16)根据(13)所述的方法,包括:对于超出测试值的温度,增大所述基线成果指示,而对于低于测试值的温度,减小所述基线成果指示。
(17)根据(13)所述的方法,包括:对于超出测试值的湿度,增大所述基线成果指示,而对于低于测试值的湿度,减小所述基线成果指示。
(18)根据(13)所述的方法,包括:对于超出测试值的风力值,增大所述基线成果指示,而对于低于测试值的风力值,减小所述基线成果指示。
(19)根据(13)所述的方法,包括:对于超出测试值的与所述距离关联的地形高度提升,增大所述基线成果指示,而对于低于测试值的地形高度提升,减小所述基线成果指示。
(20)一种监视成果的装置,包括:
用于组合天气信息和地形信息中的至少一个、以及来自至少一个生物特征传感器的数据的模块;以及
用于提供对在锻炼期间的个体身体成果的指示从而增强量化指标并且提供个体锻炼和活动的准确情况的模块。

Claims (10)

1.一种监视成果的装置,包括:
用于接收来自位置传感器的信号、根据所述信号计算所述装置的用户在时间区间ΔT内的速度和距离、以及至少部分地基于所述装置的用户的速度和/或距离创建所述装置的用户的基线成果指示BEI以使得一个用户的基线成果指示不同于另一个用户的基线成果指示的模块;
用于接收代表至少一个天气状况的至少一个信号的模块;
用于接收代表所述装置的用户的至少一个生物特征状况的至少一个信号的模块;
用于接收代表至少一个生活环境状况的至少一个信号的模块;
用于至少部分地基于所述生物特征状况、天气状况和生活环境状况的加权组合调节所述装置的用户的基线成果指示以表现所述装置的用户的调节后的基线成果指示的模块,其中,所述基线成果指示的调节的幅值随着所述生物特征状况、天气状况或生活环境状况的测得值与中值之间的差的量而变化;以及
用于至少部分地基于所述装置的用户的调节后的基线成果指示输出锻炼成果的成果水平和/或辅导提示的模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,还包括:
用于接收代表与所述锻炼成果关联的地形的倾斜的至少一个信号的模块;以及
用于至少部分地基于所述倾斜调节所述装置的用户的基线成果指示的模块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,还包括:
用于接收代表与所述锻炼成果关联的地形的高度提升的至少一个信号的模块;以及
用于至少部分地基于所述高度提升调节所述装置的用户的基线成果指示的模块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,还包括:
用于接收代表与所述锻炼成果关联的地形的类型的至少一个信号的模块;以及
用于至少部分地基于所述类型调节所述装置的用户的基线成果指示的模块。
5.一种监视成果的方法,包括:
至少部分地基于用户的锻炼的步速和距离,创建用户的基线成果指示BEI,以使得一个用户的基线成果指示不同于另一个用户的基线成果指示;
至少部分地基于用户的至少一个生物特征状况、至少一个天气状况、至少一个地形状况和至少一个生活环境状况的加权组合,调节用户的基线成果指示,其中,所述基线成果指示的调节的幅值随着所述至少一个生物特征状况、至少一个天气状况、至少一个地形状况或至少一个生活环境状况的测得值与中值之间的差的量而变化;以及
至少部分地基于用户的调节后的基线成果指示,输出锻炼成果的成果水平和/或辅导提示。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,包括:对于超出测试速率的平均运动心率,增大用户的基线成果指示,而对于低于测试速率的平均运动心率,减小用户的基线成果指示。
7.根据权利要求5所述的方法,包括:对于超出测试值的与所述距离关联的地形倾斜,增大用户的基线成果指示,而对于低于测试值的地形倾斜,减小用户的基线成果指示。
8.根据权利要求5所述的方法,包括:对于超出测试值的温度,增大用户的基线成果指示,而对于低于测试值的温度,减小用户的基线成果指示。
9.根据权利要求5所述的方法,包括:对于超出测试值的湿度,增大用户的基线成果指示,而对于低于测试值的湿度,减小用户的基线成果指示。
10.一种监视成果的装置,包括:
用于加权地组合天气信息、地形信息和生活环境信息中的至少一个、以及来自至少一个生物特征传感器的数据的模块;以及
用于至少部分地基于天气信息、地形信息和生活环境信息中的至少一个、以及来自至少一个生物特征传感器的数据的加权组合调节所述装置的用户的基线成果指示BEI以至少部分地基于所述装置的用户的调节后的基线成果指示提供在锻炼期间的个体身体成果的成果水平和/或辅导提示,从而增强量化指标并且提供个体锻炼和活动的准确情况的模块,其中,所述基线成果指示的调节的幅值随着所述来自至少一个生物特征传感器的数据、天气信息、地形信息或生活环境信息的测得值与中值之间的差的量而变化,以及其中所述装置的用户的基线成果指示是至少部分地基于所述装置的用户的速度和/或距离创建的,以使得一个用户的基线成果指示不同于另一个用户的基线成果指示。
