Description
本出願は、2013年9月17日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/878,835号の優先権を主張するものである。
Claims (18)
- プロセッサにより実行可能な命令を保持する少なくとも1つのコンピュータ可読記憶媒体と、
前記コンピュータ可読記憶媒体にアクセスして前記命令を実行するように構成された少なくとも1つのプロセッサと、
を備えた装置であって、
前記命令は、前記プロセッサを、
ユーザの予定イベントを含むカレンダ情報にアクセスし、
地図情報にアクセスし、
前記ユーザの現在位置を示す位置情報にアクセスし、
ルート情報に対する要望を示すユーザ入力を受け取り、
前記カレンダ情報から示される時間的制約に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記位置情報及び前記地図情報にアクセスしてルートを決定し、
前記ルートを前記装置上に聴覚的及び/又は視覚的に表示する、
ように構成し、
前記プロセッサは、前記命令を実行した時に、更に、
前記ルートに関連するソーシャルネットワーキング情報にアクセスし、
前記ソーシャルネットワーキング情報の少なくとも一部を前記装置のディスプレイ上に提示し、
前記ソーシャルネットワーキング情報に基づいて、前記ルート上に少なくとも1つの障害物が存在するかどうかを判定し、
前記ルート上に少なくとも1つの障害物が存在すると判定したことに応答して、少なくとも1つの利用可能な別ルート、及び/又は前記障害物を迂回するための少なくとも1つの利用可能な迂回路を決定し、
前記障害物の通知、並びに前記少なくとも1つの利用可能な別ルート及び/又は少なくとも1つの利用可能な迂回路の指示を前記装置上に自動的に提示するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ユーザ入力は音声入力を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ユーザ入力は、自由空間内における手のジェスチャを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記命令を実行した時に、
前記装置の前記ユーザ以外のユーザにより提供された、人気ルートを示すルート情報にアクセスし、
前記ルート情報を用いてルートを決定する、
ようにさらに構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記命令を実行した時に、
前記装置のユーザが以前に取ったルートを示す過去のルート情報にアクセスし、
前記過去のルート情報を用いてルートを決定する、
ようにさらに構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記命令を実行した時に、
前記ルートに関連する距離及び完走までの時間を出力する、
ようにさらに構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 消費者電子(CE)装置を使用して、該CE装置のユーザによって示された1又はそれ以上のパラメータに基づいて、移動すべき第1のルートを決定するステップと、
前記第1のルートを前記CE装置上に提示するステップと、
前記CE装置を使用して、少なくとも1つのソーシャルネットワークにアクセスするステップと、
前記ソーシャルネットワークからの、前記第1のルートに関連するソーシャルネットワーキング情報を確認するステップと、
少なくとも前記ソーシャルネットワーキング情報に基づいて、前記第1のルート上の少なくとも1カ所に少なくとも1つの障害物が存在するかどうかを判定するステップと、
少なくとも前記ソーシャルネットワーキング情報に基づいて前記第1のルート上の少なくとも1カ所に少なくとも1つの障害物が存在すると判定したことに応答して、少なくとも1つの利用可能な別ルート、及び/又は前記障害物を迂回するための少なくとも1つの利用可能な迂回路を決定するステップと、
前記障害物の通知、並びに前記少なくとも1つの利用可能な別ルート及び/又は少なくとも1つの利用可能な迂回路の指示を前記CE装置上に自動的に提示するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1のルートは、地形情報も含む道路地図上に描写される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記指示は、前記少なくとも1つの利用可能な別ルート、及び/又は前記障害物を迂回するための少なくとも1つの利用可能な迂回路についての可聴指示である、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記可聴指示は第1の可聴指示であり、該第1の可聴指示の後に、前記少なくとも1つの利用可能な別ルート及び/又は少なくとも1つの利用可能な迂回路が、前記少なくとも1つのパラメータのうちの少なくとも1つに適合しない旨を示す第2の可聴指示が続く、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記可聴指示は第1の可聴指示であり、該第1の可聴指示の後に、前記少なくとも1つの利用可能な別ルート及び/又は少なくとも1つの利用可能な迂回路が、やはり少なくとも1つの障害物を含む旨を示す第2の可聴指示が続き、該第2の可聴指示は、前記障害物の少なくとも特質を特定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記指示を提示した後に、利用可能な別ルート及び/又は利用可能な迂回路の選択を示すユーザ入力を受け取るステップと、
前記ユーザ入力を受け取ったことに応答して、前記選択された利用可能な別ルート及び/又は選択された利用可能な迂回路を前記CE装置上に提示するステップと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの利用可能な別ルート及び/又は少なくとも1つの利用可能な迂回路は、前記CE装置を使用して、少なくとも部分的に、前記少なくとも1つの障害物が存在すると判定した後にサーバにおいて地図情報にアクセスし、該地図情報に基づいて前記決定を行うことにより決定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記決定するステップは、
前記CE装置を使用して、該CE装置のユーザに関連する1又はそれ以上のパラメータに基づいて前記第1のルートを決定するステップと、
前記1又はそれ以上のパラメータに基づいて少なくとも第2のルートを決定するステップと、
を含み、前記第1のルート及び第2のルートは、いずれも少なくとも1つの共通位置を含むとともに、少なくとも1つの障害物が存在するかどうかを判定する前に前記CE装置に記憶され、前記第2のルートは、前記障害物が存在すると判定された後に、前記指示において示される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの障害物が存在すると判定するステップは、ソーシャルネットワーキング情報と、前記ルート又はその近くに存在する測候所からの現在の気象情報とに基づく、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも2つのパラメータを含み、少なくとも一方のパラメータが、前記ルートを地理的に開始すべき開始位置であり、少なくとも一方のパラメータが、前記ルートのいずれかの部分が前記開始位置から離れるようになる、前記開始位置からの最大半径である、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - プロセッサにより実行可能な命令を保持する少なくとも1つのコンピュータ可読記憶媒体と、
前記コンピュータ可読記憶媒体にアクセスして前記命令を実行するように構成された少なくとも1つのプロセッサと、
を備えた消費者電子(CE)装置であって、
前記命令は、前記プロセッサを、
前記CE装置へのユーザ入力を提供するユーザの予定イベントについてのカレンダ情報と、ソーシャルネットワーキングサービスを介してアクセスされる情報と、前記ユーザによって入力された所望のルートの難易度情報と、前記ユーザにより前記ルートを決定すべき地域として示された地理的地域における又は該地理的地域に最も近い現在の気象条件とを含む、前記CE装置へのユーザ入力に基づくパラメータグループからの少なくとも2つのパラメータに基づいて、移動すべき第1のルートを決定し、
前記CE装置のユーザが前記ルート上を移動している時間の少なくとも一部に少なくともわたって前記ルートを前記CE装置上に提示し、
前記ユーザが前記第1のルート上を移動し始めた後に、前記ユーザが前記カレンダ情報からの予定イベントが発生する前に前記第1のルートを完走しそうにないという判断に少なくとも基づいて、前記第1のルートを変更して第2のルートを設定し、
前記第2のルートを前記CE装置上に提示する、
ように構成し、
前記プロセッサは、前記命令を実行した時に、更に、
ルートに関連するソーシャルネットワーキング情報にアクセスし、
前記ソーシャルネットワーキング情報の少なくとも一部を前記CE装置のディスプレイ上に提示し、
前記ソーシャルネットワーキングサービスを介してアクセスされる情報に基づいて、前記第1のルート上に少なくとも1つの障害物が存在するかどうかを判定し、
前記第1のルート上に少なくとも1つの障害物が存在すると判定したことに応答して、少なくとも1つの利用可能な別ルート、及び/又は前記障害物を迂回するための少なくとも1つの利用可能な迂回路を決定し、
前記障害物の通知、並びに前記少なくとも1つの利用可能な別ルート及び/又は少なくとも1つの利用可能な迂回路の指示を前記CE装置上に自動的に提示するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするCE装置。 - 前記第1のルートを決定するステップは、前記ユーザ入力を提供する前記ユーザの予定イベントについてのカレンダ情報と、ソーシャルネットワーキングサービスを介してアクセスされる情報と、前記ユーザによって入力された所望のルート難易度情報と、前記ユーザにより前記ルートを決定すべき地域として示された地理的地域における又は該地理的地域に最も近い現在の気象条件とからなる前記パラメータグループ内の全てのパラメータに基づく、
ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。
