Abstract

书写纸
本发明涉及种如权利要求1的前序部分的包括读写线的书写纸。
特别是当需要手写记录在纸张上的时候，希望在纸张上提供水平平行线.也可以还提供垂直平行线，从而形成格栅样式，例如方格。甚至在阅读的时候也希望纸张上带有这样的线。
当将文字或者图片复印到纸张上时，通常不太希望这些线出现在复印件上。然而另一方面，又希望这此线与形成这些线的纸张表面的背景形成鲜明对比，从而为读写者提供了一个有效的框架。在通常的带有暗线的白纸上，这些线通常比笔记复印得更清楚，如果使用传统的办公复印机和扫描仪。
如果将这此线浅浅地上色，则它们无法达到预定的基本效用，也就是无法提供框架保证书写能按直的行列进行。为了既提供容易看清的线，同时当复印手写纸的时候又能防止这些线复制到副本上，现有技术提供了一种纸，其具有相对较强的带色的对比线(蓝色)，使得老的传统的复印机难以识别。但它仅限于在以前的复印机和扫描仪中使用，现在的设备可以识别各种颜色，包括蓝色。
本发明的一个目的是.提供一种带线的纸.其具有很好的读写功能。其包括提供一种清晰却浅的线，当使用传统的复印机/扫描仪时，它们不容易被复印到副本上。
这一目的通过本发明达到。
权利要求1对本发明进行了限定。
从属权利要求描述了本发明的实施例。
本发明所依据的手段是，纸张上的线形成于未上色的纸张表面部分，而纸张表面的其余部分均匀延伸地非常浅地着色。这些线占据了纸张表面区域上无关紧要的一部分。着色相当浅。由于它相对于线或相对于参考色的对比度，其不能被传统复印机或扫描仪的传感设备识别。浅的颜色遍布了纸张上相对较大的面积，因此它能轻易地被人眼识别为一种柔和的背景，与未上色的纸张区域形成清鲜明的对比，即便是线和背景之间，也就是着色表面和未着色表面之间的色差非常小。尽管线之间的色差相当小，即便是线的色差微不足道的时候(未上色或白色)，人眼还是能识别，然而一台具有常规灵敏度的复印机，却很难识别背景表面相对于线的对比色。复印机/扫描仪中的灵敏度限度值通常设置为保证不会在副本上出现污点。
实施方式
一张用于打印的A4纸上带有5mm边长的正方形格子。这此格子排列成正交的行和列并具有1mm的间距。格子之间的距离形成了一个等距无色线的样式，它们具有1mm的宽度，且彼此正交。纸张上浅线和暗部之间的差异，也就是Lab颜色空间中的ΔE，在间隔1-18内取值，优选2-10。如果取这个间隔的较低值，尽管人眼可以清晰地看见这此线，传统办公复印机和扫描仪却无法识别格子的任何彩色或黑度。
本发明的这种纸张在表面上具有基本上是白的线，剩余部分为浅色调或者灰色调(具有低色差)，相对于白背景上相应的着色线而言，这些白线在任何位置都能更清晰地被识别。在本发明的纸张上，绘制黑线能得到清晰的对比效果，无论它是被绘制在白线上或者着色背景上，因为纸上的线是白的，而纸上的背景色调具有一个非常低的色差。相比而言，在具有着色的线格的白纸上绘制黑线更难以被识别，因为相比于在本发明纸张的着色背景上绘制黑线而言，白纸上的着色线具有一个较低的色差，即便当白色纸张表面和着色部分的色差在两个实例中都是一样的时候。
根据本发明，着色区域要比未着色区域大得多，这点非常重要。例如，未着色线的总量应当不超过着色区域的20％。
相对于在白色背景上绘制黑线的传统纸张而言，本发明是在纸张上绘制具有充分色差的线，即便这些线很细，但对于人眼来说，却具有更清晰的对比和更明显的区别。当对本发明中带色线的书写纸张进行复制的时候，纸张上的内容被清晰地复制，而着色背景却不会被传统的办公复印机机/描仪识别。
黑色和白色也被着作是一种彩色。“纸”代表一种可供书写的薄片材料。一张纸片不必包含纤维素，但应该以任意一种可制成薄片制品且可以书写的材料为基础。

Claims (3)

1.一种带线的书写纸，包括一个带有一条或多条读写线的纸张区域，所述纸张包括一个具有第一色差度的主体区域和一条或多条具有第二色差度的线，它与主体区域的色差度形成可视对比，其特征在于：线基本为白色，并且主体区域为浅色调或者灰色调，主体区域相对于线的色差度为按照(CIE)-Lab颜色空间表中定义的ΔE，取1-18。
2.如权利要求1所述的书写纸，其特征在于：线和主体区域之间的色差度ΔE取2-10。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的书写纸，其特征在于：所述主体区域具有均匀扩展且非常浅的着色。
