Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气候控制。更具体的,本发明涉及一种座椅的气候控制。
背景技术
代表性地,用于居住空间或工作空间环境的温度调节空气可提供到相对广阔的区域,例如整个大楼,被选择的办公室,或大楼内的套房。对于交通工具,例如汽车,代表性地,整个交通工具可作为一个单元被加热或冷却。然而,期望具有更多选择性或限制性的空气温度调节。例如,常常期望为乘客的座椅提供单独的气候控制,以便能够基本实现瞬间加热或冷却。例如,夏天,当交通工具长时间停在非荫凉之地时,会导致交通工具座椅很热,即使具有普通的空调,乘客进入交通工具后仍会感觉不舒服。进一步地,即使具有普通的空调,在热天里,坐着时,乘客后背或其它压力点仍会出汗。在冬天,很期望快速加热乘客的座椅以便乘客感觉舒服,特别是当普通的交通工具加热器不能快速加热交通工具内部时。
由于这些原因,出现了各种单独的交通工具座椅气候控制系统。代表性地,这样的气候控制系统包括分配系统,该分配系统包括形成在座椅的靠背和/或椅座内的管道和通道的组合。温度模块调节空气的气候,并将被调节的空气输送到管道和通道。被调节气候的空气流到通过管道和通道,以便冷却或加热邻近交通工具座椅表面的空间。

具体地,很多改进的气候控制系统允许用户单独地控制交通工具中的每个座椅的气候。在一些系统中,用户还可改变座椅不同部分之间的气候。例如,用户可改变椅座垫和靠背垫之间的气候设定。在一种布置中,用户通过输入或控制开关输入期望的气候设定。中间模块解释来自控制开关的信号,并产生用于一对温度模块的控制信号,该一对温度模块单独地与椅座垫和靠背垫关联。一套电源线、控制线和信号线在温度模块和中间控制模块之间延伸。这些线用于控制和驱动温度模块,以便实现期望的气候设定。在特定布置中,七个或更多个电线可在中间控制模块和每个温度模块之间延伸。因此,对于一个座椅,就会有超过十四条电线在中间控制模块和温度控制装置之间延伸。这些电线需要相当大的空间,并使气候控制系统的设计和规划变得复杂。
因此,有必要对用于座椅气候控制系统的气候控制设备进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的一个方面是提供一种用于热地调节和移动流体的装置,包括:热电装置,所述热电装置响应施加到的电流,将电能转换成产生温度变化的热能;流体输送装置,所述流体输送装置产生流体流,所述流体流与热电装置热连通,使得热电装置产生的热能被输送到流体流;壳体,所述壳体具有引导流体流的出口和入口,热电装置和流体输送装置至少部分地定位在壳体内;传感器,所述传感器被构造成提供温度信号,该温度信号表示流体流的温度;和控制单元,所述控制单元连接到壳体并操作地连接到传感器,所述控制单元被构造成接收表示流体流期望温度的设定值信号,并基于该设定值信号和温度信号来控制热电装置和流体输送装置。

本发明的另一个方面是提供一种热地调节邻近座椅组件空间的方法。在该方法中,将来自输入装置的输入信号传输到第一温度模块的控制单元。至少部分地基于输入信号来控制第一温度模块,以便将热地调节的空气输送到座椅组件的第一部分。将来自第一温度模块的控制单元的控制信号传输到第二温度模块的控制单元,以便至少部分地基于来自输入装置的输入信号来控制第二温度模块和将热地调节的空气输送到座椅组件的第二部分。

具体实施方式
图1和图2显示座椅组件30的示意实施例,该座椅组件30包括椅座部分32和靠背34。座椅组件30包括气候控制系统(climate controlsystem)36,气候控制系统36将在下面参考图4更详细地说明。
当乘客坐在座椅组件30上时,乘客臀部通常位于椅座部分32的椅座区域40中,他们腿的至少一部分被椅座部分32的大腿区域42支撑。在本实施例中,椅座部分32的后端44连接到靠背34的底端46。当乘客坐在座椅组件30上时,乘客后背接触靠背34的前表面48,乘客臀部和腿接触椅座部分32的顶表面50。前表面48和顶表面50一起协同支撑座位中的乘客。座椅组件30的构造和尺寸适合各种尺寸和重量的乘客。
在本示意实施例中,座椅组件30与标准的汽车座椅相似。然而,优选的是这里所述的座椅组件30的特定特征和方面也可被用于各种其它应用和环境。例如,座椅组件30的特定特征和方面可适用于飞机、船等其它交通工具。进一步地,座椅组件30的特定特征和方面也可适用于静态环境,例如椅子、沙发、戏院椅子、床垫、用于商业和/或居住的地方的办公椅子等。
继续参考图1和2,靠背34具有前侧54、后侧56、顶侧58和底侧60。靠背34包括一对侧部57、59,该一对侧部57、59在顶侧58和底侧60之间延伸,用于给座椅组件30上的乘客提供横向支撑。靠背34的腰部区域62通常位于靠背34的侧部57、59之间,靠近椅座部分32。
以相似的方式,椅座部分32具有前侧64、后侧66、顶侧68和底侧70。椅座部分32也包括一对侧部69、71,该一对侧部69、71在后侧66和顶侧68之间延伸,用于给座椅组件30上的乘客提供横向支撑。在一个实施例中,通过将椅座部分32的底侧70连接到交通工具的底板,从而将座椅组件30固定到交通工具上。
图2A是靠背34的部分剖视图。如图所示,靠背34通常由垫子72形成,该垫子72覆盖有适当的覆盖材料(例如,装潢材料)。垫子72典型地支撑在金属框架(未显示)上。在一些实施例中,弹簧可位于框架和垫子72之间。框架提供具有结构支撑的座椅组件30,垫子72提供柔软的座椅表面。椅座盖74给座椅组件30的表面提供美观的外观和柔软感。椅座部分32可以靠背34相似的方式构成。
图3显示移除了椅座盖74因而暴露垫子72的座椅组件。垫子72可以是典型的汽车座椅垫泡沫或其它类型的具有适当特性的用于支撑乘客的材料。这种材料包括闭孔泡沫或开孔泡沫,但不限于此。
如图3所示,座椅组件30的靠背34设置有靠背流体分配系统76A。该分配系统76A包括入口通道78A,该入口通道78A从垫子72的前侧54贯穿到后侧56(同时参见图2A)。分配系统76A也可包括至少一个,通常是多个的通道80A,该通道80A从入口通道78A延伸。
如上所述,垫子72可由典型的汽车垫子材料形成,例如闭孔泡沫或开孔泡沫。在一个实施例中,垫子72由经预成型处理以便形成入口通道78A和/或通道80A的泡沫形成。在另一个实施例中,可通过从垫子72切割泡沫形成入口通道78A和/或通道80A。
再参考图2A,通道80A被麻棉布81A覆盖,以便限定用于输送空气通过座椅组件30的分配通道82A。麻棉布81A包括一个或多个开口84A,用于输送空气到分配通道82A和/或从分配通道82A输送空气。麻棉布81A可由与垫子72相似的材料形成。在示意实施例中,麻棉布81A以限制麻棉布81A和垫子72之间泄漏的形式连接到垫子72,因此引导空气流通过开口84A。在一个实施例中,用粘合剂将麻棉布81A连接到垫子72。在另一实施例中,可使用热柱(heat stake)或紧固件。
继续参考图2A,分配层86A设置在麻棉布81A和椅座盖74之间。分配层86A沿椅座盖74的下表面传播流动通过开口84A的空气。为了允许分配层86A和最接近靠背34的前表面48的空间之间的气流,椅座盖74可由透气材料形成。例如,在一个实施例中,椅座盖74包括由自然和/或人工纤维制成的透气织物形成。在另一实施例中,盖子由皮革或设置有小开口或气孔的类似皮革的材料形成。
参考图2B和图3,座椅组件30的椅座部分32设置有椅座垫流体分配系统分配系统76B。分配系统76B也可包括入口通道78B,该入口通道78B从垫子72的顶侧68贯穿到底侧70。分配系统76B也可包括至少一个,通常是多个的通道80B,该通道80B从入口通道78B延伸。通道80B可采用如上的构造。

在工作中,空气形式的流体能被从靠背温度模块92A、靠背温度模块92B输送,经管道98A、管道98B到达分配系统76A、分配系统76B。如上所述,空气流动通过分配通道82A、分配通道82B,进入开口84A、开口84B,然后沿着分配层86A、分配层86B,并通过椅座盖74。以这种方式,调节的空气能够被供应到靠背34的前表面48和椅座部分32的顶表面50。
在变化实施例中,从汽车的乘客室来的空气能够被吸取通过椅座盖74,进入分配层86A、分配层86B,并通过开口84A、开口84B。然后,空气能够流动通过分配通道82A、分配通道82B,进入入口通道78A、入口通道78B,然后进入管道98A、管道98B。以这种方式,气候控制系统36能够提供吸力,使得靠近座椅组件30的表面的空气被移除。
下面将参考图4详细说明用于气候控制系统36的控制系统104。如图所示,控制系统104包括用户输入装置106,通过用户输入装置106,气候控制系统36的用户能够给气候控制系统36提供控制设定或设定模式。控制设定可包括特定温度设定(例如65度)、更普通的温度设定(例如“热”或“冷”)、和/或用于泵装置的设定(例如“高”、“中”或“低”)。取决于期望的构造,用户输入装置106可包括多种输入装置中的任一种,例如,转盘、按钮、杆、开关等。用户输入装置106也可包括提供控制设定的视频和音频标记的用户输入(例如LED显示器)。
继续参考图4,用户输入装置106操作地(operatively)连接到椅座控制模块110,示意的椅座控制模块110与靠背温度模块92B相关联。椅座控制模块110操作地依次连接到泵装置102B和热电装置94B。此外,温度传感器112用于测量热电装置94B所调节的流体的温度。温度传感器112操作地连接到椅座控制模块110。较佳地,椅座控制模块110还连接到电源114和地源(ground source)116,并包括适当的电源控制单元,以便提供足够的电力去操作靠背温度模块92B的前述所有装置(靠背温度模块92B、热电装置94B、温度传感器112)。较佳地,椅座控制模块110还具有控制器,该控制器被构造成接收乘客从用户输入装置106的输入和从温度传感器112的温度信息。根据这些信息,椅座控制模块110被构造成根据预定的逻辑设计调节热电装置94B和流体泵,以使乘客感觉舒服并防止系统受损。本领域的技术人员可知本椅座控制装置可包括硬件反馈控制回路、专用处理器或其他任何控制装置,只要该控制装置能用于执行这里所述的步骤和功能。此外,椅座控制模块110内的控制器可被组合或适当分开。
各种元件被描述成“操作地连接”到控制单元。优选包括物理连接(例如电线连接)和非物理连接(例如电磁或红外信号连接)的范围更宽的术语。同时,“操作地连接”包括直接连接和间接连接(例如通过额外的中间器件)也是所期望的。
椅座控制模块110选择地还可被构造成接收来自交通工具控制装置118的表示交通工具的灯是否打开的信号。以这种方式,椅座控制模块110可被构造成仅在交通工具发动机运转时才允许进行靠背温度模块92B的操作。
继续参考图4,靠背温度模块92A包括靠背控制模块120。如图所示,靠背控制模块120操作地连接到热电装置94A和用于靠背34的泵装置102A。靠背控制模块120连接到电源114和地源116,并包括控制器,该控制器被构造成提供足够电力去操作热电装置94A和泵装置102A。下面将要详细描述,靠背控制模块120被构造成接收来自椅座控制模块110的控制信号。根据这些信息,靠背控制模块120操作热电装置94B和泵装置102B,以确保乘客舒服和安全,并防止系统受损。本领域的技术人员可知本靠背控制模块120可包括硬件反馈控制回路、专用处理器或其他任何控制装置,只要该控制装置能用于执行这里所述的步骤和功能。
在示意实施例中,通信线122操作地将靠背控制模块120连接到椅座控制模块110。在一个实施例中,椅座控制模块110被构造成接收来自用户输入装置106的输入,以便根据根据预定的逻辑设计调节靠背温度模块92A中的热电装置94A和流体泵,以使乘客感觉舒服和安全,并防止系统受损。椅座控制模块110产生的控制信号经通信线122被传输到靠背控制模块120。
示意实施例可选择地包括靠背温度传感器124,用于测量靠背温度模块92A所温度调节的的流体的温度。来自温度传感器124的信息经通信线122可选择地传输到椅座控制模块110。在这样的构造中,椅座控制模块110可构造成使用温度信号去产生被传输到靠背控制模块120的控制信号。在另一变化实施例中,用于靠背34的靠背控制模块120可以与上述用于椅座部分32的椅座控制模块110的相似的方式被操作地直接连接到用户输入装置106。下面参考图7更详细地说明该实施例的示例。优选的是用于靠背34的靠背控制模块120经通信线122操作地连接到电源114和地源116。
在上述说明中,控制单元110、120被描述作为与“背部”或“椅座”垫关联。在变化实施例中,优选的是靠背控制器和椅座控制器的特征可逆转。即,靠背控制模块120可构造成包括解释来自用户输入装置106的解释器并控制椅座控制模块。然而,上述布置通常是优选的,因为在大部分应用中椅座垫具有更大的用于上述各种电连接的空间。在另一实施例中,靠背和椅座的特征可用于要温度调节的乘客区域的不同区,例如,背部和后椅座组件或左和右椅座组件。
在较佳实施例中,靠背控制模块120和/或椅座控制模块110通常连接到相应靠背温度模块92A、靠背温度模块92B的其他元件,更佳地,被大体上设置在包含有热电装置94A、热电装置94B和泵装置102A、泵装置102B的相同的壳体或保护壳内。图5是靠背温度模块92B的示例,其包括壳体130,壳体130通常围绕热电装置94B和泵装置102B。较佳地,壳体130也围绕椅座控制模块110。电线132操作地连接到椅座控制模块110,并经壳体130中的开口134延伸。在示意实施例中,电线132给用户输入装置106、电源114、地源116和/或交通工具控制装置118提供操作连接。电连接器(未显示)可设置在电线132的一端,用于提供方便的连接点。电线可定位在保护管保护管138内,以便形成本领域中常称作的“引线(pig tail)”。
继续参考图5,可使用另一套椅座区域40电线140去形成椅座控制模块110和靠背控制模块120之间的通信线122。较佳地,这些椅座区域40电线140可从壳体130的开口延伸。这些椅座区域40电线140可定位于保护管141内,以便形成“引线(pig tail)”。椅座区域40电线140还可提供靠背控制模块120、电源114和地源116之间的连接。
上述实施例具有几个优点。例如,没有用于控制靠背温度模块92A、靠背温度模块92B的物理地独立的单独处理器,而在现有技术中使用单独处理器是常见的。这减少了气候控制系统36所需空间量,并减少了整个系统设计的复杂性。有利地,气候控制系统36需要更少的各个元件之间的连接。如上所述,现有技术常常需要七个或更多个在中间控制器与靠背温度模块92A之间延伸的电连接。示意实施例明显地减少了这些连接的数量,因此降低了系统的复杂性,这减少了安装时间和节省了空间。
图6显示气候控制系统1顶表面50,气候控制系统1顶表面50被构造成控制两个椅座组件152、154的气候。如图所示,气候控制系统1顶表面50包括如下所述的用于每个座椅的靠背温度模块92A和靠背温度模块92B。每个座椅的靠背温度模块92B操作地连接到用户输入装置106’,用户输入装置106’可包括适当的用户界面,使得用户能够为每个座椅选择期望的气候控制。本领域的技术人员可认知到上述设计系统可扩展到三个、四个或更多个座椅和/或不同构造的座椅和/或具有与每个座椅相关联的两个以上温度单元。
图7显示气候控制系统36’的变化实施例。在图7中,对于与图4所示的相同的元件用相同的标记表示。此外,下面仅详细说明气候控制系统36’的一定元件。对于那些没有详细的元件,可参考前面那些元件的说明。
如同图4所示的实施例,气候控制系统36’包括用户输入装置106,通过用户输入装置106,气候控制系统36’的用户能够给气候控制系统36’提供控制设定或设定模式。如同下面要说明的,在该实施例中,用户输入装置106操作地连接到椅座控制模块110和靠背控制模块120’。
椅座控制模块110操作地连接到泵装置102B和热电装置94B。此外,温度传感器112设置用于测量热电装置94B所调节的流体的温度。温度传感器112操作地连接到椅座控制模块110。较佳地,椅座控制模块110还操作地连接到电源114和地源116,并包括适当的电源控制单元,以便提供足够的电力去操作靠背温度模块92B的前述所有装置(靠背温度模块92B、热电装置94B、温度传感器112)。椅座控制模块110还操作地连接到交通工具控制装置118,交通工具控制装置118指出车灯是否打开。如图4所述,较佳地,椅座控制模块110还具有控制器,该控制器被构造成接收乘客从用户输入装置106的输入和从温度传感器112的温度信息。根据这些信息,椅座控制模块110被构造成根据预定的逻辑设计调节热电装置94B和流体泵装置102B,以使乘客感觉舒服并防止系统受损。
如上所述,在该实施例中,靠背控制模块120’也操作地连接到用户输入装置106。靠背控制模块120’操作地依次连接到泵装置102A和热电装置94A。温度传感器124可被设置用于测量热电装置94A所调节的流体的温度。温度传感器124操作地连接到电源114和地源116,并包括适当的电源控制单元以便提供足够的电力去操作靠背温度模块92A的前述所有装置(靠背温度模块92A、热电装置94A、温度传感器124)。如同椅座控制模块110,较佳地,靠背控制模块120’还具有控制器,该控制器被构造成接收乘客从用户输入装置106的输入和从温度传感器124的温度信息。根据这些信息,靠背控制模块120’根据预定的逻辑设计调节热电装置94A和流体泵装置102A,以使乘客感觉舒服并防止系统受损。
在较佳实施例中,靠背控制模块120和/或椅座控制模块110通常连接到它们相应的靠背温度模块92A、靠背温度模块92B的其它元件,更佳地,被大致地设置在包含有热电装置94A、热电装置94B和流体泵装置102A、泵装置102B的相同的壳体或保护壳内。
在一实施例中,靠背控制模块120’和椅座控制模块110基本相似,使得靠背温度模块92A、靠背温度模块92B也基本相似。这样的布置使得对于椅座部分32、靠背34可使用相同类型的温度模块,结果与使用两种不同类型的温度模块相比,降低了发明和生产成本。此外,如同图3所示的实施例,没有用于控制靠背温度模块92A、靠背温度模块92B的物理地独立的单独处理器,而在现有技术中使用单独处理器是常见的。这减少了气候控制系统36’所需空间量,并减少了整个系统设计的复杂性。有利地,气候控制系统36’需要更少的各个元件之间的连接。如上所述,现有技术常常需要七个或更多个在中间控制器与靠背温度模块92A、靠背温度模块92B之间延伸的电连接。示意实施例明显地减少了这些连接的数量,因此降低了系统的复杂性,这减少了安装时间和节省了空间。

Claims (6)
1.一种用于热地调节和移动流体的装置,包括:
热电装置,所述热电装置响应施加到的电流,将电能转换成产生温度变化的热能;
流体输送装置,所述流体输送装置产生流体流,所述流体流与热电装置热连通,使得热电装置产生的热能被输送到流体流;
壳体,所述壳体具有引导流体流的出口和入口,热电装置和流体输送装置至少部分地定位在壳体内;
传感器,所述传感器被构造成提供温度信号,该温度信号表示流体流的温度;
控制单元,所述控制单元位于壳体内并操作地连接到传感器,所述控制单元被构造成接收表示流体流期望温度的设定值信号,并基于该设定值信号和温度信号来控制热电装置和流体输送装置;和
电线,所述电线连接到控制单元,并经壳体中的开口延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括:第二热电装置,所述第二热电装置响应施加到的电流,将电能转换成产生温度变化的热能;第二流体输送装置,所述第二流体输送装置产生流体流,所述第二流体输送装置产生的所述流体流与第二热电装置热连通,使得第二热电装置产生的热能被输送到所述第二流体输送装置产生的流体流;和第二控制单元,所述第二控制单元用于控制第二热电装置和第二流体输送装置,其中所述第二热电装置,所述第二流体输送装置和所述第二控制单元位于第二壳体内。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其中控制单元操作地连接到第二控制单元,控制单元被构造成基于设定值信号和温度信号来控制第二热电装置和第二流体输送装置。
4.如权利要求2所述的装置,其中所述用于热地调节和移动流体的装置与座椅组件结合,所述座椅组件包括靠背和椅座部分。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其中靠背包括与所述流体输送装置相通的分配系统,椅座部分包括与第二流体输送装置相通的分配系统。
6.一种用于热地调节和移动流体的装置,包括:
热电装置,所述热电装置响应施加到的电流,将电能转换成产生温度变化的热能;
流体输送装置,所述流体输送装置产生流体流,所述流体流与热电装置热连通;
第一传感器,所述第一传感器被构造成提供第一温度信号,该第一温度信号表示流体流的温度;和
控制单元,所述控制单元操作地连接到第一传感器,所述控制单元被构造成接收表示流体流期望温度的设定值信号,并基于该设定值信号和第一温度信号来控制热电装置和流体输送装置,所述控制单元还被构造成接收来自第二传感器的第二温度信号,所述第二温度信号表示用于热地调节和移动流体的第二装置内的流体流的温度,所述控制单元被构造成基于所述设定值信号和第二温度信号来控制所述第二装置,以便控制所述第二装置内的温度和流体流;
其中所述热电装置,所述流体输送装置和所述控制单元位于单个壳体内。
