Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Darstellung eines     Stilbenfarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten  tes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines       Stilbenfarbstoffes,    dadurch     gekennzeichnet,     dass man ein Gemisch der Farbstoffe     6-Chlor-          2-amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäure    >2,5  Dimethoxyanilin und 4 -     aminoazobenzol    -     4'-          sufonsaures        Natrium    mit oder ohne Druck  mit     4,4'-Dinitrostilben-2,

  2'-disulfonsäure    kon  densiert und das     Kondensationsprodukt    mit  kupferabgebenden Mitteln in den Kupferlack  überführt.  



  Der Farbstoff stellt ein dunkles Pulver  dar, er löst sich in Wasser mit     braunoliver,     in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit blauer  Farbe und färbt     Zellulosefasern    in lichtech  ten Bronzetönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  39 Teile des Farbstoffes     6-Chlor-2-amino-          1-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäure        >-        2,5-Dime-          thoxyanilin    und 30 Teile     4-aminoazobenzol-4'-          sulfonsaures    Natrium werden     mit    47,4     Teilen     4,4' -     dinitrostilben    - 2,2'-     disulfonsaurem    Na  trium in 500 Teilen Wasser und 100 Teilen  Natronlauge 36<B>0</B>     Be    14 bis 16 Stunden bei    Siedetemperatur kondensiert.

   Nachdem die  Natronlauge mit     Salzsäure    abgestumpft ist,  wird mit Kochsalz ausgefällt und filtriert.  



  Der noch feuchte Filterkuchen     wird    in  2000 Teilen Wasser heiss gelöst und mit einer       ammoniakalischen        gupfersulfatlösung,    her  gestellt aus 25 Teilen     kristallisiertem    Kup  fersulfat, gelöst in 100 Teilen Wasser und  60 Teilen 25%igem Ammoniak, 12 bis 14  Stunden bei 90 bis<B>95'</B> verrührt. Es wird  kontrolliert, dass bis zum Schluss ein     Kupfer-          überschuss    vorhanden ist. Die     Kupferverbin-          dung    wird     ausgesalzen    und     abfiltriert.     



  Der     Farbstoff    stellt ein dunkles Pulver  dar, er löst sich in Wasser mit     braunoliver,     in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit blauer  Farbe und färbt     Zellulosefasern    in lichtech  ten Bronzetönen.

  The dye is a dark powder, it dissolves in water with brown olive, in concentrated sulfuric acid with blue color and dyes cellulose fibers in lightfast bronze tones.



  <I> Example: </I> 39 parts of the dye 6-chloro-2-amino-1-oxybenzene-4-sulfonic acid> - 2,5-dimethoxyaniline and 30 parts of sodium 4-aminoazobenzene-4'-sulfonic acid with 47.4 parts of 4,4'-dinitrostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid sodium in 500 parts of water and 100 parts of sodium hydroxide solution 36 0 Be condensed for 14 to 16 hours at the boiling point.

   After the sodium hydroxide solution has been truncated with hydrochloric acid, it is precipitated with common salt and filtered.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a stilbene dye, characterized in that, a mixture of the dyes 6-chloro-2-amiuo- 1-oxybenzene-4-sulfonic acid> 2,5-dimethoxyaniline and 4-aminoazobenzene-4'- Sodium sulphonic acid is condensed with 4,4'-dinitrostilbene-2-disulphonic acid and the condensation product obtained is converted into the copper varnish with copper-releasing agents.

The dye is a dark powder, it dissolves in water with a brownish violet color, in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blue color and dyes cellulose fibers in light bronze tones. SUBSTANTIAL CLAIM: Process according to patent claim, characterized in that the stilbene dye is produced in the pressure vessel.
