Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr.<B>2,36583.</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallisierbaren Farbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metal- lisierbaren Farbstoffes.
Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet; dass die Monoazo- farbstoffe 4-Nitro-4'-aminostilben-2,2'-disul- fonsäure ---> Salicylsäure und 4-Nitro-2- aminophenol -> 2 - Amino - 4 - ogytoluol in alkalischer Lösung miteinander kondensiert werden.
Der neue Farbstoff stellt in gekupfertem Zustand ein dunkles Pulver dar. Dieses löst sich in Wasser mit gelbbrauner, in konz. Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe und färbt Cellulosefasern in gelbbraunen Tönen von guter Lichtechtheit. Durch Nachbehandlung der Färbung des in saurem Medium gekup- ferten Farbstoffes mit Kupfersalzen werden sattere Brauntöne erhalten.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 57,1 Teile des Farbstoffes aus diazotier- ter 4-Nitro-4'-aminostilben-2;2'-disulfonsäure und Salicylsäure und<B>26</B> Teile des Farbstoffes aus diazotiertem 4-Nitro-2-aminophenol und 2-Amino-4-ogytoluol werden in 600 Teilen Wasser und 8,
0 Teilen Natronlauge von 36 Be 12-14 Stunden bei Siedetemperatur unter Rückfluss kondensiert. Nach dem Ab kühlen wird mit Salzsäure neutralisiert, mit Kochsalz vollends ausgefällt, abfiltriert und getrocknet.
Die Kupferverbindung des Farbstoffes kann erhalten werden, indem man ihn in 3000 Teilen Wasser löst, bei schwach kongo- oder essigsaurer Reaktion mit 25 Teilen krist. Kupfersulfat in 100, Teilen Wasser ver setzt und bei 8'0-90 10-1'2 Stunden ver rührt.
Die zum grossen Teil ausgefallene Kupferverbindung wird mit Kochsalz voll ends ausgefällt, abgenutscht und in das Na trium3alz übergeführt.

The method is characterized by; that the monoazo dyes 4-nitro-4'-aminostilben-2,2'-disulphonic acid ---> salicylic acid and 4-nitro-2-aminophenol -> 2 - amino - 4 - ogytoluene are condensed with one another in alkaline solution .
The new dye is a dark powder in the coppered state. This dissolves in water with a yellow-brown, in conc. Sulfuric acid with a violet color and dyes cellulose fibers in yellow-brown shades of good lightfastness. Subsequent treatment of the dyeing of the dye, which is coppered in an acid medium, with copper salts gives deeper brown tones.
<I> Example: </I> 57.1 parts of the dye from diazotized 4-nitro-4'-aminostilbene-2; 2'-disulfonic acid and salicylic acid and <B> 26 </B> parts of the dye from diazotized 4-Nitro-2-aminophenol and 2-amino-4-ogytoluene are dissolved in 600 parts of water and 8,
0 parts of sodium hydroxide solution of 36 Be condensed under reflux at the boiling point for 12-14 hours. After cooling, it is neutralized with hydrochloric acid, completely precipitated with sodium chloride, filtered off and dried.
The copper compound of the dye can be obtained by dissolving it in 3000 parts of water, with a weak Congo or acetic acid reaction with 25 parts of crystalline. Copper sulfate in 100 parts of water sets and stirred at 8'0-90 10-1'2 hours.
The largely precipitated copper compound is completely precipitated with table salt, suction filtered and converted into the sodium salt.
