Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum     Hauptpatent    Nr.     23,6-583.            Terfahren    zur Herstellung eines     metallisierbaren        Farbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     metal-          lisierbaren        Farbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist  dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der     äthylierte          Monoazofarbstof    f 4 -     Nitro    -     4'-        aminostilben-          2,

  2'-disulfonsäure->-Phenol    und der     Amino-          azofarbstoff        2-Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfon-          säure>    .     m-Anisidin    in alkalischer Lösung  miteinander kondensiert werden.  



  Der neue     Farbstoff        stellt    in     gekupfertem     Zustand ein schwarzes Pulver dar. Dieses löst  sich in Wasser mit     rotbrauner,    in     konz.     Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe und färbt       Cellulosefasern    in lichtechten gelbbraunen  Tönen.

           i        Beispiel:       55,5 Teile des bekannten     äthylierten     Farbstoffes aus     diazotierter        4-Nitro-4'-amino-          Ftilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure    und Phenol und  26 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotierter     2 -     Amino    -1-     oxybenzol    -4-     sulfonsäure    und  m-     Anisidin    werden in 140-0 Teilen Wasser  und 200 Teilen Natronlauge 3'6      Be    in be  kannter Weise kondensiert.

   Nach dem Ab  kühlen wird mit Salzsäure neutralisiert, mit    Kochsalz vollends ausgefällt,     abfiltriert    und  getrocknet.  



  Die     Kupferverbindung        des    Farbstoffes  kann erhalten werden, indem man ihn in  4000 Teilen Wasser löst, bei 80-90  mit  einer Lösung von 25 Teilen     krist.    Kupfer  sulfat in 100 Teilen Wasser     und    60 Teilen       25%igem    Ammoniak versetzt, 12-14 Stun  den bei 90  verrührt und den Farbstoff durch  Ausfällen mit Kochsalz isoliert.

  The copper compound of the dye can be obtained by dissolving it in 4000 parts of water, crystallizing at 80-90 with a solution of 25 parts. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metalli- sierbaren Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass der äthylierteMonoazofarbstoff 4-Ni- tro-4'-aminostilben-2,2'-disulfonsiäure-> Phe nol und der Aminoazofarbatoff 2-Amino-l- oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäure -<B>>-</B> m-Anisidin in alkalischer Lösung miteinander kondensiert werden. Der neue Farbstoff stellt in gekupfertem Zustand einschwarzes Pulver dar.
