Description

  

  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 231256.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Disazofarbstoffes.            Gegenstand    des     vorliegenden        Zusatz-          patentes    ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung  eines kupferhaltigen     Disazofarbstoffes,        wel-          ebes        dadurch        gekennzeichnet    ist, -dass man       diazotierte        3-Amino-4-o:

  xybenzolsulfonsäu.re-          methylanilid-4'-sulfonsäure,        diazotiertes        4-          hf.ethyl-3-amiiio-1,1'-diphenylsulfon.        Resor-          ein    und ein     kupferabgebendes    Mittel aufein  ander einwirken     lä.sst.     



  Der neue     Farbstoff    stellt ein dunkel  braunes Pulver dar, welches in Wasser mit  brauner, in Schwefelsäure mit oranger Farbe  löslich ist und Seide in braunen Tönen von  guten     Eehtheiten        anfärbt.     



       Beispiel:     Die     Diazove:rbindun.g    aus 35,8     Teilen        3-          Amino-4-        oxybenzolsulfonsii,uremethyla.nilid-          4'-sulfonsäurc-    wird mit     einer        laugenalka-          lisehen    Lösung von 11. Teilen     1,3-Dioxy-          ben7o1    vereinigt.

   Nach     beendeter        Kupplung     wird der     Monoazofarbs:toff    mit     ,Salzsäure    ab  geschieden, isoliert. und in essigsaurer Lö  sung mit dem     Diazokörper    aus 24,7 Teilen         4-Methyl-3-amino-1,1'-diphenylsulfon    gekup  pelt.

   Der mit     Kochsalz        abgeschiedene        Disazo-          farbstoff        wird    in 2000 Teilen Wasser bei 80   g     o          elöst,    mit 25     Gewichtsteilen        kristallisiertem          Kupfersulfat    versetzt     und    1. Stunde bei 90   gehalten. Man filtriert den ausgeschiedenen  kupferhaltigen     Farbstoff    und     führt    ihn nach       bekann4:en    Methoden in das     Natrium:salz    über.

    Er färbt Seide in braunen Tönen von sehr  guten     Echtheiten.     



  Anstatt die     Kupferurig    mit dem fertigen  Farbstoff vorzunehmen, kann man auch den       Monoazofarbstoff    in die     Kupferverbindung     überführen und erst diese zum Disazofarb-         :stoff    kuppeln.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines kupfer haltigen Disazofarbstoffes, -dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass man diazotierte 3-Amino-4-oxy- benzolsulf an säuremethylanilid-4'-sulf onsäüre, diazotiertes 4-Methyl-3-amino-1,l.'-diphenyl- sulfon, Resorcin und ein kupferabgebendes Mittel aufeinander einwirken lässt.
