Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 231256.         Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Disazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden     ZuE3atz-          patentes    ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung  eines kupferhaltigen     Disazofarbstoffes,    wel  ches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,     dass    man       diazotierte        2-Amino.-1-äthoxyben.zol-4-sulfon-          säure,        diazotiertes        3-Aminobenzoyl-äthyl-          anilid,

          Resorcin    und ein kupferabgebendes  Mittel aufeinander     einwirken    lässt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff .stellt ein schwarz  braunes Pulver dar, welches in Wasser mit       rotstichig    brauner, in Schwefelsäure mit       braunoranger    Farbe löslich ist und Seide in       rotstichig    braunen Tönen von guten     Echt-          ]leiten    anfärbt.         Beispiel:     Die     Diazoverbindung    aus 21,7 Teilen     2-          Amino-l-äthogybenzol-4-sulfonsäure    wird mit  einer     laugenalkalische.n    Lösung von 11 Teilen       1,3-Dioxybenzol    vereinigt.

   Nach beendeter       Kupplung        wird    der     Monoazofarbstoff    mit  Salzsäure     abgeschieden,        isoliert    und in essig  saurer Lösung mit dem     Diazokörper    aus  L 94 Teilen     3-Aminobenzoyl-äthylanilid    gekup-         pelt.    Der mit Kochsalz abgeschiedene Dis  azofarbstoff wird in 2000 Teilen Wasser bei  30  gelöst,

   mit 25     Gewichtsteilen        kristalli-          siertem    Kupfersulfat versetzt und 1 Stunde  bei 90      gehalten.    Man filtriert den ausge  schiedenen     kupferhaft        bgen    Farbstoff und       führt    ihn nach     bekannten        Methoden    in das       Natriumsalz    über. Er färbt Seide in rot  stichig     braunen    Tönen von sehr guten     Echt-          heiten.     



       Anstatt        -die        Kupferurig    mit dem fertigen       Farbstoff    vorzunehmen, kann man :auch den       Monoazofarbstoff        in.        die    Kupferverbindung  überführen     und    erst diese zum     Disazofarb-          stoff    kuppeln.
