  Zusatzpatent zum     Hauptpartent    Nr. 231256.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Disazofarbstoffes.            Gegenstand    des vorliegenden Zusatz-    patentes ist ein Verfahren zur     Darstellung     ,eines     kupferhaltigen        Disazofarbstoffes,    wel  ches.

       dadurch    gekennzeichnet ist, dass man       diazotierbe    2-     Amino        -1-oxybenzol-4-sulfon,-          säure,        diazotierten        4-Methylbenzol-l-sulfon-          säure-4'-aminophenylester,        Resorcin    und ein  kupferabgebendes     Mittel    aufeinander     einwir-          ken    lässt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff     stellt    eindunkel  braunes     Pulver    dar, welches- in Wasser mit  brauner, in Schwefelsäure mit     braunoranger     Farbe löslich ist und Seide in braunen Tönen  von     ;guten        Echtheiten    anfärbt.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    Die     Diazoverbindung    aus 18,9 Teilen     2-          Amino-1-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäure    wird mit  einer     laugenalkalischen    Lösung von 11 Teilen       1,3-Dioxybenzol    vereinigt.

   Nach beendeter  Kupplung wird der     Monoazofarbstoff    mit  Salzsäure abgeschieden, isoliert und in     essig-          saurer    Lösung mit dem     Diazokörper    aus  26,1 Teilen 4-Methylbernzol-1-sulfonsäure-4'-         aminophenylester    gekuppelt. Der mit     Kooh-          salz    abgeschiedene     Disazofarbstoff        wird    in  2000 Teilen     Wasser    bei 80  gelöst, mit 25     Ge-          wichtsteilen    kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat  versetzt und 1     Stunde    bei 90  .gehalten.

   Man  filtriert .den.     ausgeschiedenen        kupferhaltigem     Farbstoff und     führt    ihn .nach bekannten Me  thoden     in.    das     Natriumsalz    über. Er färbt  Seide in braunen Tönen von sehr guten       Echtheiten.     



  Anstatt die     Kupferung    mit -dem     fertigen     Farbstoff vorzunehmen, kann man auch den       Monoazofarbstoff    in die     Kupferverbindung     überführen     und        erst    diese zum     Disazofarb-          stoff    kuppeln.
