Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 2,31256.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Disazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung  eines     kupferhaltigen        Disazofarbstoffes,    wel  ches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man       diazotierte        3-A@mino-4-okybenzol-l-sulfon-          säur@.-äthyl-anilid-4'-sulfonsäure,        diazotiertes          5-Nitro-2-amino-l-metho@xybenzol,

          Resorcin     und ein kupferabgebendes     Mittel    aufeinander       einwirken    lässt.    Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein schwarz  braunes Pulver dar, welches in     Wasser    mit  brauner,     in;        Schwefelsäure    mit     roter    Farbe  löslich ist und Seide in     braunen    Tönen von  guten     Echtheiten    anfärbt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  11 Gewichtsteile     1,3-Dioxybenzol    werden  in Gegenwart von 14 Gewichtsteilen Ätz  natron bei 0  mit     dem        Diazoverbindung    aus  <B>37,2</B> Gewichtsteilen     3-Amino-4-oxyben7,ol-l-          sulfonsäureäthylanilidi-4'-sulfonsäure    ver  einigt. Der sauer     isolierte    und wieder in Was  ser gelöste     Monoazofarbstoff    wird während    einer Stunde mit 25     Gewichtsteilen    kristalli  siertem Kupfersulfat behandelt.

   Der so     ge-          kupferte        Monoazofarbstoff    wird dann abge  trennt, in Wasser     gelöst    und in     essigsaurer     Suspension mit der     Diazoverbindung    aus  16,8 Gewichtsteilen 5 -     Nitro    - 2 -     amino    -     1-          methoxybenzol    gekuppelt. Der     aufgearbeitete     Farbstoff färbt Wolle und Seide in dunkel  braunen Tönen von hervorragenden Echt  heiten.
