Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein wertvoller       Azofarbstoff    hergestellt werden kann, wenn  man     diazotierte        6-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-4-          sulfonsäure    mit     2-Oxy-6-methoxynaphthalin     kuppelt.  



  Der neue     Farbstoff    stellt ein violett  schwarzes Pulver dar,     das    sich in     Wasser    mit  violetter, in verdünnter Natronlauge mit       braunstichig    bordeauxroter und in     konz.          Schwefelsäure    mit     violett.roter    Farbe löst. Er  färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in     violettbraunen     Tönen, die durch     Nachehromieren    in ein aus  gezeichnet     walk-,        potting-    und lichtechtes  blaustichiges Olivgrün übergeführt werden.  



  Die Kupplung     erfolgt    zweckmässig in alka  lischem, z. B.     Alkalihydroxyd    und gegebe  nenfalls     Alkalicarbonat    enthaltendem Medium.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  23,4 Teile     6-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-4-sul-          fonsäure    werden in bekannter Weise diazo-         tiert    und in alkalischer Lösung mit 18 Teilen       2-Oxy-6-methox@-naphthalin    gekuppelt. Der  erhaltene Farbstoff wird     abfiltriert    und ge  trocknet.

B. alkali hydroxide and optionally alkali carbonate-containing medium. <I> Example: </I> 23.4 parts of 6-nitro-2-amino-1-phenol-4-sulphonic acid are diazotized in a known manner and mixed with 18 parts of 2-oxy-6- methox @ -naphthalene coupled. The dye obtained is filtered off and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man di- azotierte 6-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-4-sulfon- säure mit 2-Oxy-6-methoxynaphthalin kup pelt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein violett schwarzes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit violetter, in verdünnter Natronlauge mit braunstichig bordeauxroter und in konz. Schwefelsäure mit violettroter Farbe löst.
