Description
ierfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstoffes. Gemäss dem im Hauptpatent beschriebe nen Verfahren erhält man einen Wolle in echten Tönen anfärbenden Azofarbstoff, wenn man Anthranilsäure dianotiert und die Diazo- verbindung mit einem Pyrazolon kuppelt, welches in der 1-Stellung durch einen Phe- nylrest substituiert ist, der noch durch einen Sulfamidophenylrest weiter substituiert ist.
Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält man einen Farbstoff von ganz ähnlichen Eigenschaften, wenn man 1-Amino-2-carboxy- benzol-4-sulfosäure dianotiert und die Diazo- verbindung mit 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazo- lon-4'-sulfanilid kuppelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 217 Teile 1-Amino-2-carboxybenzol-4-sulfo- säure werden dianotiert und mit einer soda- alkalischen Lösung von 360 Teilen 1-Phenyl- 3-methyl-5-pyrazolon-4'-sulfanilid kombiniert, Man erhält einen in Wasser mit gelber Farbe löslichen Farbstoff, der nach dem Nachchro- mierungsverfahren auf Wolle gelbe Färbungen von sehr guter Echtheit ergibt.

<I> Example: </I> 217 parts of 1-amino-2-carboxybenzene-4-sulfonic acid are dianotized and mixed with a soda-alkaline solution of 360 parts of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone-4 ' -sulfanilide combined, the result is a dye which is soluble in water with a yellow color and which, after the post-chroming process, gives yellow dyeings of very good fastness on wool.
