Abstract
Predmetni pronalazak odnosi se na nove mikrobiološke procese za pripremanje jedinjenja formule (I) iz jedinjenja generalne formule (II) gde je R alkalni metal ili amonijum jon, pomoću potopljenog kultivisanja sluzavih gljiva soja sposobnog da 6Гџ-hidroksilira jedinjenje formule (II) u aerobnoj fermentaciji i razdvajanjem i prečišćavanjem produkta formule (I) nastalim tokom biokonverzije. Proces sadrži kultivisanje soja trepljaste vrste sluzavih gljiva Mortierella maculata koja je sposobna da 6Гџ-hidroksilira jedinjenje generalne formule (II), na hranjivom medijumu koji sadrži upotrebljive izvore ugljenika i azota i mineralnih soli i odvajanja produkta nastalog iz fermentacionog buljona, zatim izolovanja jedinjenja formule (I) i prečišćavanja istog. Takodje je otkriven novi soj Mortierella maculata.
