Abstract

Proizvod, obrazovan u suštini kao pralina, sadrži omotač (1, 5) koji okružuje kremasto punjenje (4, 8) sa veoma malom viskoznošću, eventualno povećanom koštunicom (3). Omotač koji je pokriven sa jednim ili više slojeva (9, 11) za prevlačenje, eventualno sa dodatkom materije (10) za posipanje i dekorativnih elemenata (12, 13), obrazovan je od dve polovine (1, 5) omotača koje su spojene prednjim stranama. Jedna (1) od polovina omotača je napravljena od materije koja se može oblikovati u kalupu, kao što je čokolada, dok je druga polovina (5) omotača napravljena od vafla. Udeo polovine (1) napravljene od materije koja se može oblikovati u kalupu u težini omotača je prvenstveno znatno preovladjujući u poredjenju sa odgovarajućim udelom polovine (5) omotača napravljenom od vafla.
