- the surface of the lithium-containing composite oxide is a group consisting of a LiAO compound (A is Ti, Zr, Ta, Nb, Zn, W and Al It has been found that the rate characteristics can be enhanced by reducing the interface resistance if it is coated with one or more elements selected from Furthermore, due to the presence of halogen on the surface of the present core particle, oxygen compensation of the surface region by the halogen present on the surface of the present core particle, even when used in combination with a sulfide-based solid electrolyte, It has been found that the initial charge / discharge efficiency and cycle characteristics can be enhanced by the suppression effect of the exchange reaction between oxygen (O) of the LiAO compound or the core particles of the positive electrode active material and sulfur (S) of the sulfide-based solid electrolyte.

- LiAO compound particles are present on the surface of the core particle with a thickness of 1 nm to 25 nm, It was confirmed that it had formed. However, the entire surface of the core particle is not necessarily covered with the LiAO compound, and the surface of the core particle is partially exposed. From the results of the above examples and the test results conducted so far, it is considered that the LiAO compound is likely to obtain the desired effect if it covers 30% or more of the entire surface area of the present core particle. it can. Was confirmed.
- the problem is that the oxygen (O) in the core particle of the substance and the sulfur (S) in the sulfide-based solid electrolyte cause an exchange reaction to deteriorate the interface and the battery characteristics such as rate characteristics and cycle characteristics deteriorate. It is an issue common to lithium-containing composite oxides. Therefore, in addition to the lithium-containing composite oxide having a layered rock salt structure, the same effects can be obtained in the lithium-containing composite oxide having a spinel structure, the lithium-containing composite oxide having an olivine structure, etc. It can be considered.
Abstract
