図1Aおよび図9に示すように、作業ロール移載装置32には、作業ロール21を載置可能な棚部材121と、この棚部材121を有して(搭載して)移動可能な台車122とが設けられている。なお、ロール組替装置12には、複数(二つ)の作業ロール移載装置32が備えられており、これら二つの作業ロール移載装置32は、装置移動台車34上においてプッシュプラー装置31の走行経路(第一のレール44)を挟むように対向して設けられており、構造が対称である点を除いて同じ構成から成る。
図1Aおよび図10に示すように、補強ロール移載装置33には、補強ロール22を載置可能な棚部材131と、この棚部材131を有して(搭載して)移動可能な台車132とが設けられている。
本発明の実施例1に係るロール組替装置を備えた圧延設備における作業ロールの組み替え手順について、図1Aから図2Eを参照して説明する。
本発明の実施例1に係るロール組替装置を備えた圧延設備における補強ロールの組み替え手順について、図3Aから図3Dを参照して説明する。

Claims (10)
- 通板される鋼板を圧延する圧延機に設けられた上下一対の作業ロールを組み替えるロール組替装置であって、
上下一対の前記作業ロールを着脱可能に保持すると共に、保持した前記作業ロールを通板方向に移動可能な作業ロール保持ユニットと、
前記作業ロール保持ユニットを有し、前記作業ロール保持ユニットによって前記作業ロールを保持した状態で前記圧延機に対してロール軸方向に移動可能なロール保持装置と、
前記ロール保持装置の移動経路と交差する方向に移動可能、かつ、前記作業ロールを載置可能な作業ロール移載装置と
を備えたことを特徴とするロール組替装置。 - 前記作業ロール保持ユニットは、通板方向に離間して二対の前記作業ロールをそれぞれ独立して着脱可能に保持するものであり、
前記ロール保持装置は、当該ロール保持装置の移動経路上に移動した前記作業ロール移載装置に対して、前記作業ロールの授受を行うものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロール組替装置。 - 前記圧延機に設けられた上下一対の補強ロールまたは上下一対の中間ロールを着脱可能に保持する第二のロール保持ユニットと、前記ロール保持装置の移動経路と交差する方向に移動可能、かつ、前記圧延機に設けられた上下一対の補強ロールまたは上下一対の中間ロールを載置可能な第二のロール移載装置とを備え、
前記ロール保持装置は、前記第二のロール保持ユニットを有し、前記第二のロール保持ユニットによって上下一対の前記補強ロールまたは上下一対の前記中間ロールを保持した状態で前記圧延機に対してロール軸方向に移動可能なものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のロール組替装置。 - 前記ロール保持装置は、上下一対の前記補強ロールまたは上下一対の前記中間ロールをロール軸方向に移動するためのレールを利用してロール軸方向に移動するものである
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のロール組替装置。 - 前記第二のロール保持ユニットは、上下一対の前記補強ロールまたは上下一対の前記中間ロールと係合して前記ロール保持装置の移動によって当該補強ロールまたは当該中間ロールを前記圧延機から搬出するラッチ機構と、上下一対の前記補強ロールまたは上下一対の前記中間ロールと当接して前記ロール保持装置の移動によって当該補強ロールまたは当該中間ロールを前記圧延機に搬入する押圧機構とを備えたものである
ことを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載のロール組替装置。 - 前記ロール保持装置と前記作業ロール移載装置と前記第二のロール移載装置とをそれぞれ移動可能に有し、前記圧延機に対してロール軸方向に移動可能な装置移動台車を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載のロール組替装置。 - 前記ロール保持装置は、上下一対の前記作業ロールにおける軸端部間に挿入される支持部材と、上下一対の前記作業ロールにおける前記軸端部をそれぞれ前記支持部材に押さえ付けるクランプ部材とを備えたものであり、
前記支持部材は、二対の前記作業ロールにおける前記軸端部間に挿入され得るものであり、
前記クランプ部材は、二対の前記作業ロールにおける前記軸端部をそれぞれ独立して前記支持部材に押さえ付けるものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のロール組替装置。 - 前記クランプ部材は、独立して伸縮可能な二本の油圧シリンダを備えたものである
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のロール組替装置。 - 前記圧延機内において、上下一対の前記作業ロールを圧延可能な位置に維持するロール支持装置を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項にロール組替装置。 - 前記ロール保持装置は、当該ロール保持装置によって保持した前記作業ロールをロール軸方向と平行な軸回りに回転する回転機構を備えたものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のロール組替装置。
