- the angle ⁇ formed by the pair of first width direction narrow grooves 51B is preferably in the range of 10 ° to 50 °.
- the angle ⁇ is smaller than 10 °, the pair of first width direction narrow grooves 51B extend substantially in parallel, so that it is difficult to sufficiently suppress the decrease in land portion rigidity.
- the angle ⁇ is larger than 50 °, at least one of the first width direction narrow grooves 51B is too close to the tire circumferential direction, and it becomes difficult to obtain an appropriate edge effect.
- each first width direction narrow groove 51 ⁇ / b> B communicates with the first main groove 11 and extends linearly and continuously from the portion toward the inner side in the tire circumferential direction of the first block 41. And a portion that is curved so as to be convex, and a portion that is curved so as to be convex toward the outside in the tire circumferential direction of the first block 41.
- the first width direction auxiliary groove 51C extends linearly in the tire width direction without being curved like the first circumferential direction narrow groove 51A and the first width direction narrow groove 51B, but the first block 41
- the groove width gradually increases from the inner end in the tire width direction toward the outer end in the tire width direction.
- the first width direction auxiliary groove 51C communicates with the first circumferential direction narrow groove 51A, and at the end of the pair of first width direction narrow grooves 51B on the first circumferential direction narrow groove 51A side.
- the first lateral auxiliary groove Since any of the portions of the first block 41 partitioned by 51C becomes extremely small and the rigidity of the portion decreases, it becomes difficult to suppress uneven wear.
- the angle ⁇ formed by the first circumferential direction narrow groove 51A and the first width direction auxiliary groove 51C is, for example, 45 ° or more. Can be set.
- the corner formed by the first circumferential direction narrow groove 51A and the first width direction auxiliary groove 51C becomes sharp. It is possible to prevent this, and to suppress uneven wear caused by sliding.
- the angle ⁇ is smaller than 45 °, the corner formed by the first circumferential narrow groove 51A and the first width direction auxiliary groove 51C becomes extremely sharp, and it is difficult to suppress uneven wear.
- the first block 41 is formed with three types of grooves, that is, the first circumferential narrow groove 51A and two sets of the first width direction narrow groove 51B and the first width direction auxiliary groove 51C. If any of these is lacking, the above-mentioned effects cannot be obtained sufficiently.
- the first block 41 has five regions 41a, 41b, as shown in the figure by a first width direction narrow groove 51B and a first width direction auxiliary groove 51C. 41c, 41d, and 41e (see FIG. 5), among these five regions, the region having the maximum area (region 41b in the illustrated example) has the minimum area (in the illustrated example, The area of the region 41d) is preferably 1.7 times or less.
- the area of the region 41d is preferably 1.7 times or less.
- the five regions 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, and 41e connect the midpoint of the groove width direction at the start point of the groove that divides each region and the midpoint of the groove width direction at the end point, as in the angle measurement. Judging by using the straight line (reference line), the area is the area of the first block 41 (the tread not including the groove) divided by the reference line. Further, for example, when the first width direction narrow groove 51B terminates without reaching the first circumferential direction narrow groove 51A, as shown in FIG. Extend to the circumferential groove 51A to determine the division of each region.
- the first circumferential direction narrow groove 51A and the first width direction narrow groove 51B and the first width direction auxiliary groove 51C are formed at least in the first block 41 as described above.
- the portions other than the first block 41 are described in the above embodiment. It is not limited. That is, if at least the first block 41 satisfies the above-described configuration, excellent wet performance and snow performance can be obtained, while uneven wear of the first block 41 can be particularly suppressed.
- the first main groove 11 is disposed on the inner side with respect to the vehicle than the second main groove 12 when the vehicle is mounted. It is preferable that the third main groove 13 is disposed on the outer side in the tire width direction of 12 (the side that is on the outer side with respect to the vehicle when the vehicle is mounted). On the other hand, the rigidity of the land portion adjacent to both sides of the second main groove 12 disposed on the outer side is ensured, and the steering stability can be improved more effectively.
- the groove width of the second main groove 12 is preferably made smaller than the groove width of the first main groove 11, and thus the first main groove 11 and the second main groove 11 are arranged in this way.
- the second block 42 is preferably configured as described above. That is, it is preferable to provide the second circumferential direction narrow groove 52A extending along the tire circumferential direction and the second width direction auxiliary groove 52B extending along the tire width direction. By providing the second circumferential narrow groove 52A and the second width direction auxiliary groove 52B in this manner, it is advantageous to achieve both wet performance, snow performance, and uneven wear resistance.
- the drainage performance by the second width direction auxiliary groove 52B can be obtained and the wet performance can be improved while maintaining the rigidity of the second block 42.
- the first width direction auxiliary groove 51C and the second width direction auxiliary groove 52B are attached to the vehicle when the vehicle is mounted. Since it opens to the second main groove 12 on the outer side, it is advantageous for improving the wet performance.
- the second width direction narrow groove 52C extending along the tire width direction from the end of the second width direction auxiliary groove 52B is provided, but the width direction narrow groove 52B is added in this way.
- the wet performance can be more effectively improved by traversing the second block 42 in the second width direction auxiliary groove 52B and the second width direction narrow groove 52C.
- the rigidity of the second block 42 is brought close to the rigidity of the first block 41, and the difference in rigidity between the first block 41 and the second block 42 that are adjacent in the tire width direction.
- the contact pressure of the first block 41 and the second block 42 can be made uniform, which is advantageous for suppressing uneven wear.
- the second circumferential direction auxiliary groove 52A may extend linearly along the tire circumferential direction, but it is preferable that the second circumferential direction auxiliary groove 52A be curved and extend as shown in the drawing. Thereby, abrasion resistance performance can be improved.
- the third circumferential auxiliary groove 53A formed in the third land portion 23 particularly extends in a zigzag shape along the tire circumferential direction as shown in the figure, and the first main groove 11 and the second main groove 12.
- the groove width is preferably smaller than that of the third main groove 13 and the fourth main groove 14.
- the outer shoulder narrow groove 54A and the inner shoulder narrow groove 55A provided in the outer shoulder block 44 and the inner shoulder block 45 are preferably arranged in a zigzag shape along the tire width direction as shown in the drawing.
- the tire size is 205 / 55R16 91V, has the cross-sectional shape illustrated in FIG. 1, is based on the tread pattern of FIG. 2, has a first circumferential auxiliary groove, and is on the inner side with respect to the vehicle when mounted on the vehicle.
- the type of groove that opens on the vehicle inner side the type of groove that opens on the outer side (vehicle outer side) with respect to the vehicle when the vehicle is mounted, the angle ⁇ formed by one set of width direction narrow grooves, the first circumferential direction narrow
- the angle ⁇ formed by the groove and the first width direction auxiliary groove the maximum area of the five regions divided by the first circumferential direction narrow groove, the pair of width direction narrow grooves and the first width direction auxiliary groove.
- the ratio of the area of the area that is the minimum area to the area of the area (maximum / minimum area ratio), the groove width of the first main groove, the groove width of the second main groove, the presence or absence of the second width direction auxiliary groove, the second circumferential direction
- Conventional example 1 comparative example 1, and examples 1 to 11 in which the presence or absence of auxiliary grooves are set as shown in Table 1 respectively.
- Three types of pneumatic tires were produced.
- the tread pattern is substantially the same as that of Example 1, but the groove (the first width direction narrow groove in the present invention) opened on the vehicle inner side has a larger groove width than the narrow groove. It is an example composed of
