特開2010-158975号公報(特許文献2)には、電動オイルポンプ及び機械式オイルポンプの油路を簡略化する技術の一例として、機械式オイルポンプと電動オイルポンプとを、共通の吸入口及び吐出口を有する油路形成ブロック部材により連結して一体化し、油路を共通化する技術が開示されている。しかし、特許文献2には、電動オイルポンプの車両用駆動装置のケース内における配置箇所に関しては考慮されていない。

前記補助油圧源ハウジングと前記第二ハウジング部材とが、前記軸第二方向側から前記軸第一方向側へ向けて、前記補助油圧源ハウジング及び前記第二ハウジング部材に挿入された第二締結ボルトにより互いに締結固定されている請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第一締結ボルトが複数備えられていると共に、前記第二締結ボルトが複数備えられ、
前記第二ハウジング部材は、軸方向に貫通する共通締結孔を有し、
複数の前記第一締結ボルトの少なくとも一部と、複数の前記第二締結ボルトの少なくとも一部とが同軸上に配置され、
当該同軸上に配置された前記第一締結ボルトと前記第二締結ボルトとが、前記共通締結孔に締結されている請求項3に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記補助油圧源は、ポンプ用回転電機により駆動される電動オイルポンプ、電磁アクチュエータにより駆動される電磁ポンプ、又はアキュムレータである請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記補助油圧源は、ポンプ用回転電機により駆動される電動オイルポンプであり、
前記電動オイルポンプは、前記補助油圧生成機構としての電動ポンプロータと、当該電動ポンプロータを収容するポンプ室を形成する前記補助油圧源ハウジングとしての電動ポンプハウジングとを備え、
前記電動ポンプロータの回転軸心である電動ポンプ軸心が、前記機械式ポンプロータの回転軸心である機械式ポンプ軸心と平行状に配置されている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記補助油圧源は、ポンプ用回転電機により駆動される電動オイルポンプであり、
前記電動オイルポンプは、前記補助油圧生成機構としての電動ポンプロータと、当該電動ポンプロータを収容するポンプ室を形成する前記補助油圧源ハウジングとしての電動ポンプハウジングとを備え、
前記第二ハウジング部材に、前記機械式オイルポンプの吸入ポートとストレーナとを接続する第一吸入油路と、前記電動オイルポンプの吸入ポートと前記ストレーナとを接続する第二吸入油路と、が形成されている請求項3又は4に記載の車両用駆動装置。
