Description
(第1実施形態)
本開示のパワーユニット1は、様々な形態において利用可能である。第1実施形態のパワーユニット1は、一例として車両11に搭載される。図1は、第1実施形態に係る車両11の右側面図である。図2は、図1の車両11の全体的な動力伝達経路を示す模式図である。図3は、図1の車両11の動力系統の部分的な模式図である。
図7は、第2実施形態に係る車両111の動力系統の部分的な模式図である。車両111のパワーユニット101は、単一の走行用の駆動源を備える。この駆動源は、本実施形態ではエンジンEであるが、電動モータMでもよい。エンジンEは、車両11と同様に、クランクケース26と貯留パン27とを有する(図1参照)。またパワーユニット101は、第1ポンプと第2ポンプとを備える。第1ポンプと第2ポンプとしては、所定対象に流体を供給する各種ポンプを選択できる。本実施形態の第1ポンプと第2ポンプとは、互いに異なる回転数で駆動される。また一例として、第1ポンプと第2ポンプとのうち、高回転で駆動される一方のポンプは、他方のポンプよりも高出力又は低脈動が要求されるポンプである。第1ポンプと第2ポンプとは、同一形状であるが、第1ポンプと第2ポンプとの各形状は、これに限定されない。

Claims (12)
- ポンプとは異なる駆動対象に回転動力を出力する少なくとも1つの駆動源と、
前記駆動源の前記回転動力により回転駆動される第1ポンプと、
前記駆動源の前記回転動力により回転駆動され、前記第1ポンプとは異なる第2ポンプと、
前記第1ポンプと前記第2ポンプとに対し、前記駆動源の前記回転動力を伝達する動力伝達機構と、を備え、
前記動力伝達機構は、複数の伝達部を有し、前記複数の伝達部のうちの異なる伝達部を介し、前記第1ポンプと前記第2ポンプとに前記回転動力を個別に伝達する、パワーユニット。 - 前記第1ポンプは、圧力伝達対象に圧力伝達流体を供給して前記圧力伝達対象を駆動する圧力伝達ポンプであり、
前記第2ポンプは、潤滑対象に潤滑流体を供給して前記潤滑対象を潤滑する潤滑ポンプである、請求項1に記載のパワーユニット。 - 複数の前記駆動源を有し、
前記動力伝達機構は、前記第1ポンプ及び第2ポンプのうちの一方のポンプに対し、前記伝達部を介して、前記複数の駆動源のうちの単一の前記駆動源の前記回転動力を伝達する、請求項1又は2に記載のパワーユニット。 - 前記一方のポンプは、圧力伝達対象に圧力伝達流体を供給して前記圧力伝達対象を駆動する圧力伝達ポンプであり、
前記圧力伝達対象は、前記単一の駆動源と前記駆動対象との間の動力伝達状態を、接続状態と遮断状態との間で切り替える切替装置である、請求項3に記載のパワーユニット。 - 前記第1ポンプ及び第2ポンプのうちの他方のポンプは、潤滑対象に潤滑流体を供給して前記潤滑対象を潤滑する潤滑ポンプであり、前記複数の駆動源の各々からの前記回転動力が与えられる、請求項3又は4に記載のパワーユニット。
- 前記動力伝達機構は、
前記第1ポンプに前記駆動源の前記回転動力を入力する第1入力軸と、
前記第2ポンプに前記駆動源の前記回転動力を入力する第2入力軸と、を有し、
前記第1入力軸及び前記第2入力軸は、一方が、他方に挿入されて、前記他方に対して相対的に回転軸線回りを回転可能に配置される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のパワーユニット。 - 前記第1ポンプ及び前記第2ポンプは、同一の流体を流体取入口から取り入れて各々の対象に供給するように配置される、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のパワーユニット。
- 複数の前記駆動源を有し、
前記複数の駆動源は、エンジン及び電動モータを含み、
前記動力伝達機構は、
前記エンジンと前記及び電動モータとの前記回転動力を前記潤滑ポンプに伝達し、
前記エンジンの前記回転動力を前記圧力伝達ポンプに伝達する、請求項2に記載のパワーユニット。 - 前記エンジンに接続される変速機を備え、
前記圧力伝達対象は、前記エンジンと前記変速機との間の動力伝達状態を、接続状態と遮断状態との間で切り替える圧力駆動式のクラッチを含み、
前記動力伝達機構は、前記クラッチにおける前記遮断状態での動力遮断位置よりも前記エンジン側となる部分の動力を前記圧力伝達ポンプに伝達する、請求項8に記載のパワーユニット。 - 前記第1ポンプ及び前記第2ポンプが、互いに異なる回転数で駆動される、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のパワーユニット。
- 前記第1ポンプ及び前記第2ポンプのうち、高回転数で駆動される一方のポンプは、他方のポンプよりも高出力又又は低脈動が要求されるポンプである、請求項10に記載のパワーユニット。
- 駆動輪と、
請求項1~11のいずれかに記載のパワーユニットと、を備え、
前記駆動源が、前記駆動輪に前記回転動力を伝達する、車両。
