本実施形態に係る車両用駆動装置1の全体構成について説明する。図1に示すように、車両用駆動装置1は、内燃機関Eに駆動連結される入力軸Iと、摩擦係合装置CLと、回転電機MGと、変速装置SCと、車輪Wに駆動連結される出力軸Oとを備えている。摩擦係合装置CL、回転電機MG、及び変速装置SCは、入力軸Iと出力軸Oとを結ぶ動力伝達経路Tに、入力軸Iの側から記載の順に設けられている。これらは、ケース(駆動装置ケース)2内に収容されている。
次に、車両用駆動装置1の各部の構成について、主に図2~図4を参照して説明する。なお、図2は、車両用駆動装置1の一部を、軸心Xを含む平面に沿って切断した断面図であり、図3及び図4は、図2の部分拡大図である。
次に、摩擦係合装置CL及び回転電機MGに対する油の供給構造について、主に図2~図4を参照して説明する。車両用駆動装置1は、油圧ポンプ56から供給される油圧を制御する油圧制御装置として、互いに分離形成された第一油圧制御装置57と第二油圧制御装置58とを備えている。第一油圧制御装置57は、変速機構TM(図1を参照)が収容される第二ケース部2bの下方に固定されている。第二油圧制御装置58は、第一油圧制御装置57よりも回転電機MG側(軸第二方向L2側)に配置され、本例では第一ケース部2aの下方に設けられた固定部21aに固定されている。本実施形態では、第二油圧制御装置58が本発明における「油圧制御装置」に相当する。
次に、車両用駆動装置1の外部に設けられて当該車両用駆動装置1を制御対象とする制御装置(図示せず)と、ステータSt、回転センサ51、及び第二油圧制御装置58との電気的接続構造について、主に図2及び図5~図7を参照して説明する。本実施形態では、これらの間の電気的な接続を、第一ケース部2aを構成する周壁21及び第一支持壁22を利用して行う構造を採用している。以下、詳細に説明する。
最後に、本発明に係る車両用駆動装置の、その他の実施形態について説明する。なお、以下のそれぞれの実施形態で開示される構成は、矛盾が生じない限り、他の実施形態で開示される構成と組み合わせて適用することも可能である。

Claims (4)
- 内燃機関に駆動連結される入力部材と車輪に駆動連結される出力部材とを結ぶ動力伝達経路に、前記入力部材の側から順に、摩擦係合装置、回転電機、及び変速装置が設けられた車両用駆動装置であって、
前記回転電機及び前記摩擦係合装置の径方向外側を包囲する周壁と、軸方向における前記回転電機と前記変速装置との間を径方向に延びる支持壁と、を有するハウジング部と、
前記ハウジング部に固定された油圧制御装置と、
前記支持壁に形成され、前記油圧制御装置からの油を前記摩擦係合装置に供給する供給油路と、
前記支持壁に固定されたセンサステータを有し、前記回転電機のステータに対するロータの回転を検出する回転センサと、を備え、
前記周壁は、当該周壁をそれぞれ径方向に貫通する第一貫通孔と第二貫通孔とを有し、
前記第一貫通孔に設けられる端子台の第一端子に、前記ステータから延びる第一配線部材が接続され、
前記第二貫通孔を通って外部から前記ハウジング部内まで延びる第二配線部材が、前記支持壁における前記供給油路が形成されていない領域である非形成領域に固定されているとともに、互いに分岐してなる第一接続配線部と第二接続配線部とを備え、
前記第一接続配線部が前記回転センサの第二端子に接続され、前記第二接続配線部が前記油圧制御装置の第三端子に接続されている車両用駆動装置。 - 前記ハウジング部は、前記周壁の径方向内側に形成されて前記回転電機及び前記摩擦係合装置を収容する第一収容空間と、前記油圧制御装置を収容する第二収容空間と、前記第一収容空間と前記第二収容空間とを連通する連通孔と、を有し、
前記第二接続配線部が、前記連通孔を通って前記第一収容空間から前記第二収容空間に導入され、前記第二収容空間で前記第三端子に接続されている請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記油圧制御装置に対して、軸方向で前記変速装置側から油を供給する油供給部を備え、
前記連通孔が、前記ハウジング部における前記油圧制御装置が固定された固定部に対して、軸方向で前記変速装置側とは反対側に形成され、
前記周壁は、前記連通孔が形成されている周方向の領域である連通領域において、前記ステータの外周面との間に径方向隙間を有するように形成されている請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記回転電機に対して軸方向における前記支持壁側とは反対側から前記ハウジング部に固定されるカバー部材を更に備え、
前記第一配線部材が、前記ステータの軸方向における前記カバー部材側のコイルエンド部から延び、
前記第一配線部材の第四端子と前記第一端子とが、軸方向に挿入される締結部材によって接続されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
