构造成插入式模块的混合动力模块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于混合动力驱动的机器,特别是用于具有混合动力驱动器的车辆的混合动力模块,该具有混合动力驱动器的车辆具有由电动马达和内燃机构成的组合。
背景技术
在申请号为PCT/DE2014/200613和PCT/DE2014/200620的相对现有技术的迄今未被公开的很有价值的文章中指出了这种混合动力模块,其中,这些混合动力模块具有自身的壳体,以及其中,功率模块被固定在混合动力模块的构件上。
这种混合动力模块通过自身的壳体支承在内燃机和变速器之间。因此所有接头都可以被安装在混合动力模块的壳体的外侧上。此外,为了操控离合器执行机构,将控制器安放到壳体的外侧上并且控制器以来自于车辆的线缆束和离合器执行机构的各一个插头来触点接通。在通常在另一个生产地点进行最终装配时,在集成混合动力模块后仅须闭合插塞连接装置。
由DE 10 2011 078 125 A1已知一种混合动力模块,在该混合动力模块中,位置探测器在径向外部被装配在混合动力模块上。这个位置探测器与和混合动力模块的离合器的脱接器连接的位置传感器配合作用。若混合动力模块被装入变速器壳体中,那么执行机构电子器件的触点接通因此就会极为复杂,因为不能简单地动用它们。
发明内容
发明人所要解决的技术问题是,进一步发展当前的现有技术。尤其应当提供这样一种混合动力模块,其能被节省结构空间地和/或通过备选的装配步骤有效地装入到车辆中。
该技术问题尤其通过一种混合动力模块解决,其带有:带离合器执行机构的离合器、电机、内燃机侧和变速器侧,其中,混合动力模块被构造成用于插入变速器壳体的经预装配的插入式模块,且执行机构电子器件模块已经被预装配到混合动力模块上。执行机构电子器件模块在此借助支架被预装配在混合动力模块上,因而执行机构电子器件模块在径向以与混合动力模块呈间距的方式相间隔,该间距按如下方式设定大小,即,使得在已装入的状态下混合动力模块被布置在变速器壳体内部,而执行机构电子器件模块被布置在变速器壳体外部,其中,所述执行机构电子器件模块借助支架固定在所述混合动力模块上,所述支架具有至少一个带有沿径向延伸的区域的接片,其中,所述接片在其一个端部区域上与所述混合动力模块固定并且以其另一个端部区域与所述执行机构电子器件模块连接。
在变速器壳体的情况下,干室与湿室之间尤其是可以区分开的。在湿室中布置着变速器本身,而干室或离合器壳则用于容纳离合器或正好用于容纳带离合器的混合动力模块。在当前的情况下,混合动力模块优选被装在变速器壳体的干室中。
在本发明的一个实施方式中规定,混合动力模块、变速器壳体和执行机构电子器件模块至少区域性地沿径向和轴向交错。这意味着,变速器壳体的区域例如在径向上处在混合动力模块和执行机构电子器件模块之间。
该技术问题此外尤其通过一种用于装配混合动力模块的方法解决,其中,执行以下步骤:
预装配作为插入式模块的混合动力模块,其中,执行机构电子器件模块被预装配到混合动力模块上。
由此能够使用变速器壳体作为如下的壳体,该壳体优选具有与插入式模块的容纳部相应地设定尺寸大小的壳体突起。同时可以通过将执行机构电子器件模块预装配到混合动力模块上来规定线缆铺设或插塞连接,因而不必保护松散的线缆尾线,这是因为它们并不存在。此外取消了执行机构电子器件模块至装配地点的单独的运输以及在运输后紧接着至正确的混合动力模块的分配(例如当执行机构电子器件模块在特定的混合动力模块上被标定和/或功能测试在出货之前就在最终装配地点上执行)。在运输到装配地点后的安装费用减少,这是因为在那里取消了执行机构电子器件模块的固定和线缆铺设。取消了运输前在执行机构电子器件模块和混合动力模块的标定后或测试后的拆卸费用,这是因为执行机构电子器件模块可以被保留在混合动力模块上。
接下来涉及沿径向和轴向地应用到混合动力模块的转子轴线上。
电机优选具有转子,离合器集成在转子中。
混合动力模块优选由此被构造成插入式模块,具体而言,混合动力模块优选是无壳体的,也就是说,没有构造包围混合动力模块的壳体。因此优选不设置混合动力模块的自身的壳体。在另一个生产地点上进行最终装配时,模块被插入在那里存在的变速器壳体(插入式模块)。
执行机构电子器件模块优选具有离合器执行机构的运行所需的电子器件或这个电子器件的一部分。它例如是执行机构控制器。它优选被装配在没有壳体的混合动力模块的固定不动的部分上。
在预装配作为插入式模块的混合动力模块以及将执行机构电子器件模块预装配到混合动力模块之后,优选进行执行机构电子器件模块在混合动力模块上的(电子的)标定。
优选在预装配之后进行混合动力模块到变速器壳体中,特别是到变速器的干室中或到离合器壳中的插入和固定,以及此外优选将至少一个传感装置线缆和/或执行机构线缆联接到执行机构电子器件模块上。当规定执行机构模块、混合动力模块和变速器壳体至少区域性沿轴向和径向交错布置时,这可以被尤为简单地实现。执行机构模块然后可以进一步具有插塞连接装置,它们能够与传动系的线缆束的相应的互补的插塞连接装置连接。因为执行机构模块处在变速器壳体之外,所以能简单地执行相应的插头部分的聚集和触点接通。
在另一种按本发明的方法中,在预装配之前或之后实施执行机构电子器件模块与混合动力模块一起的优选电子的标定和/或优选电子的功能测试。
由此通过预装配人员实现了已经制好的插入式模块的调整或测试。由此大大改善了混合动力模块的质量和功能优越性。在此,基于执行机构电子器件模块和混合动力模块的预装配给定了经协调的/经测试的执行机构电子器件模块到混合动力模块的固定分配,并且因此不需要最终装配人员的重新分配。因此排除了混淆。执行机构电子器件模块例如仅通过功能测试或标定所需的线缆在预装配前与混合动力模块连接。执行机构电子器件模块在此可以例如被布置在试验台上。然后进行标定和/或功能测试。之后,执行机构电子器件模块被预装配到混合动力模块上。作为备选,也可以同所需的线缆的连接一起进行执行机构电子器件模块到混合动力模块上的预装配。然后进行标定和/或功能测试。
在另一个按本发明的混合动力模块中,执行机构电子器件模块优选间接地,特别优选直接固定在内燃机侧的沿径向延伸的器壁上。在另一个按本发明的方法中进行执行机构电子器件模块到内燃机侧的沿径向延伸的器壁上的预装配。
由此可以利用可能存在的例如在减振器和电机之间的结构空间,以便安装执行机构电子器件模块。
沿径向延伸的器壁优选是如下的构件,其在径向在外的点到径向在内的点之间延伸且其径向伸展长度大于轴向伸展长度。径向的延伸也指的是基本上沿径向的延伸,也就是说,例如在极端情况下,在轴线和径向的壳体区域之间的角度大于45°。沿径向延伸的器壁优选在内燃机侧沿轴向布置在电机旁。这优选被理解为,从内燃机侧起沿着轴向方向首先布置沿径向延伸的器壁并且之后布置电机。沿径向延伸的器壁优选具有用于轴(例如转子轴或驱动轴或在离合器和减振器之间的轴)穿过的开口。开口特别优选具有轴承,例如单列式或多列式滚动轴承,它能转动地相对壳体区域支承轴。混合动力模块优选具有减振器且器壁被作为中间壁沿轴向布置在一侧的减振器与另一侧的电机和/或离合器之间。器壁优选是在带离合器的电机和减振器(优选扭转减振器)之间的(优选在插入式模块已装入状态下密封的)分隔壁。
优选地,离合器执行机构间接或优选直接支撑在器壁上。离合器执行机构例如是电子的中央脱接器。离合器执行机构的支撑优选通过承载装置完成,离合器执行机构的承载装置特别优选是器壁的整体组成部分。电子的中央脱接器的承载装置和沿径向延伸的器壁例如作为构件,如作为中间壁,被布置在减振器和电机之间。
执行机构电子器件模块在器壁上的直接固定例如是执行机构电子器件模块的壳体或执行机构电子器件模块的印制电路板的直接的拧接,间接的固定例如是通过支架的固定。
在按本发明的混合动力模块中,执行机构电子器件模块借助具有至少一个带径向延伸的区域的接片的支架被固定在混合动力模块上,其中,接片在其一个端部区域上与混合动力模块固定以及用其另一个端部区域优选间接地,特别优选直接地与执行机构电子器件模块连接。在另一个按本发明的方法中,执行机构电子器件模块借助相应的支架被固定在混合动力模块上。
执行机构电子器件模块由此可以通过支架的相应构造而与在装入情况下(例如在特定的车型中)存在的结构空间相匹配。执行机构电子器件模块优选借助支架布置于沿径向在定子的或可能在定子中存在的冷却通道的圆周之外的位置上,特别优选沿径向在变速器壳体的外直径或外轮廓之外,混合动力模块应当被导入到变速器壳体中。
优选地,支架用于将执行机构电子器件模块固定到并且优选插塞到变速器壳体的外侧上。支架优选在沿径向的器壁上和/或在电机的定子或冷却通道上具有支架的立足点。执行机构电子器件模块优选借助螺钉被拧接在支架上,例如支架的装配板(如承载金属板)上。一个或多个螺纹优选被直接集成在金属板中或存在一个或多个经压入的冲压螺母。支架优选由带有经预装配的执行机构电子器件模块的金属板组成,执行机构电子器件模块通过两个螺钉与混合动力模块的固定不动的部分拧接。支架优选用两个另外的螺钉在混合动力模块插入之后被紧固在变速器壳体上。作为金属板的备选方案,支架优选被设计成铝压铸件。支架尤为优选与沿径向延伸的器壁一体式构造,例如构造成铸件。
接片优选是一体式(金属板)构件,但也可以考虑接片由多个单件组装而成。
接片的沿径向延伸的区域优选是如下的区域,其在径向在外的点和径向在内的点之间延伸且其径向的伸展长度大于轴向的伸展长度。沿径向延伸也指的是基本上沿径向延伸,这就是说,例如在极端情况下,在轴线和径向的壳体区域之间的角度大于45°。接片的沿径向延伸的区域优选是在接片的一个端部区域(接片通过或将通过该端部区域与混合动力模块连接)与接片的另一个端部区域(接片通过或将通过该另一个端部区域与执行机构电子器件模块连接)之间的分界线。变速器壳体优选与一个或多个接片的位置相应地具有在变速器壳体的开口棱边上的留空部。开口棱边优选定义了如下的开口,即,混合动力模块被插入到该开口。
支架特别优选具有两个或更多个这样的接片。针对一个接片的情形在本说明书中提到的接片的特性,优选也适用于第二个接片或其它接片。
接片在一个端部区域上例如借助拧接与混合动力模块固定。该一个端部区域为此例如具有例如形式为钻孔的固定设施。接片优选在钻孔的区域内被弯折。接片在该一个端部区域上则直接与沿径向延伸的器壁连接。该一个端部区域优选是接片的径向在内的器壁。
接片在其另一个端部区域上例如通过装配板与执行机构电子器件模块固定,例如拧接,接片在其另一个端部区域上过渡到装配板中。该另一个端部区域优选是接片的径向在外的端部区域。
在另一个按本发明的混合动力模块中,该另一个端部区域或支架的紧接在该另一个端部区域上的区域或执行机构电子器件模块具有一个固定设施,优选多个固定设施,以固定到变速器壳体上。在另一个按本发明的方法中,在将混合动力模块引入到变速器壳体后,该另一个端部区域或支架的紧接在该另一个端部区域上的区域或执行机构电子器件模块优选直接地固定到变速器壳体上。
由此可以将支架的此外自由悬挂的端部与已装配的执行机构电子器件模块一起在插入式模块被装配到变速器壳体中之后紧固在变速器壳体上。固定设施例如是钻孔、螺纹、带钻孔的(弯折的)接片。
在另一个按本发明的混合动力模块中,接片在该一个端部区域上具有沿轴向延伸的区域,其过渡到沿径向延伸的区域中。
由此可以消除在混合动力模块的已装入状态下支架在混合动力模块上的安装点和变速器壳体的开口棱边之间存在的沿轴向延伸的区域。接片优选通过接片的弯折从沿轴向的区域过渡到沿径向的区域中。
轴向延伸的区域优选是如下的区域,其在两个轴向彼此相间隔的点之间延伸且它的径向伸展长度小于轴向伸展长度。轴向的延伸也指的是基本上沿轴向的延伸,也就是说,例如在极端情况下,在轴线和径向的壳体区域之间的角度小于45°。
在另一个按本发明的混合动力模块中,支架沿径向在混合动力模块的外圆周外具有沿轴向延伸的区域,沿径向延伸的区域过渡到该沿轴向延伸的区域中。
由此使执行机构电子器件模块的轴向的定位能够与在变速器壳体外的结构空间情况相匹配。轴向延伸的区域又优选是如下的区域,其在两个沿轴向彼此相间隔的点之间延伸且其径向伸展长度小于轴向伸展长度。轴向的延伸也指的是基本上轴向的延伸,也就是说,例如在极端情况下,在轴线和径向的壳体区域之间的角度小于45°。
支架优选在变速器壳体的外圆周外部具有沿轴向延伸的区域。沿轴向延伸的区域例如由接片形成,接片从其沿径向延伸的区域起例如通过弯折过渡到沿轴向延伸的区域中,或由联接在一个(或多个)接片上的装配板(例如承载金属板)或由执行机构电子器件模块的可以被视作是支架的一部分的区域形成。
沿轴向延伸的区域优选在混合动力模块的外圆周之外沿着轴向以与沿轴向延伸的区域大致相同的轴向高度布置在被固定在混合动力模块上的一个端部区域上。支架优选总体上大致为U形,例如借助相应地两次弯折的接片。
在另一个按本发明的混合动力模块中,接片具有索环,索环优选被布置在接片的沿径向延伸的区域中。在另一个按本发明的方法中,索环被相应地布置。
由此能够在变速器开口棱边上实现支架引导部的一种在没有重大附加费用的最终装配时产生的、经预安装的密封。接片优选被索环包围。索环在此具有密封功能,以便保护混合动力模块的内室不受污物影响。线缆优选被导引穿过索环中的钻孔以及因此被保护不受机械影响(例如擦伤)。索环因此额外具有这样的任务,即,将线缆从混合动力模块导引到终端的在外的部分并保护线缆不受机械的影响。每一个接片优选具有索环。索环优选借助侧凹部或突缘固定在接片上。
在另一个按本发明的混合动力模块中,至少一条线缆沿接片从混合动力模块朝着执行机构电子器件模块铺设。在另一个按本发明的方法中,至少一根线缆被相应地铺设。
由此取消了最终装配时的缆线铺设费用。沿接片的铺设此外还具有这样的优势,即,线缆在运输期间得到保护以及然后在插入式模块装配到变速器壳体中时自动通过接片从变速器壳体向外伸出,并且还已经与执行机构电子器件模块连接。线缆优选沿接片的在一个端部区域上(在那里接片与混合动力模块连接)存在的沿轴向延伸的区域在径向上被铺设在接片外。线缆由此被接片保护不受转动的减振器的影响。线缆优选沿支架的外部的轴向区域在径向铺设在支架内部,因此通过可能紧密布置在变速器壳体旁的其它车辆部分来保护线缆不受损伤。
优选这样铺设多根线缆。
在另一个按本发明的混合动力模块中,至少一个插塞装置部件优选间接地,特别优选直接地固定在支架的另一个端部区域上或与该端部区域相连的区域上或执行机构电子器件模块上。在另一个按本发明的方法中,至少一个插塞装置部件被相应地固定。
由此实现了在装配到变速器壳体后混合动力模块的快速联接。此外由此避免了缠绕的线缆或插头,它们在运输时可能受损。
插塞装置部件例如是插头或插座。用于转子传感装置的插座例如被固定在联接在一个或若干接片上的装配板上且一个或多个插座被集成在执行机构电子器件模块的壳体中。插塞装置部件特别优选至少部分地上下叠置,因此可以节省径向的结构空间。它们在此优选被这样布置,使得它们具有共同的插塞方向。作为备选,插塞装置部件布置在支架的两个不同的部位上,因而它们具有相反的插塞方向,由此同样给定了在径向上很小的结构形式。

具体实施方式
图1示出了按本发明的混合动力模块1。混合动力模块具有带离合器执行机构21的离合器20、电机40、内燃机侧2和变速器侧3。混合动力模块作为用于插入变速器壳体10的经预装配的插入式模块地构造且执行机构电子器件模块30已经被预装配到混合动力模块1上。电机40在此由转子42和定子41构成,离合器20集成在转子中。
为了装配混合动力模块1,这个混合动力模块作为插入式模块被预装配,其中,执行机构电子器件模块30已经被预装配到混合动力模块1上。
由此确保了本文开头提到的在最终装配时的方便性以及使运输时的安全性提高。
此外,在该示例中还示出了执行机构电子器件模块30在混合动力模块上的直接的固定。执行机构电子器件模块被固定在内燃机侧的沿径向延伸的器壁4上,器壁在内燃机侧沿轴向处在电机40旁边。
图2a-2c示出了例如出自图1的按本发明的混合动力模块1的支架50,其中,图2a示出了在未被装配的状态下的支架50,图2b示出了在与混合动力模块1预装配的状态下的支架50以及图2c示出了在装配到变速器壳体10中的状态下的支架50。执行机构电子器件模块30借助支架50被固定在混合动力模块1上,支架具有两个接片51、52,接片带有各一个沿径向延伸的区域51.3、52.3。接片51、52在它们的一个端部区域51.1、52.1中与混合动力模块1固定以及在它们的另一个端部区域51.2、52.2中通过装配板与执行机构电子器件模块30连接。装配板具有作为用于固定到变速器壳体10上的固定设施56的钻孔。接片51、52分别在该一个端部区域51.1、52.1上具有沿轴向延伸的区域51.4、52.4,其过渡到分别沿径向延伸的区域51.3、52.3中。支架50沿径向在混合动力模块1的外圆周外具有沿轴向延伸的区域50.5,各个沿径向延伸的区域51.3、52.3过渡到该沿轴向延伸的区域中且该沿轴向延伸的区域由装配板形成。接片51、52具有各一个索环53、54,索环被布置在接片51、52的沿径向延伸的区域51.3、52.3中。传感装置插座55、55′、55″作为插塞装置部件被固定在装配板上。
支架50用两个接片51、52与内置的混合动力模块1拧接且由金属板构成。通过两个接片51、52优选将线缆向外导引。在装配板上不仅固定有执行机构电子器件模块30而且固定有用于电机40的传感装置插座55,装配板在最终装配状态下处在变速器壳之外且形成了支架50的沿轴向延伸的区域50.5。两个部件都处在一个能为了最终装配而触及到的区域中。
图2b示出了支架50在混合动力模块1上的位置。支架通过两个接片51、52与混合动力模块1的固定不动的部分拧接。金属板在混合动力模块1上的定位优选通过销钉实施。离合器执行机构21和电机40的传感装置(例如用于温度传感器-NTC和/或旋转变压器)的线缆在一个或两个接片51、52上被导向执行机构电子器件模块30。
两个接片51、52被索环53、54包封。各个索环53、54在此具有密封功能,以便保护混合动力模块1的内室不受污物影响。另一方面优选所有的线缆都被导引穿过在一个或两个索环53、54中的钻孔以及因此被保护不受机械的影响(擦伤)。索环可以借助侧凹部或突缘固定在金属板上。
混合动力模块1如在图2b中示出那样交付。因此无论是执行机构电子器件模块30还是传感装置插座55都已经被固定在它们的最终位置中且所有的线缆都被朝着混合动力模块1铺设。
图2c示出了混合动力模块1的插入到变速器壳体10中的状态。在最终装配中,从最终装配人员来说,在混合动力模块1插入到变速器壳体后仅需要将车辆侧的线缆束的插头插到执行机构电子器件模块30上以及传感装置插座55上。
在混合动力模块1插入变速器壳体10后,为了最终紧固,将支架50用两个螺钉固定在变速器壳体10的外侧上。
支架50此外还保护执行机构电子器件模块30和传感装置插座55不受环境影响,如喷水和污物。
图3a-3c示出了与出自图2a-2c的支架类似的在装配到变速器壳体10的状态下的支架50,但该支架带有仅一个接片51,其中,图3a示出了从内燃机侧2倾斜观察的支架50的立体视图,图3b示出了支架50的在图3a中的左侧的侧视图以及图3c示出了支架50的在图3a中的右侧的视图。
在这个变型方案中,支架50用惟一一个接片51从变速器壳体10导出。在此,所有的线缆60被铺设在接片51下方且通过这个接片被保护不受直接与这些线缆位置相邻地安装的转动的减振器的影响。由金属板制成的支架50在此通过两个螺钉被拧接到电机40的冷却通道43上,其中,支架为此具有在混合动力模块侧的端部区域51.1中的相应的钻孔作为固定设施56″、56″′,端部区域此外还具有弯折部。
执行机构电子器件模块30和传感装置插座55在变速器壳体10的外侧上被上下相叠地安放,因而执行机构电子器件模块30的和传感装置插头44的传感装置插座55′和55″叠置。由此减小了空间需求以及车辆侧的对应插头可以从同一侧被插塞。支架的也可以被视作接片51的沿轴向延伸的加宽的区域51.5的沿轴向延伸的区域50.5具有用于安装到变速器壳体10上的固定设施56、56′,它们分别由带钻孔的两次弯折的金属板件形成。
通过在图1至3c中示出的与混合动力模块固定的执行机构电子器件模块30,可以在预装配“插入式模块”时铺设所有的低压接头和传感装置接头。由此在分配、运输以及之后最终装配人员的最终装配时获得优势。
本发明规定,执行机构电子器件模块优选通过至少一个接片与混合动力模块连接。接片在此被恰当地设计,因而线缆可以在其上沿着其安全地导引。接片可以与其上固定着电子器件的底板或装配板连接或过渡到这种底板或装配板中。执行机构电子器件模块的两件式构造和底部/接片组合(终端)是优选的。这样来选择至少一个接片(例如两个接片)的尺寸大小,使得底板和已安装的执行机构电子器件模块具有与混合动力模块的优选径向的间距,因而这个混合动力模块可以被插入到变速器壳体的壳中且功率电子器件在变速器壳体外部优选用执行机构电子器件模块和混合动力模块之间的壳体部分提供。执行机构电子器件模块或底板优选与变速器壳体连接。

Claims (11)

1.一种混合动力模块(1),其具有:带离合器执行机构(21)的离合器(20)、电机(40)、内燃机侧(2)和变速器侧(3),
其中,混合动力模块(1)被构造成用于插入变速器壳体(10)的经预装配的插入式模块,且执行机构电子器件模块(30)已经被预装配到混合动力模块(1)上,
其特征在于,执行机构电子器件模块(30)借助支架(50)预装配在混合动力模块(1)上,从而执行机构电子器件模块在径向上与混合动力模块(1)以间距间隔开,所述间距按如下方式设定大小,使得在已装入状态下,混合动力模块(1)布置在变速器壳体(10)之内而执行机构电子器件模块(30)布置在变速器壳体(10)之外,
其中,所述执行机构电子器件模块(30)借助支架(50)被固定在所述混合动力模块(1)上,所述支架具有至少一个接片(51、52),所述接片(51、52)带有沿径向延伸的区域(51.3、52.3),其中,所述接片(51、52)在其一个端部区域(51.1、52.1)上与所述混合动力模块(1)固定并且以其另一个端部区域(51.2、52.2)与所述执行机构电子器件模块(30)连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的混合动力模块(1),其中,所述执行机构电子器件模块(30)固定在内燃机侧的沿径向延伸的器壁(4)上。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块(1),其中,所述另一个端部区域(51.2、52.2)或所述支架(50)的邻接所述另一个端部区域的区域或所述执行机构电子器件模块(30)具有用于固定到所述变速器壳体(10)上的固定设施(56、56′)。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块(1),其中,所述接片(51、52)在所述一个端部区域(51.1、52.1)上具有沿轴向延伸的区域(51.4、52.4),所述沿轴向延伸的区域过渡到所述沿径向延伸的区域(51.3、52.3)中。
5.按权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块(1),其中,所述支架(50)沿径向在所述混合动力模块(1)的外圆周之外具有沿轴向延伸的区域(50.5、51.5),所述沿径向延伸的区域(51.3、52.3)过渡到所述沿轴向延伸的区域中。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块(1),其中,所述接片(51、52)具有索环(53、54)。
7.按权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块(1),其中,至少一根线缆(60)沿所述接片(51、52)从所述混合动力模块(1)至所述执行机构电子器件模块(30)地铺设。
8.按权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块(1),其中,至少一个插塞装置部件固定在所述另一个端部区域(51.2、52.2)或所述支架(50)的邻接所述另一个端部区域的区域上或固定在所述执行机构电子器件模块(30)上。
9.一种用于装配按权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的混合动力模块(1)的方法,其特征在于,执行下列步骤:
-预装配作为插入式模块的混合动力模块(1),其中,将执行机构电子器件模块(30)预装配到混合动力模块(1)上,
-将混合动力模块(1)插入变速器壳体,其中,混合动力模块(1)、变速器壳体(10)和执行机构电子器件模块(30)至少区域性地在轴向和/或径向重叠且至少变速器壳体(10)的区域在径向上处在混合动力模块(1)和执行机构电子器件模块(30)之间。
10.按权利要求9所述的方法,其中,在预装配之前或之后执行对所述机构电子器件模块(30)连同所述混合动力模块(1)的标定和/或功能测试。
11.一种传动系,其包括按权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的混合动力模块(1)并包括变速器壳体(10),其特征在于,
混合动力模块(1)布置在变速器壳体(10)的干的壳体部分中,
变速器壳体(10)的至少一部分沿轴向搭接混合动力模块(1),且
与混合动力模块(1)连接的执行机构电子器件模块(30)在径向上与混合动力模块(1)间隔开,从而变速器壳体(10)的至少一个区域处在执行机构电子器件模块(30)和混合动力模块(1)之间。
