Claims (12)
- クラッチアクチュエータ(21)を有するクラッチ(20)と、
電気機械(40)と、
内燃機関側(2)と、
トランスミッション側(3)と、
を備えるハイブリッドモジュール(1)であって、
前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)は、トランスミッションハウジング(10)内に差し込む前組み立て式の差し込みモジュールとして形成されており、前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)には、アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)が既に前もって組み付けられている、
ハイブリッドモジュール(1)において、
前記アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)は、ホルダ(50)によって前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)に前もって組み付けられており、前記アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)は、半径方向で前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)から間隔を置いて離間しており、前記間隔は、組み込まれた状態で前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)が前記トランスミッションハウジング(10)内に配置され、前記アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)が前記トランスミッションハウジング(10)外に配置されているように寸法設定されていることを特徴とするハイブリッドモジュール(1)。 - 前記アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)は、内燃機関側の、半径方向で延びる壁(4)に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)は、半径方向で延びる領域(51.3,52.3)を有する少なくとも1つのウェブ(51,52)を有するホルダ(50)によって前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)に取り付けられており、前記ウェブ(51,52)は、前記ウェブ(51,52)の一方の端部領域(51.1,52.1)において前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)に取り付けられており、他方の端部領域(51.2,52.2)でもって前記アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)に結合されている、請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記他方の端部領域(51.2,52.2)、又は前記ホルダ(50)の、前記他方の端部領域(51.2,52.2)に接続する領域、又は前記アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)は、前記トランスミッションハウジング(10)への取り付け用の取り付け手段(56,56’)を有する、請求項3に記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記ウェブ(51,52)は、前記一方の端部領域(51.1,52.1)に、軸方向で延びる領域(51.4,52.4)を有し、当該軸方向で延びる領域(51.4,52.4)は、前記半径方向で延びる領域(51.3,52.3)に移行する、請求項3又は4に記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記ホルダ(50)は、前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)の外周部の半径方向外側に、軸方向で延びる領域(50.5,51.5)を有し、当該軸方向で延びる領域(50.5,51.5)に、前記半径方向で延びる領域(51.3,52.3)が移行する、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記ウェブ(51,52)は、グロメット(53,54)を有する、請求項3から6までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記ウェブ(51,52)に沿って前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)から前記アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)へ、少なくとも1つのケーブル(60)が敷設されている、請求項3から7までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記他方の端部領域(51.2,52.2)、又は前記ホルダ(50)の、前記他方の端部領域(51.2,52.2)に接続する領域、又は前記アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)に、少なくとも1つの差し込み装置構成要素(55,55’,55’’)が取り付けられている、請求項3から8までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- ハイブリッドモジュール(1)を組み立てる方法であって、
前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)を差し込みモジュールとして前組み立てする工程であって、前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)にアクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)を前もって組み付ける工程と、
前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)をトランスミッションハウジング内に差し込む工程であって、前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)、前記トランスミッションハウジング(10)及び前記アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)が、少なくとも部分的に軸方向及び/又は半径方向でオーバラップし、前記トランスミッションハウジング(10)の少なくとも一部領域が、半径方向でハイブリッドモジュール(1)とアクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)との間に位置するようにする工程と、
を実施することを特徴とする、ハイブリッドモジュール(1)を組み立てる方法。 - 前記前組み立て前又は前記前組み立て後、前記アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)の較正及び/又は機能試験を前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)とともに実施する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)と、
トランスミッションハウジング(10)と、
を備えるパワートレーンであって、
前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)は、前記トランスミッションハウジング(10)の乾いたハウジング部分内に配置されており、前記トランスミッションハウジング(10)の少なくとも一部は、前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)の少なくとも大部分に軸方向で覆い被さり、前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)に結合されているアクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)は、半径方向で前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)から離間しており、前記トランスミッションハウジング(10)の少なくとも一部領域は、前記アクチュエータ電子システムモジュール(30)と前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)との間に位置することを特徴とするパワートレーン。
