Definitions
- the present invention relates to a water vapor barrier resin, and a water vapor barrier coating agent, a water vapor barrier film, and a water vapor barrier laminate using the same.
- a metal foil is generally used as a gas barrier layer in order to impart a barrier property to gas such as water vapor.
- a gas barrier film having a deposited layer formed by depositing an inorganic oxide such as silicon oxide or aluminum oxide on a substrate film has attracted attention.
- the base film for example, a biaxially stretched polyester film having excellent translucency and rigidity is used.
- the deposited layer tends to be weak against friction during use. Therefore, when developing for various uses, there is a case where minute cracks are formed in the vapor deposition layer due to rubbing or elongation at the time of lamination, printing, laminating, filling of contents, etc., and the gas barrier property may be lowered.
- Patent Documents 1 to 4 disclose techniques for laminating a coating layer on a vapor deposition layer in order to protect the vapor deposition layer.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a gas barrier film in which a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer is laminated on a metal or metal oxide film formed on the surface of a base film (Claim 1).
- Patent Document 2 a coating layer containing a water-soluble polymer and an alkoxide, a hydrolyzate thereof, or tin chloride is applied on a base film, with a vapor deposition layer made of an inorganic compound as a first layer, and heated.

Patent Document 3 also discloses a gas barrier film in which a vapor deposition layer of a metal and / or inorganic compound and a coating film formed from the above coating composition are laminated on a base film (claim). 11).
- Patent Document 4 discloses a gas barrier coating composition containing a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin and specific metal alcoholates (Claim 1). Patent Document 4 also discloses a gas barrier film in which a coating film formed from the gas barrier coating composition is laminated on a base film (claim 10).
- Patent Document 5 includes (1) a step of forming a film-like product of a composition comprising poly (meth) acrylic acid and a polyalcohol polymer as main components, and (2) a step of heat-treating the film-like product. And (3) a method for producing a gas barrier film comprising a step of immersing the heat-treated film-like material in a medium containing a metal (claim 15).
- Patent Document 6 discloses a gas barrier film made of a polymer of an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound polyvalent metal salt containing a modified vinyl alcohol polymer (Claim 1).
- JP-A-6-316025 Japanese Patent No. 2790054 JP 2000-63752 A JP 2002-173631 A JP-A-10-237180 JP 2007-092052 A
- the coating films containing alkoxides and the like described in Patent Documents 1 to 4 are inferior in toughness, and the film may be broken depending on the use situation, and the gas barrier property of the gas barrier film may be lowered.
- gas barrier films using water-soluble polymers or highly polar polymers (polyalcohol polymers, acrylic resins, etc.) described in Patent Documents 1 to 6 exhibit high water vapor barrier properties because the polymers are hydrophilic. I can't. *

アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、オレイン酸、リノール酸、リノレン酸、アラキドン酸、ドコサヘキサエン酸、エイコサペンタエン酸、およびフマル酸などの不飽和モノカルボン酸;

エチルアルコール、イソプロピルアルコール、およびn-プロピルアルコール等のアルコール系溶剤;
