L'unité de détection d'aliments collés détermine que des aliments carbonisés (5) se sont collés sur le fond de la casserole si la tension de sortie mentionnée ci-dessus augmente à un taux inférieur ou égal à un taux d'accroissement donné, d'une première tension de sortie à au moins une deuxième tension de sortie supérieure à la première tension de sortie.
