本発明の実施形態に係る振り分け装置1の概略について説明する。
上述したように、本発明の実施形態を通じて本発明の内容を開示したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、本発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施の形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなる。
Claims (8)
- 複数の不織布が重ねられたシート状のワークを、第1搬送路から第2搬送路又は第3搬送路に振り分ける振り分け装置であって、
前記ワークの一方の面と当接し、前記ワークを保持しつつ前記第1搬送路から前記第2搬送路に搬送するワーク保持面を有するコンベヤー機構と、
前記コンベヤー機構によって前記第1搬送路から搬送されてきた前記ワークを前記第3搬送路に乗り換えさせる乗り換え機構と
を備え、
前記第3搬送路は、前記第1搬送路と前記第2搬送路との間から分岐し、
前記コンベヤー機構は、前記第1搬送路から前記第2搬送路に渡って連続して設けられ、
前記乗り換え機構は、前記コンベヤー機構によって保持しつつ搬送されている前記ワークを前記ワーク保持面から前記第3搬送路に向けて押し出すことによって、前記ワークを前記第3搬送路に乗り換えさせる振り分け装置。 - 前記乗り換え機構は、前記ワークの搬送方向に対する直交方向において、前記ワークを保持するワーク保持部よりも中央寄りに設けられる請求項1に記載の振り分け装置。
- 前記乗り換え機構は、
前記ワーク保持面から前記第3搬送路に向けて突出可能なガイド部材と、
前記ガイド部材の上流側端部を回動可能に支持し、前記ガイド部材を回動させる回動支持部と
を含む請求項1又は2に記載の振り分け装置。 - 前記ワークを前記第3搬送路において搬送する副コンベヤー機構を備え、
少なくとも前記ガイド部材の一部は、前記副コンベヤー機構の前記ワークとの当接面と対向するように設けられる請求項3に記載の振り分け装置。 - 前記乗り換え機構は、前記ワーク保持面から前記第3搬送路に向けて送風する送風部を含む請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の振り分け装置。
- 前記コンベヤー機構は、前記ワーク保持面を介して空気を吸引する請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の振り分け装置。
- 前記副コンベヤー機構は、前記ワークとの当接面を介して空気を吸引する請求項4乃至6の何れか一項に記載の振り分け装置。
- 前記乗り換え機構は、前記ワークの搬送方向下流側に位置する下流側端部が少なくとも前記ワーク保持面又は前記副コンベヤー機構の前記ワークとの当接面の何れか一方に当接した状態で、前記ワークを前記第3搬送路に乗り換えさせる請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の振り分け装置。
