- the end 12B1 on the downstream side in the machine direction MD of the second sheet continuous body 12B While being slid on the outer peripheral surface, the suction mechanism 141 attracts the outer peripheral surface of the transfer roll 140. That is, the transfer roll 140 receives the end portion 12B1 of the second sheet continuous body 12B before the second sheet continuous body 12B is cut.
- the cutting and transferring apparatus 100 uses a blade 121 that rotates with the rotation of the blade roll 120 with respect to the fixed receiving blade 130, and thus a second sheet continuous body 12 ⁇ / b> B.
- the second sheet 2B is formed by sandwiching the second sheet continuous body 12B with the receiving blade 130 so as to cross the sheet (so-called cutting).
- the pressing portion 122 is in contact with the receiving blade 130 before the blade 121 and the receiving blade 130 come into contact until the second sheet continuous body 12B is cut and the blade 121 comes out of the receiving blade 130. Continue to hold the end 12B1 of the continuum 12B.

- the upstream end 2 ⁇ / b> B ⁇ b> 1 in the machine direction MD is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the transfer roll 140.
- the pressing unit 122 presses the end 2B1 of the second sheet 2B against the outer peripheral surface of the transfer roll 140.
- the cutting and transferring apparatus 100 transfers the second sheet 2B to the top sheet continuous body 12A by the transfer roll 140.
- the transfer roll 140 releases the suction of the second sheet 2B along the outer peripheral surface of the transfer roll 140 by the suction mechanism 141 in a state where the second sheet 2B is disposed on the top sheet continuous body 12A (for example, air is discharged).
- the second sheet 2B is transferred to the top sheet continuous body 12A.
- the blade 121 that rotates with the rotation of the blade roll 120 with respect to the fixed receiving blade 130 moves the second sheet between the receiving blade 130 so as to cross the second sheet continuous body 12B.
- Cutting is performed by sandwiching the continuous body 12B (so-called cutting). According to this, even if the thickness of the second sheet 2B is increased, the second sheet 2B can be cut more reliably as compared with the case where the second sheet continuous body 12B is pressed in the machine direction MD (press cutting).
- the transfer roll 140 receives at least the end 12B1 of the second sheet continuous body 12B before the second sheet continuous body 12B is cut. According to this, when the second sheet continuous body 12B is cut, the second sheet continuous body 12B is cut while being pulled. This stabilizes the cutting of the second sheet continuous body 12B and suppresses the roughened cutting surface (tip portion) of the second sheet continuous body 12B.
- the blade roll 120 and the receiving blade 130 cut the second sheet continuous body 12B guided between the blade roll 120 and the receiving blade 130 in a state where the machine direction MD and the vertical direction coincide with each other.
- the end portion 12B1 of the second sheet continuous body is in a state along the vertical direction, the end portion 12B1 of the second sheet continuous body is formed in the space formed between the receiving blade 130 and the transfer roll 140. It can be prevented from entering.
- the end portion 12B1 of the second sheet continuous body is reliably transferred to the transfer roll 140, and it is possible to reliably suppress the occurrence of problems such as wrinkles and wrinkles, that is, wrinkles and breaks. Therefore, the second sheet continuum is not cut in a state where a defect occurs, and is not transferred onto the top sheet continuum 12A in a state where a defect occurs in the second sheet 2B.
- the second sheet 2B used for the absorbent article 1 can be reliably cut without having to slow down the manufacturing speed of the absorbent article 1, and the wrinkles and folds can be reliably cut.
- the second sheet 2 ⁇ / b> B can be transferred without causing problems such as the above, so that manufacturing defects of the absorbent article 1 can be suppressed.
- the guide roll 110 guides the second sheet continuous body between the blade roll 120 and the receiving blade 130 in a state where the machine direction MD and the vertical direction coincide with each other. According to this, since the end portion 12B1 of the second sheet continuous body can be surely aligned in the vertical direction, the end portion of the second sheet continuous body is formed in the gap formed between the receiving blade 130 and the transfer roll 140. It can prevent more reliably that 12B1 enters.
- the distance L2 between the contact point P1 of the blade 121 and the contact point P2 of the transfer roll 140 in the blade roll 120 is the length L1 along the machine direction MD of the second sheet 2B. It is as follows. If the distance L2 is longer than the length L1, the transfer roll 140 cannot receive the end portion 12B1 of the second sheet continuous body, and defects such as wrinkles and breakage occur at the end 12B1 of the second sheet continuous body. There is a possibility.
- the pressing portion 122 is disposed on the second sheet with respect to the receiving blade 130 before the blade 121 and the receiving blade 130 come into contact until the second sheet continuous body 12 ⁇ / b> B is cut and the blade 121 is removed from the receiving blade 130.
- the end 12B1 of the continuous body 12B is kept pressed. According to this, when the peripheral speed V4 of the blade roll 120 is set to be faster than the conveyance speed V3 of the second sheet continuous body 12B, the second sheet continuous body before the blade 121 and the receiving blade 130 come into contact with each other.
- the end 12B1 of 12B can be positioned, and the wrinkles generated in the second sheet continuous body 12B can be extended.
- the end 12B1 of the second-sheet continuous body 12B is stably disposed with respect to the receiving blade 130, and the cutting of the second-sheet continuous body 12B is more reliably stabilized.
- the pressing unit 122 can also press the end 2B1 of the second sheet 2B against the outer peripheral surface of the transfer roll 140 at the moment when the second sheet continuous body 12B is cut and the blade 121 is removed from the receiving blade 130. According to this, the end 2B1 of the second sheet 2B before being attracted to the outer peripheral surface of the transfer roll 140 is adsorbed to the outer peripheral surface of the transfer roll 140 before it hangs down due to gravity. For this reason, it can suppress reliably that malfunctions, such as a wrinkle and a crease
- the pressing portion 122 is formed of a plate-like member made of an elastic material, and contacts the receiving blade 130 with the second sheet continuous body 12B interposed therebetween. According to this, since the pressing portion 122 is deformed even if it contacts the receiving blade 130 while rotating with the rotation of the blade roll 120, the receiving blade 130 does not hinder the rotation of the blade roll 120.
- the end 12B1 of the second sheet continuous body 12B can be pressed, and the end 2B1 of the second sheet 2B can also be pressed toward the outer peripheral surface of the transfer roll 140.
- the blade roll 120 is configured by a variable speed roll.
- VA the peripheral speed from the contact with the second sheet continuous body 12B to the second sheet continuous body 12B
- VA> VB is satisfied. According to this, since the blade roll 120 can be rotated at an appropriate speed in accordance with the thickness and material of the second sheet continuous body 12B, the accuracy of cutting the second sheet continuous body 12B is improved.
- each of the first guide roll 111 and the second guide roll 112 rotates along the machine direction MD around the shaft core 111A or the shaft core 112A and guides between the blade roll 120 and the receiving blade 130.
- the second sheet continuous body 12 ⁇ / b> B can be reliably guided between the blade roll 120 and the receiving blade 130 in a state where the machine direction MD and the vertical direction coincide with each other.
- the cutting and receiving of the second-sheet continuous body 12B are stable, and it is possible to more reliably suppress the occurrence of defects such as wrinkles and breakage in the second-sheet continuous body 12B.
- the blade roll 120 and the transfer roll 140 are arranged so that their tangent lines coincide with the machine direction MD. According to this, the blade roll 120 can cut
- FIG. 5 is a side view (viewed in the roll axis direction) showing the cutting and transferring apparatus 100A according to the modified example.
- the same parts as those in the cutting and transferring apparatus 100 according to the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and different parts will be mainly described.
- the transfer roll 140 directly receives the downstream end 12B1 in the machine direction of the second sheet continuous body 12B before the second sheet continuous body 12B is cut.
- the transfer roll 140 receives the end portion 12 ⁇ / b> B ⁇ b> 1 of the second sheet continuous body 12 ⁇ / b> B via the belt conveyor 160.
- the belt conveyor 160 includes a plurality of rollers (for example, a roller 161 and a driving roller (not shown)), an endless conveyor belt 162, and a suction mechanism 163 having the same function as the suction mechanism 141.
- the sheet is similar to the operation and effect described in the embodiment.
- the manufacturing defect of the absorbent article 1 due to defects such as wrinkles and breaks occurring in the case can be suppressed.
- the embodiment of the present invention can be modified as follows.
- the absorbent article 1 has been described as being a disposable pants-type diaper, but is not limited thereto, and may be, for example, an open-type diaper or a napkin.
- the absorbent article 1 is not limited to the structure demonstrated by embodiment, Of course, it can set suitably according to the objective.
- cutting transfer apparatus 100 was demonstrated as what was used by 2nd sheet transfer process S10, it is not limited to this, You may be used by waterproof sheet transfer process S30, Other absorbent articles 1 Of course, it may be used in the manufacturing process.
- the configurations and shapes of the guide roll 110, the blade roll 120, the receiving blade 130, and the transfer roll 140 are not necessarily limited to those described in the embodiment, and can be appropriately set according to the purpose.
- the transfer mechanism does not necessarily need to be the transfer roll 140.
- a transfer belt conveyor that can receive the second sheet 2B and can transfer to the continuous body 12A of the top sheet. Good.
- the guide roll 110 does not necessarily have to be a guide roll, and even if the configuration is other than the roll (for example, a belt conveyor), the blade roll 120 and the receiving roll 120 are received in a state where the machine direction MD and the vertical direction coincide with each other. What is necessary is just to be able to guide the continuous body 12 ⁇ / b> B of the second sheet between the blade 130.
- the pressing portion 122 is not necessarily formed by an elastic material, and may be any configuration as long as the end portion 2B1 of the second sheet 2B can be pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the transfer roll 140. Further, the blade roll 120 does not necessarily have the pressing portion 122 and may not have the pressing portion 122.
- the sheet can be reliably cut, and the sheet can be removed without causing defects such as wrinkles and folding. It is possible to provide a cutting and transferring apparatus and a cutting and transferring method capable of transferring.
