Abstract

본 발명은 라만 활성분자가 나노입자 이합체의 접합부에 위치한 구조의 나노입자 이합체에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 표면에 올리고뉴클레오티드로 결합된 금 또는 은 코어(core) 및 상기 코어를 둘러싼 금 또는 은 쉘(shell)로 이루어진 코어-쉘 나노 입자로 이루어진 나노입자 이합체에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 코어-쉘 나노입자 이합체와 이의 제조방법, 및 용도에 관한 것이다.
