Abstract
Description
また患者には、採血受付時に受付番号等のバーコードが印刷された採血受付票が発行されている。採血作業に際しては、これらのラベルや受付票の内容をバーコードリーダ等の光学的機器により読み取って患者及び採血管の取り間違いが起こらないようにしている。
試験管は、試験管保持部材の終端側において、その係合が解かれ、往き側の送りベルトの上端面に片持支持された状態となり、係合が開放された試験管保持部材の方向へキャップ(頭部)側が傾斜してやがて落下する。そして、排出される。
この問題は摩擦係数が大きいゴムキャップ採血管においては顕著であり、全く搬送できないという問題があった。
また本発明は、医師からの採血指示に応じて種類の異なる採血管を前記ストッカーから選択し、患者IDや前記採血指示内容等の採血情報を印字したラベルを貼り付け、ラベル貼付後の採血管を患者別に受皿へ収容することのできる小型且つ簡単な構造で移動性に優れた採血管準備装置を提供せんとするものである。
またこれらの傾斜支持板と側面支持板とが配設されているサイドとは、反対側の採血管の外周側面には、エンドレス状の送りベルトが当接している。送りベルトは、その種類は問わないが、平ベルトよりも採血管への駆動力の伝達に優れた丸ベルトを上下方向に複数段設けるようにした方がよい。
採血管は、その上下方向においては、採血管キャップの一方側の下端面のエッジ部が傾斜支持板に点接触で係合して支持されている。また水平方向においては、前記傾斜支持板が配置された側では、折り曲げた側面支持板の先端エッジ部が採血管の外周側面に点接触で接触している。一方、前記傾斜支持板が配置されている側とは反対側では、送りベルトがある程度の付勢力をもって採血管本体の外周側面に当接している。
採血管は、傾斜支持板及び側面支持板の終端側において、その係合が解かれ、落下する。そして、排出される。
前述した通り、第一及び第二のストッパーの進退動作を制御することにより、先頭の採血管を一本ずつ切り出して排出することが可能である。
このような採血管用のストッカーを用いた採血管準備装置であれば、多種類の採血管を取り扱うことができるように構成した場合であっても、その大きさは極めて小さく、全体の軽量小型化という点に関して優れた特徴を有している。
そのため、オペレータは何ら外部付加装置を接続することなく設定状態の確認を確実に行うことができると共に、設定変更が行えるという利点もある。

この設定状態表示部38は、採血管準備装置の各部の設定状態を表示したり、設定変更の案内表示を行うためのものである。この設定状態表示部38は、例えば採血管準備装置自体の操作ボタンと連動して設定状態を表示し、設定を変更するようになっており、操作ボタンの例としてはリスタートボタン、フィードボタン、F1~F3のファンクションキーボタン等がある。表示される設定状態としては、アイドリング中、初期通信コマンド待ち、印刷コマンド受信済み、メンテナンスモード中、カバーオープン、ラベル切れ検出、ヘッドオープン検出、台紙押し付けローラオープン検出、用紙送りモータエラー、押し込みモータエラー、位置決めモータエラー、幅寄せモータエラー、在管チェックエラー、ストッカ空、ストッパーエラー、コンベア搬送タイムアウト、コンベア詰まり検出、採血管落とし込みエラー等がある。
送りベルト2は、図7の縦断面図に示すように、往き側の送りベルト2Aが採血管ストッカー1の筺体1A内に配置されており、戻り側の送りベルト2Bは筺体1Aの外側に配置されている。他方、筺体1A内にあって、往き側送りベルト2Aと対向する位置には傾斜支持板3と、側面支持板11とが配設されている。この実施の形態では、傾斜支持板3と側面支持板11とは一枚の鋼板を板金により折り曲げて形成している。
これにより、採血管の中心線Qは垂線Pに対して角度Rだけ傾斜するようになる。このように設定することにより、採血管4と往き側送りベルト2Aとの接触位置の調整を無調整にすることが可能である。すなわち、採血管4を往き側送りベルト2Aと側面支持板11との間に、若干斜めに挿入するだけで、往き側送りベルト2Aを採血管4の外周側面にある程度の押圧力をもって当接させることが可能であり、両者間の間隔調整が不要となる。
採血管4は、チューブ状の採血管本体4Aとキャップ10とからなり、キャップ10の下端面は採血管本体4Aの外径寸法よりも大きい外径寸法を有している。図7及び図8に示すように、この採血管4は、往き側の送りベルト2Aと側面支持板11とにより、水平方向での支持がなされ、傾斜支持板3により上下方向の支持がなされている。しかも、傾斜支持板3と側面支持板11とが採血管4を支持しているのは、いずれも点接触方式であり、この接触部における各部材間の摩擦抵抗は非常に小さいものである。
そのため、往き側送りベルト2Aから採血管本体4Aに駆動力が伝達されると、採血管4は自転しながら点接触状態で傾斜支持板3と側面支持板11上を滑りながら移動し、搬送されるようになる。このように、搬送ベルト2との駆動伝達部分を除いて、採血管4を支持する部分を点接触方式にすることで、その摩擦抵抗を著しく少なくすることができ、僅かな搬送力でもって採血管4の搬送が可能である。これにより、従来では成し得なかったゴムキャップ管であっても搬送が可能となった。
動作開始前の状態にあって、採血管準備装置の第一のストッパー5の棒状突起5Aは、先頭の採血管4のキャップ10の前面側に当接してその前進移動を拘束している。また第二のストッパー6の棒状突起6Aは、先頭と二番目に位置する採血管4,4のキャップ10,10どうしの間に形成される隙間31に入り込み、第二番目の採血管4の前進移動を拘束している。
なお、この停止位置では、図示しない採血管4の方向検知センサーが採血管4のキャップ10を検知するようにしている。キャップが検出された場合は、キャップが先頭になって搬送されたということであり、逆向きであるので音声や発光素子の点滅信号などにより警報を発し、作業者に知らせるようになっている。この場合、作業者は採血管4を取り出し、向きを変えて作業を続行するようにすればよい。

- 両端側に配設されたプーリー間に懸架され、水平方向に回転駆動するエンドレス状の送りベルトを、採血管の外周側面に当接させて採血管に送りを与えると共に、前記送りベルトの往復するベルトどうしの間にあって且つ送りベルトの上端よりも上方に位置し、送りベルトとは反対側の採血管の外周側面を側面支持板の端面一部等において点接触により支持し、また送りベルトとは反対側の採血管キャップの下端面エッジを傾斜支持板により点接触させて採血管を吊下げ支持し、採血管を吊下げ支持する傾斜支持板の終端側を通過した位置において採血管が自重により落下排出される排出部を設けると共に、傾斜支持板の終端側に、先頭の採血管のキャップ前面に対して進入退出自在な第一のストッパーと先頭から第一番目と第二番目の採血管のキャップどうしの間に形成される隙間に対して上方から進入退出自在な第二のストッパーとを配設し、前記第一のストッパーと第二のストッパーとを同一の軸に枢支された二つのアームの先端側に取り付けると共に、各アームの後端側にはソレノイドを連結したことを特徴とする採血管ストッカー。
- 両端側に配設されたプーリー間に懸架され、水平方向に回転駆動するエンドレス状の送りベルトを、採血管の外周側面に当接させて採血管に送りを与えると共に、前記送りベルトの往復するベルトどうしの間にあって且つ送りベルトの上端よりも上方に位置し、送りベルトとは反対側の採血管の外周側面を側面支持板の端面一部等において点接触により支持し、また送りベルトとは反対側の採血管キャップの下端面エッジを傾斜支持板により点接触させて採血管を吊下げ支持し、採血管を吊下げ支持する傾斜支持板の終端側を通過した位置において採血管が自重により落下排出される排出部を設けると共に、傾斜支持板の終端側に、先頭の採血管のキャップ前面に対して進入退出自在な第一のストッパーと先頭から第一番目と第二番目の採血管のキャップどうしの間に形成される隙間に対して上方から進入退出自在な第二のストッパーとを配設し、前記第一のストッパーと第二のストッパーとを同一の軸に枢支された二つのアームの先端側に取り付けると共に、各アームの後端側にはソレノイドを連結して成り、これらの送りベルト、傾斜支持板、採血管の排出部、第一と第二のストッパー及び二つのアーム並びにソレノイドが、一つの筐体に収納されたモジュール方式であることを特徴とする採血管ストッカー。
- 両端側に配設されたプーリー間に懸架され、水平方向に回転駆動するエンドレス状の送りベルトを、採血管の外周側面に当接させて採血管に送りを与えると共に、前記送りベルトの往復するベルトどうしの間にあって且つ送りベルトの上端よりも上方に位置し、送りベルトとは反対側の採血管の外周側面を側面支持板の端面一部等において点接触により支持し、また送りベルトとは反対側の採血管キャップの下端面エッジを傾斜支持板により点接触させて採血管を吊下げ支持し、採血管を吊下げ支持する傾斜支持板の終端側を通過した位置において採血管が自重により落下排出される排出部を設け、傾斜支持板の終端側に、先頭の採血管のキャップ前面に対して進入退出自在な第一のストッパーと先頭から第一番目と第二番目の採血管のキャップどうしの間に形成される隙間に対して上方から進入退出自在な第二のストッパーとを配設し、前記第一のストッパーと第二のストッパーとを同一の軸に枢支された二つのアームの先端側に取り付けると共に、各アームの後端側にはソレノイドを連結し、前記排出部の下方には採血管の搬送ベルトを配設し、該搬送ベルトの終端側にラベルの印字・貼付手段を設け、該印字・貼付手段の排出部近傍に採血管収納用の受皿載置部を設けたことを特徴とする採血管準備装置。
- 両端側に配設されたプーリー間に懸架され、水平方向に回転駆動するエンドレス状の送りベルトを、採血管の外周側面に当接させて採血管に送りを与えると共に、前記送りベルトの往復するベルトどうしの間にあって且つ送りベルトの上端よりも上方に位置し、送りベルトとは反対側の採血管の外周側面を側面支持板の端面一部等において点接触により支持し、また送りベルトとは反対側の採血管キャップの下端面エッジを傾斜支持板により点接触させて採血管を吊下げ支持し、採血管を吊下げ支持する傾斜支持板の終端側を通過した位置において採血管が自重により落下排出される排出部を設けると共に、傾斜支持板の終端側に、先頭の採血管のキャップ前面に対して進入退出自在な第一のストッパーと先頭から第一番目と第二番目の採血管のキャップどうしの間に形成される隙間に対して上方から進入退出自在な第二のストッパーとを配設し、前記第一のストッパーと第二のストッパーとを同一の軸に枢支された二つのアームの先端側に取り付けると共に、各アームの後端側にはソレノイドを連結して成り、これらの送りベルト、採血管支持部材、採血管の排出部、第一と第二のストッパー及び二つのアーム並びにソレノイドが、一つの筐体であるモジュールに収納されている採血管ストッカーを複数個準備し、当該複数個の採血管ストッカーを複数個の並行して設けられたレーンにモジュール方式で脱着自在に収納し、各採血管ストッカーの排出部の領域におよぶ排出部の下方に搬送ベルトを配設し、該搬送ベルトの終端側にラベルの印字・貼付手段を設け、該印字・貼付手段の排出部近傍に採血管収納用の受皿載置部を設けたことを特徴とする採血管準備装置。
- 搬送ベルトの最も上流側に位置する採血管ストッカーの排出部の近傍には、手作業で採血管を前記搬送ベルト上に挿入できる開口部が形成されている前記請求項3又は4に記載の採血管準備装置。
- 装置本体の外表面には当該採血管準備装置の設定状態の表示及び各操作スイッチに連動して設定変更案内の表示をするための設定状態表示部が設けられている前記請求項3乃至5のいずれか一つに記載の採血管準備装置。
