Description
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
(1)
検体容器の画像を取得する画像取得部と、
前記画像から検出される前記検体容器の種別に基づき、前記検体容器の仕分け処理を行う仕分部と、を備える、検体処理装置。
(2)
複数の前記検体容器を所定の搬送経路に沿って搬送する搬送部と、
前記検体容器の前記画像から前記検体容器の種別を検出し、前記画像から前記検体容器に表示された表示情報を検出し、前記種別と前記表示情報とに基づき、前記仕分部を制御する制御部と、を備える(1)記載の検体処理装置。
(3)
前記制御部は、前記種別と前記表示情報の対応関係に基づき、前記仕分部を制御する、(2)に記載の検体処理装置。
(4)
前記制御部は、
前記検体容器に付されたバーコードから前記表示情報を検出し、
前記表示情報に対応する検査項目と、前記種別に対応する検査項目とが不一致である場合に、当該検体容器を当該検査項目に対応する検査ラインから除外するように、記仕分部を制御する、ことを特徴とする(2)または(3)に記載の検体処理装置。
(5)
前記制御部は、前記画像から前記検体容器内の検体の上端位置情報を検出し、前記上端位置情報、前記表示情報、及び前記種別に基づいて、前記仕分部を制御することを特徴とする(2)乃至(4)のいずれかに記載の検体処理装置。
(6)
前記検体容器は内部に検体を収容可能な筒状に構成されるとともに栓体が装着される開口を有する採血管であり、
前記画像から画像処理により、前記採血管の長さ、幅、径、前記栓体の形状、及び前記栓体の色、のうち少なくともいずれか1以上の外観情報から前記種別を検出することを特徴とする(1)乃至(5)のいずれか記載の検体処理装置。
(7)
検体を収容する検体容器を撮像して前記検体容器の画像を取得し、
前記画像から、前記検体容器の種別を検出し、
前記種別に基づき、前記検体容器の処理を行うことを特徴とする検体処理方法。
(8)
前記画像から、前記検体容器に付された表示情報、及び前記検体容器内の検体の上端位置情報を検出し、
前記表示情報と前記種別の関係と前記上端位置情報とに基づいて、前記検体容器の仕分処理を行うことを特徴とする(7)記載の検体処理方法。
Claims (4)
- 検体容器を所定の搬送経路に沿って立位状態で搬送するコンベヤ式の搬送機構を装置上部に備えるとともに、前記搬送経路の撮像位置の一方側の側方から前記搬送機構上の前記検体容器の画像を取得する撮像部と、前記搬送経路上の前記撮像位置の、他方側の側部に設けられ、回転することで前記検体容器を回転させる回転体を備える回転機構と、を備える画像取得部と、
前記画像取得部の前記搬送経路の下流側に連続して配され、装置上部に設けられ検体容器をホルダに保持して立位状態で搬送するコンベヤ式の搬送機構と、当該搬送機構上の検体容器を移動させる移動装置と、を備える仕分部と、
前記画像取得部の前記搬送機構によって前記搬送経路に前記検体容器が立位状態で保持された状態で、前記回転体を回転させて前記撮像位置にある前記検体容器を回転させながら、前記撮像部により前記撮像位置にある前記検体容器を複数の角度で側方から撮像し、前記検体容器の画像を取得するとともに、前記撮像部で取得した前記検体容器の画像から、画像処理により検出される前記検体容器の外観情報に基づく前記検体容器の種別と、前記検体容器内の検体の上端位置情報と、前記検体容器に表示された表示情報と、を検出し、前記種別と前記上端位置情報と前記表示情報とに基づき、前記移動装置の動作を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記画像取得部及び前記仕分部の前記搬送機構はそれぞれ、前記搬送経路に沿って設けられた一対のガイドレールと、前記搬送経路にわたって配置された搬送ベルトと、を備え、
前記ホルダは、前記一対のガイドレール間に係合して立位状態に支持され、前記搬送ベルトの移動に伴って搬送され、
前記画像取得部と、前記仕分部とは、それぞれ個別の装置として構成されるとともにその前記搬送経路が連続するように配置される検体処理装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記検体容器の全周分の画像を取得する、請求項1に記載の検体処理装置。
- 前記制御部は、
前記検体容器に付されたバーコードから前記表示情報を検出し、
前記表示情報に対応する検査項目と、前記種別に対応する検査項目とが不一致である場合に、当該検体容器を当該検査項目に対応する検査ラインから除外するように、前記移動装置を制御する、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の検体処理装置。 - 前記検体容器は内部に検体を収容可能な筒状に構成されるとともに栓体が装着される開口を有する採血管であり、
前記画像から画像処理により、前記採血管の長さ、幅、径、前記栓体の形状、及び前記栓体の色、のうち少なくともいずれか1以上の外観情報から前記種別を検出することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の検体処理装置。
