また患者には、採血受付時に受付番号等のバーコードが印刷された採血受付票が発行されている。採血作業に際しては、これらのラベルや受付票の内容をバーコードリーダ等の光学的機器により読み取って患者及び採血管の取り間違いが起こらないようにしている。
医師からの採血オーダ情報に基づいて患者の採血に必要な採血管を、対応する採血管ストッカー機構部から取り出し、ラベル印字・貼付手段を用いて患者の採血に関する情報をラベルへ印字し、印字後のラベルを取り出した採血管に貼り付けるようにしている。そして、ラベル貼付後の採血管を排出手段で採血管回収部まで移送し、採血管回収部にて患者毎に受皿へ収容するようにしている。
一方、従来の上記問題点を解決する方法として、特許文献2及び特許文献3に示すような採血管の形状に類似した製品を吊下げ方式で搬送する技術を、ストッカーとして利用することが考えられる。これらの搬送技術は、樹脂ボトル等の口部近傍に設けられる環状の鍔部(リング)を利用し、左右二つの搬送ベルトどうしの間において、搬送ベルトに前記リングを係合支持し得るアタッチメントを取り付け、当該対向する一対のアタッチメント間に樹脂ボトル等のリングを係止して吊下げた状態で搬送するようにしている。
また二つの搬送ベルトを水平方向で回転駆動するように配置すると、左右の搬送ベルトの二つのプーリーの直径を足した寸法と、ベルトの厚み寸法及びアタッチメントの寸法と、搬送する製品の幅寸法とが必須となる。従って、全体としては幅方向の寸法がかなりのものとなり、多種類の採血管を自動的に準備する装置として構成した場合、装置全体の大型化は避けられず、前記特許文献2及び3の技術をそのまま採血管準備装置へ適用することはできないという問題があった。
このような採血管準備装置の大型化の問題は、レイアウト変更などのときには、容易に採血管準備装置を移動させたりすることができず、また特に小規模の病院へ適用するにはスペース的に制限を受けるという問題があった。更に、大型化の問題は、災害時等において、簡易に設置する必要のある場合などにも対処することができない原因の一つとなり、緊急対応が出来ないという欠点があった。
採血管は、採血管保持部材の終端側において、その係合が解かれ、往き側の送りベルトの上端面に片持支持された状態となり、係合が開放された採血管保持部材の方向へキャップ(頭部)側が傾斜してやがて落下する。そして、排出される。
前述した通り、第一及び第二のストッパーの進退動作を制御することにより、先頭の採血管を一本ずつ切り出して排出することが可能である。
またこの採血管ストッカーは、各動作機構部が一つの筐体に収納されたモジュール方式であり、故障したときはモジュール単体を取り外してセンドバック方式などの修理対応が可能であって、遠距離の需要者にとっては非常に便利である。
このような採血管用のストッカーを用いた採血管準備装置であれば、多種類の採血管を取り扱うことができるように構成した場合であっても、その大きさは極めて小さく、全体の軽量小型化という点に関して優れた特徴を有している。
採血管ストッカーを複数列設ければ、複数の種類の採血管を準備することが可能である。その場合であっても、一つの採血管ストッカーの幅は30~40mm程度であり、全体としての最大幅を極端に小さくして小型化を実現することが可能である。
またCPUの入力部から採血管準備装置の起動用スイッチのON,OFF制御を行うことも可能である。この場合は、CPUにおいて、当該CPUと採血管準備装置との電源のON,OFFをCPU側で同時に行うことができ、便利である。
そのため、オペレータは何ら外部付加装置を接続することなく設定状態の確認を確実に行うことができると共に、設定変更が行えるという利点もある。

なお、この停止位置では、図示しない採血管4の方向検知センサーが採血管4のキャップ10を検知するようにしている。キャップが検出された場合は、キャップが先頭になって搬送されたということであり、逆向きであるので音声や発光素子の点滅信号などにより警報を発し、作業者に知らせるようになっている。またタッチパネルディスプレイ37には、採血管4の向きが逆であることがエラーとして表示される。この場合、作業者は採血管4を取り出し、向きを変えて作業を続行するようにすればよい。

- 両端側に配設されたプーリー間に懸架され、水平方向に回転駆動するエンドレス状の送りベルトと、該送りベルトの往復するベルトどうしの間にあって送りベルトに沿って配設された採血管保持部材とを有し、往き側の送りベルトの上端面と前記採血管保持部材の上端面との間に、採血管キャップの対向する下端面を載置すると共に、採血管保持部材の終端側を通過した位置において採血管が自重により落下排出される排出部を設け、採血管保持部材の終端側に、先頭の採血管のキャップ前面に対して進入退出自在な第一のストッパーと先頭から第一番目と第二番目の採血管のキャップどうしの間に形成される隙間に対して上方から進入退出自在な二股状の第二のストッパーとを配設し、前記第一のストッパーと第二のストッパーとを同一の軸に枢支された二つのアームの先端側に取り付けると共に、各アームの後端側にはソレノイドを連結して成り、これらの送りベルト、採血管保持部材、採血管の排出部、第一と第二のストッパー及び二つのアーム並びにソレノイドが、一つの筐体に収納されたモジュール方式であることを特徴とする採血管ストッカー。
- 両端側に配設されたプーリー間に懸架され、水平方向に回転駆動するエンドレス状の送りベルトと、該送りベルトの往復するベルトどうしの間にあって且つ送りベルトの上端よりも上方に位置し、採血管キャップの対向する下端面を支えてこれを吊下支持する二本の採血管支持レールとを設け、往き側の送りベルトの内側の平坦面を前記採血管支持レールに吊下支持された採血管の管本体の側面に当接させ、採血管支持レールの終端側を通過した位置において採血管が自重により落下排出される排出部を設け、採血管支持レールの終端側に、先頭の採血管のキャップ前面に対して進入退出自在な第一のストッパーと先頭から第一番目と第二番目の採血管のキャップどうしの間に形成される隙間に対して上方から進入退出自在な二股状の第二のストッパーとを配設し、前記第一のストッパーと第二のストッパーとを同一の軸に枢支された二つのアームの先端側に取り付けると共に、各アームの後端側にはソレノイドを連結して成り、これらの送りベルト、採血管支持レール、採血管の排出部、第一と第二のストッパー及び二つのアーム並びにソレノイドが、一つの筐体に収納されたモジュール方式であることを特徴とする採血管ストッカー。

- 受皿載置部には、受皿の有無を検出するセンサーが配設されており、一人の患者に対して採血管を受皿へ収容した後、次の患者の採血管を収容するに際しては、一旦受皿が取り出されたことを検知した後、別の受皿が検知された場合でなければ各部の動作が起動しないようになされている前記請求項3乃至5に記載の採血管準備装置。
- 搬送ベルトの最も上流側に位置する採血管ストッカーの排出部の近傍には、手作業で採血管を前記搬送ベルト上に挿入できる開口部が形成されている前記請求項3乃至6のいずれか一つに記載の採血管準備装置。
- 印字・貼付手段の近傍で且つ受皿載置部に臨む位置には、他用途の別置きプリンターが内蔵されている前記請求項3乃至7のいずれか一つに記載の採血管準備装置。
- 採血管準備装置本体には、上位コンピューターと通信可能で、各種のユーザーインターフェースが設けられたボードコンピューターが内臓されている前記請求項3乃至8のいずれか一つに記載の採血管準備装置。
- 印字・貼付手段は、プリンターユニットとして採血管準備装置本体に対してスライド自在に取り付けられており、プリンターユニットを採血管準備装置本体から引き出して市販品のものに交換して搭載できるようになっている前記請求項3乃至9のいずれか一つに記載の採血管準備装置。
- 採血管準備装置の起動用のスイッチがリモートコントロールによりON,OFF制御されるようにした前記請求項3乃至10のいずれか一つに記載の採血管準備装置。
