Definitions
- the present invention relates to a harness routing device for routing a harness across a vehicle body such as a floor of an automobile and a slide body such as a seat slidably provided on the vehicle body.
- An automobile may be provided with a seat as a slide body that is slidable with respect to a floor of a passenger compartment as a vehicle body.
- an electronic device such as a seating sensor for detecting whether or not an occupant is seated is attached to the seat.
- the automobile provided with the slidable seat described above spans the floor and the seat in order to connect the electronic device attached to the seat and the electronic device fixed to the floor.
- Various harness routing devices that route harnesses have been used (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the harness routing device described in Patent Document 1 includes a harness rail disposed in parallel with a support rail that slidably supports a support that supports the foot portion of the seat, and a slidable attachment to the harness rail. And a slider that slides in conjunction with the sheet.
- the support rail and the harness rail are disposed under the mat.
- the harness rail is provided with a slider moving portion for slidably attaching the slider holding the harness, and a harness accommodating portion for accommodating an extra length portion of the harness.
- the slider passes through a slit provided in the mat and protrudes toward the passenger compartment side, and guides one end of the harness to the seat disposed on the passenger compartment side.
- Patent Document 2 proposes a harness routing device that can reduce the number of cuts provided in the mat.
- the harness routing device 100 includes a support body 103 that supports the foot portion 102 of the seat 101, a support rail 104 that slidably mounts the support body 103, and an extra length portion of the harness 105.
- a winding device 106 accommodated in the housing 107 in a spirally wound state is provided.
- One end portion 105 a of the harness 105 drawn out from the outlet 107 a of the housing 107 of the winding device 106 is passed through the support rail 104 and inside a guide pipe (not shown) mounted in the internal space of the support body 103. And is pulled out of the support 103 through a hole provided in the support 103 and connected to the foot 102.
- the mat is omitted, but the mat is provided with a cut for projecting the support body 103 slidably attached to the support rail 104 toward the passenger compartment.
- the winding device 106 is provided with a housing 107, a reel 132, and a spiral spring 133, as shown in FIG.
- the reel 132 is pivotally supported at the central portion of the housing 107, and the other end portion 105b of the harness 105 is led out from the central portion to prevent it from coming off. Therefore, the harness 105 is wound around the outer peripheral surface when the reel 132 rotates to one side, and is fed out from the outer peripheral surface when the reel 132 rotates to the other side.
- One end of the spiral spring 133 is locked to the housing 107 and the other end is locked to the reel 132.
- the spiral spring 133 is for generating a biasing force that rotates the reel 132 to one side. Therefore, the harness 105 is wound up by the urging force of the spiral spring 133 and is always kept in a tensioned state by being drawn out against the urging force.
